Walla Painting

This is the 3rd time we have hired Walla Painting in the past year. They have painted most of our house as well as kitchen cabinets. They are professional, honest, reasonably-priced and reliable. Jonathan (the owner) runs a tight ship. I am a real estate agent and have recommended them to many of my clients who are also extremely happy with the recommendation. Highly recommend!!

Walla just finished painting the inside of my house and they did a fantastic job. The crew was professional and thoughtful. Moreover, Jonathan, the owner, was involved from the start and continuously checked in to see how things were going. I recommend using them when you are searching for a painter!

We are very pleased with our experience with Walla Painting. From the estimate process with Jimmy to the actual painting by Debbie, everything went very smoothly. Debbie was personable and professional while she was in our home and she did an excellent job painting the stairway. We are very happy with it and would definitely use Walla Painting again.

Quote was requested in October 2018 for painting exterior brick and some tin roofing. We specifically asked that they give us a line-item quote so that we could pick and choose what we wanted them to move forward with knowing that we may have to do the jobs at different times due to working with our builder's timelines. During the quote, they told me they were behind in their current jobs and due to the early onset of colder temps they would not be able to do the work until spring. I was told to call them in the Spring of 2019 to get which ever job(s) we decided to move forward with on their schedule. They are no longer standing by their quote from the fall. They refuse to come and do the work stating that they are only doing full-house exterior paint jobs and will not take anything smaller. This is poor customer service and very unprofessional. I have been waiting all winter to get this job done and did not get any further quotes since I knew I had theirs to rely on. Otherwise, I would have started getting quotes much earlier in the year to get on a schedule for another painter. Clearly, this company does not understand the inconvenience and difficulties they cause by not holding up their quotes!

The finished job was acceptable but crew had to be micromanaged. But the deal breaker is the owner. He is argumentative and unprofessional. Owner argued with me about how many coats where put on one ceiling, yet it was reconfirmed by the crew member who did it. The last 2 rooms done were left in disarray. I asked to not be charged for the $25 moving fee due to this. Owner argued with me over $50 on a $4000K+ project. If you hire them, at least don't let them do any cabinetry. The skill level is just not there. But I will not work with nor will I recommend any business who calls themselves a Christian company who treats their customers the way Mr. Walla does.

Walla Painting went above and beyond our expectations on painting the complete interior of our home. The fair and reasonable pricing, the professionalism of the employees from the owner, estimator, office staff to painters were impeccable. We are extremely happy with our choice and can not wait for the weather to clear for the exterior to be completed. This company is worth a call.

Walla painting was great. Was recommended by a family member and we had a great experience. Working with the Walla team was easy and efficient - free estimates, a clear process and excellent work. Painters were friendly and efficient. Jonathan came out himself to give the final sign-off. Our house feels more like our home now with our awesome new paint job!!

It took 2 workers about a half day to fix several wall imperfections and paint 2 coats. The painting looks great.

We had used Walla Painting before so using them again was a natural choice. John Stewart, the foreman, was my contact person if I had any questions or concerns. It was nice to have someone to contact if I had any questions who was familiar with my job. The painters arrived each day on time, were very professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. Jonathan, the owner, stopped by each day to check to see how everything was going. I was very pleased with the quality of their work.
