Jonathan was very responsive when I was first seeking information and a quote. We had two bedrooms painted (one with different colors on two different walls), and some touch-up/repair work done on a wall and window trim in a third bedroom. On the day of service, the painters arrived promptly and did a great job. We are very happy with the results, and I would definitely use Walla again for painting.

Painters were on time and very friendly and professional. Work was completed in one day as promised.

The team (2-3 people) is on time, reasonably priced. They do things quickly, but sometimes not pay attention to the details.

I normally mow my own lawn, but was unable to do it because of some surgery. I chose Walla based on their Angie's list recommendations, and because they were a smaller, family company. I felt they would be more likely to be willing to mow just a single time. (I only needed one more mowing for the year.) They did a fine job, and even helped me out by turning my rain barrel upside down and dumping a small water garden, two things I would also have done myself if not for the surgery. I only graded them down on responsiveness because I initially called about the job on a Friday morning and didn't hear back from them until Monday morning. I know now that they tend to return calls the following morning, but I nearly called someone else when I didn't hear anything back the same day as that initial call.

They came in and were very professional. They covered and protected everything in the rooms they painted. Very understanding that we are trying to do just the minimum amount of work because we are moving to Tampa and needed to just get the houses ready for sale. I am very pleased with there matching the original colors of the walls and the repairs they have made.

The weekly lawn mowing includes trimming the edges of the yard and cleanup. I always expect a neat, professional looking job and Walla Lawn Sevice has always met my expectations. For the latest project, I asked for yard debris to be picked up and hauled away. I had a considerable amount of branches and even a heavy stump lying around. I emailed the company, and got an estimate. When the company showed up as scheduled, they confirmed the estimate, and then whisked away all my huge piles of yard waste. They even neatly folded up a tarp I had used. I was very impressed with the overall service.

Once again, just a fantastic job from the initial phone call to a beautiful, freshly painted room!

They are fine. Most recently, they did not trim like they usually do and did not mow out around my fence. However, they are good most of the time.

He is very good and professonal. The service was great.

They have done a good job and we continue to use their services. Their prices are very reasonable and economical.

Jonathon and Ray are top notch. They did some work for me a year ago, and it was excellent. When I finally decided that I was no longer in love with mowing my own yard, they were the first people I called. They do a great job every week, and are very good about only mowing when the lawn needs it. I had the above landscaping done last week, and I am very pleased. The yard looks awesome. They are prompt, curteous, and everything looks great. It is a treat to deal with such complete professionals. I will continue to use Walla for my lawn needs, and would highly reccomend them.

He did a good job and was very gracious to work us into his schedule. We were not on his usual schedule and he worked us in. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone, and completed the work at a fair price.

We were on a bit of a time crunch and Johnathan Walla was able to complete our projects on fairly short notice. His suggestions on paint color were superior. We were also out of our home during some of the painting. I felt completely comfortable with Walla Interior Painting in my home, while we were not always present. The paint job(s) themselves were neat and well coated. He and his crew were respectful of our home, and clean up afterwards was excellent.

The service is fine and the pricing is pretty good. I plan to use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough about Jonathon Walla's lawn service. We are in our 70's and without them could not stay in our home. The price is reasonable and they do a bang-up job. Our lawn looks so manicured and they are so responsive to any additional things I would like them to do. The guys that do the work finish everything in about 20 min. They are the greatest!!

Compared to other companies, they responded to my call the same day. Others took several days to check their mowing schedule for the area and some were fully booked this late in the season. Walla came out the next day for the estimate and 2 days later for the first mowing. That day, rain was in the weatherforecast for the afternoon. Walla arrived mid/late afternoon and soon the rain started. Halfway through they stopped and came back the next day (Saturday) to finish up. The grass was very high as it had not been mowed for 3-4 weeks (change of home owner). So, Walla was not able to cut it as short as actually needed. They explained that they set the mower to the shortest lenght but the motor still choked. At the next appointment (10 days later), the grass was high again but this time it turned out ok. They were nice and moved an unburried cable and the kids playset. After that, they were schedule to come back every week until the grass grows much slower. The previous week they came a day early and this week I can't tell if they were out. I have not heard anything or received any statement yet even though they told me they would bill every month. I read on Angie's List that Walla is a young family business and thougth I would give them a chance. They are nice & friendly. Maybe not as professional as a well established business yet but they do a good & prompt job. Since we live at he far end of their serviced area, the price might be slightly higher than others due to the gas. Later , I got an other estimate from a different company at 62.50 $ so they are in the ball park for the acreage. It seemed they usually mow much smaller properties but they do have the equipement for a large lawn.

I am in my mid 60's and still actually enjoy working in the yard. I have several flower beds that need attention in addition to 21 trees and about 3/4 of an acre. There are times when it simply is to much for me to take care of especially in the fall. I have on a few occasions when it was not possible for me to mow given Jonathon a call. I also hired him to do fall cleanup for me. This young man is extremely professional and when finished I was amazed at how well the job was done. I am not a regular customer by any means, however when I do call and ask him to do some work for me I am treated like I was his best ever customer. Fall is approaching and I will be calling him again to do another cleanup. I had every intention to use Jonathon last year ( 2010 ) for fall cleanup but with as many trees as I have I try to wait until most of the leaves are down. By the time that happened we had a lot of rain and even some snow so I decided it would have to be done in the spring. This is the only reason my experience with the cleanup was back in 2009. I had no idea he did painting until I joined Angies list and just happened to find out that he does. I have hired painters in the past having lived in the same house for 30 years and have yet to find one that does nothing more than come in and slop paint on the walls. I will be giving Jonathon a call prior to December to schedule a time for him to paint. I am not easy to impress but this young man would impress anyone.

He does a good job, and he only comes when the work is necessary.

Overall the work is great. It is very good. They are very accommodating. They change their schedule for us and so I appreciate that. They just do a nice job. We pay them monthly. We will use their services again in the future.

It started well, and they came really quick. However the guy who actual performance the job is not professional at all. He estimated mowing and edging and promise the quality. I asked specific area since I knew it was hard. He promised that all would be taken care of. However, he didn't do as he said, and gave me a lot of excuse. charge me almost twice as he estimated. The owner did readjusted the price at the end. But it is not a good experience.

They were very professional. I was impressed with them. We would do business with them again.

Great! Organized. They even asked if they could raise the price by $5. They were very low priced to being with. Prompt and Punctual. Good communication. Very well run company.

He does an excellent job. He is so good, that even came to the door and told me because of the dry weather, that he would reccomend not mowing the lawn. He basically lost the money from not mowing the lawn, he has a lot of integrity to do that. He is the most reasonable and he edges it every time. He has the done the best job by far of anyone that we have had mow our lawn. I had asked him if he picks up leaves, and he does do that. If I was not moving, I would have him do that due to prior experience with him.
