Vitian's Re-upholstery is a family-owned business with over 25 years of experience. We help you to re-invest in the furniture you already own, while bringing the furniture store to you, eliminating the guesswork of whether or not the color will match when you get home. We provide a large selection of fabric, foam, or vinyl. At Vitian's Re-upholstery seeks to put the customer first by offering on-site repairs, free in-home consultations. We understand the value and sentimental attachment that comes with each piece. This is a full service company, providing excellent workmanship for both residential and commercial furniture. Vitian's Re-upholstery seeks to make lasting relationships with their customers and guarantees the best quality work available. We provide pick up / delivery and drop off service.

Re-Upholstery of household furniture as well as commercial furniture. Rebuild frames when necessary, and offer solutions for everything from decorative nail heads to stylish legs. We can do on site repairs, Replace Springs, repair or make new cushions. Cushions made to order or re-stuffed , on site repairs.

Description of Work: recovered wing back chair and ottoman while removing the skirt from both pieces. Great quality. The price of the fabric seemed overly pricey, but the work of the labor was reasonable. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Description of Work: Re upholstered four dining room chair covers. |The work was good. The personal interaction with Vitian and one other was pleasant and professional. There was confusion about delivery times but all of that worked out OK. |I was under the impression that the money I paid to Angies List was the full cost and it wasn't...was double that, but still not overly high, in my opinion

I completed This job last year in 2011, The work was delivered on time, they used the Angie's list big deal. There was no complains went it was returned. It is unfortunate they waited 16 months to give me and my business a negative review.

So far so good.....
Description of Work: I needed a zig zag spring to fix my sofa. I could find them on the web, but the shipping made purchase this way silly. I called around town trying to locate the part. No luck. Then I got the idea to check Angie's list for furniture repair and see if I could talk a local shop into selling me the piece. The first outfit wouldn't do it. I called Vitian and she was so nice to cut me a piece and call me when it was ready. Her shop off Shadeland was not easy to find, but when I was nearby I called her and she spotted me and came out of her shop to guide me there. Not only did she supply the piece, but was willing to give me some tips on how to do the repair and throw in some clamps, latches and no sag nails. I did a Mickey Mouse repair (it was late and I have big black round ears). I will revisit this fix. Vitian you are a peach, and the world is a better place because you are in it.

Description of Work: Vitian brought upholstery samples to my home and I chose a fabric. She took 2 chairs and a very old foot stool back to her shop. She returned them recovered, with new padding exactly as promised.

Good experience. No surprises.
Description of Work: My puppy had chewed a hole in the sofa skirt. Vitian came to the house, looked at the needed repair and gave me a price. She removed the damaged skirt and took a matching pillow back to her shop. One week later she returned and put the new skirt on. The skirt has a seam in it as we had discussed the previous week. The repair looks as good as it can look. Vitian is professional, very reasonably priced and refreshing to be around. I would definately use her service again.
