Description of Work: Tore off old worn out shingles and put new shingles on. The clean-up was exceptionally good.

Description of Work: Repair tar & mastic 3 chimneys, seal all exposed nails, secure loose deck board, install proper flashing metal, remove metal on west side small house and re-install shingles.

Description of Work: I noticed a leak after the bad storms this spring coming from the dry wall on my ceiling. I looked on Angie's List and found a couple of companies. I called USA Roofing and another top rated company. The other top rated company was a little rude on the phone, and then showed up 2 hours late for the estimate w/out calling. The other company came and quoted me $200.00. USA Roofing came and quoted $275.00 for the exact same repairs. Basically, it is there minimum repair job. We decided to go w/ USA Roofing because they could fix the leak the next day and more storms were coming. When they arrived, it only took them 5 minutes to do the work. Since it was such an easy fix, and she knew that we were tight on money, she said that the would only charge me $250 and that she would fax me a bill and we could mail her a check. Well, two weeks went by and I never received a bill, and then Tammy calls me and treats me like a dead beat on the phone wondering why I never paid her! I told her that I had been waiting on the bill and that as soon as she faxed it over, I would put it on my husband's list of things to pay this week. Two days later I receive a bill for $275... NOT the $250 she told me she was going to charge me in the driveway. I never signed anything w/ this company, and I feel upset that first off, she ripped me off by trying to charge me $75.00 more than another company to put some glue over a couple of nail heads on my roof, and secondly, that she would call me and make me feel like I'm some kind of dead beat that doesn't pay her bills when she never sent me a bill in the first place, and thirdly, that she would try to charge me $275 when she told me it would be $250.00. I run a top rated Angie's List company myself, and I would never treat any of my customer's the way USA Roofing has treated me. I will not use them again in the future, and would not recommend them soley based upon their customer service. My roof has not leaked since the repair, but we have not had the same level of storm that made it leak originally.
