They were great to work with from beginning to end. They were responsive and on top of everything. Tammy worked with my insurance company directly to get everything settled and in order, which was a huge help to me. I would definitely refer friends and family to them.

He did not get the job done like it should have been done. He had to come back twice to do one little quick job. The owner called us back. She was good about that. Everything got corrected. I would not use them again.

Three people were here for a half day. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They installed new gutter hangers where needed and did a wonderful job. I climbed on the roof and inspected their work at the end and can confirm they had high quality. Tgeir cost estimate could have been a bit more acurate. It was about $600 more than they initially estimated.

Received prompt attention and a quote from Tammy and we gave approval to proceed. Repair was done by a very experienced roofer who has been with this company for quite awhile and has forgotten more about roofing than most other roofers ever knew. He explained everything about what he was doing and we couldn't have asked for a better and more knowledgeable person to do this repair. I have total confidence in the work he did and will call USA again if I need work in another area. The ground area under the repair area was planted in flowers, plants, and shrubs and both Tammy and the roofer were very careful to do as little damage as possible. I did not get any other quotes on the work so I cannot really judge their pricing - hence I only rated them as "good" rather than excellent due to lack of info on my part.

Jim from USA Roofing was out promptly to take a look at the damaged roof and to give me an estimate for replacement. He was very professional and informative. By the time I had contacted USA roofing it was starting to get late in the year. I expressed a preference to have my roofing job done prior to the end of the year instead of waiting until Spring and they were willing to work to make that happen. Jim was onsite with the crew at all times during. Everyone worked hard and was considerate. Tammy came out a few days after the job was complete to take a look and even looked for any missed nails on the ground. The roof looks great. I would definitely recommend USA roofing.

They were very thorough and advised me in detail about what they would check and repair On the phone earlier we had discussed the type of current shingles and color, where the suspected leak was occurring The day of I showed them the area of ceiling and direction of the suspected leak and vent damage The three gentleman did a very thorough inspection and repair. No evidence of continuing small leak or damage has been founc. Would use them again

I spoke with Tammy prior to the job. She was very pleasant and professional. My calls/emails were always handled very promptly. The job itself was much easier than I had anticipated!! Everyone involved was very considerate. The cleanup was was VERY complete! Our new roof is absolutely wonderful and we would recommend USA Roofing unconditionally!! Our chimney cap was also replaced, which other providers did not include.

Tammy responded to my e-mail inquiry the next day. She arranged for an inspection the following day at my convenience and follow-up with a detailed estimate the day of the inspection via e-mail. From start to finish this process was professional. I called because we were experiencing rain damage to 3 ceilings on the east side of our home. My neighbor had also called to my attention, what appeared to be, a loose section of our flat roof on the west side of house. Tammy and Wayne came out to inspect the Friday that the devastating storms hit southern IN and brought hail and high winds to Indy. Tammy called that morning to ask if they might come earlier than planned as they were trying to get in front of the impending storm. When they arrived the sky was starting to darken. They started their interior inspection and then proceeded to the roof. They found the numerous areas needing repair. But, fortunately for me, they found the flat roof had actually been ripped completely back and in need of immediate repair. In spite of the worsening weather they quickly secured the flat roofing to prevent further damage until the entire job could be undertaken. Tammy and Wayne did this without expecting me to take on the full job and not knowing if I would proceed with their final quote - in fact, they would not accept payment for their emergency repair efforts. The following Tuesday, Tammy, Wayne and crew arrived and worked as an efficient team to perform the professional overhaul of our entire roof. They kept the area clean as they worked and carefully scanned the area for nails and other debris before they left. I highly recommend USA Roofing. I would trust Tammy to provide workmanship at the highest level.

This company did a fantastic job from a start to finish. The reps were right on time, and did their jobs quickly and professionally. I was very satisfied with the quality if the work and I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Tammy and her team did a very professional job. She is great to work with, asking questions and developing the appropriate estimate. Tammy worked with us as we were having our house painted so she arranged to remove the gutters to make it easier for the painting crew to do the soffit and fascia boards. She coordinated her crew to then immediately follow the painters to get the new gutters and downspouts installed with minimal delay. I would use her services again. You can tell she wants to do the job right!

There was a roof leak at my residence. Pinpointing the root cause of the leak was an ongoing challenge. I called USA Roofing hoping that they would be able to detect the source of the leak. Two gentlemen came to my home and were eager to find the problem. One gentlemen performed a thorough search in the attic and found the source of the leak. I was very pleased that they took the time to find the leak. The repair work was performed as scheduled and they followed up with me to be sure everything was ok.

Tammy was very responsive and willing to come on short notice to inspect an area of the roof along a dormer where some leaking was happening. She spent a good amount of time inspecting my roof which is fairly new and then even more time explaining thoroughly where she thought the leaks were originating. She appeared to be very knowledgeable. She did some thorough caulking along the roof line under a dormer, which she thought would do the trick. We were really impressed that she didn't try to push an extensive and what may be unneeded roof repair upon us. Instead, rather than give us an estimate for work we probably didn't need, she took the time on that visit to do a simple fix that so far has done the trick. We've had some pretty good rains since her visit with NO leaks. She also followed up to see if the caulking is working. We very impressed with her expertise and customer service and would definitely use her again.

They scheduled 2 weeks in advance, let us know when the materials would arrive and gave us a checklist about things we would want to prepare for (removing things on shelves that might fall, etc). It took them 2 days to do the entire roof. They were professional, arrived on time, explained 2 areas that needed additional wood replacements and why, and cleaned up for the night. They worked until 7pm the first night and the crew was professional and polite. They came back in 2 weeks to check the work and make sure we were happy.

It went wonderfully! The proprietor, Tammy Bacon, came out on 9/8 and did a mini-inspection (basically the roofing piece of a full home inspection). It was the best $75 I ever spent. Of all the other roofing companies that I contacted to come out to our property, USA was the most professional and thorough. Tammy must have been up on that roof for 45 minutes to an hour (in not-so-great weather) while other companies were barely up there 15 minutes, if at all - big box stores send salespeople who give quotes based on square footage alone and never even see the roof. She took photos to show me not only what was broken and needed repair, but also was was done correctly and still in good shape. Her assessment spared us from the unnecessary roof replacement that other companies pitched that would have cost us thousands of dollars. We scheduled the repairs for the following Wednesday 9/14 and it only cost $810. The team was prompt, completed the work in several hours and didn't leave any trace that they had even been there. I hope, now that we're in the 21st century, that people don't balk at the sight of a female roofer showing up at their door and making preconceived judgments based on a person's gender. This lady roofer knows her stuff and backs up her work with results!!!

I truly appreciated the work they went through to diagnose the issue. They were very thorough, really took time to understand the problem - even took pictures to show me, Other companies were very quick to diagnose the problem and gave estimates that were much higher. They earned my trust right away. When we agreed to work with them, they were very punctual and got the work done quickly. I was thrilled. I will use them again if needed, no hesitation.

They were here early in the morning and finished the same day. Cleaned everything after the job was done, even to running magnet over yard to pick up any lost nails. Did not like the flashing job on the chimney, and called the company to point out my concerns. Jim came out and agreed he didn't like it either, and had someone over here pronto and they redid the flashing. Very accomodating and professional. I contacted USA Roofing and requested an estimate for a roof replacement due to hail damage. When the owner arrived I was somewhat skeptical; The owner was a woman (TAMMY). I soon realized she was an extremely knowledgeable individual. She was efficient in analyzing the extent of the roof damage and assisted us in selecting the correct color and type of shingles we needed. She offered other locations where we could go and see various colors of shingles on other homes to help us in our selection. The crew replaced our roofing and corrected a few other mistakes made by a previous roofer. A skylight was also replaced. The roof is steep so it took two days to complete. The crew cleaned up after their work each day. They protected our trees, shrubs and plantings all around the home while replacing the roof. The crew was punctual each day. They all seemed truly dedicated to provide us with a top-notch job. I highly recommend the USA Roofing company. They exceeded our highest expectations. A big thank you also to (Jim) Tammy's husband who was on site during the entire installation. We feel we have not only gained a roofer but also two new friends. Great job guys and thank you.

Very prompt with quote. I had to delay for a while because of vacation but when I returned they got us on their schedule quickly. Crew worked efficiently and without interuption. Work was well done.

These guys did a really good job, start to finish. Our sales rep was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I chose them based on my confidence of their ability and professionalism. They were not the cheapest estimate I received, but they were competetive, and so I gave them the green light. I had a few questions after the original estimate, and the owner Tammy was helpful and responsive via email to assuage any concerns I had. The work was done very well. I had one minor complaint at the conclusion of the work, and USA was quick to address it to my satisfaction. I am actually using them again for some more smaller repairs soon.

USA Roofing did an estimate on my roof. The gentleman was very friendly and professional. He explained the problems with the roof. I decided to go with a different company based on the price and the distance that the company would need to travel.

I requested an estimate by email. I often have a busy schedule at work, so I checked to see if I needed to be there for the estimate. Tammy replied that unless there were specific circumstances that needed to be addressed, I did not have to be there. I received the estimate by email within a week. Later I talked to Tammy on the phone and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. They obtained all the required permits well in advance of the scheduled work day. All the roofing including replacing 85' of decking was finished the same day. The gutter repair was done by a different crew two days later. The crew constantly cleaned up the site as the worked progressed, and they paid careful attention to details such as painting the flashing around the chimney to match the color of the roof. After the job was finished I could not find a single shingle or nail anywhere in the yard, and the house looks fantastic now. You might be able to get it done cheaper, but you won't find anyone who will do it better.
