They were very nice to work with from start to finish. We hired them just to install gutter aprons. While they were on the roof they saw some boot collars that were bad and replaced those for us. I was glad to see that they checked all around rather than just the particular job at hand. Explained everything in an easy to understand manner. We would definitely use them again.

Tammy came by the same day I called to get an estimate to repair a half dollar sized hole in a shingle that had been caused by a falling branch. She went into the attic and inspected the inside to make sure there was no damage to the decking, did a walk around check of the roof, and determined that all that needed to be done was replace a couple of shingles. I had some matching shingles on hand, so she performed the repair while she was there. In less than an hour, the inspection and repair was complete, and the roof looked good as new with no evidence of patch work. She conveniently worked around my lunch break from work to meet me at my home. I appreciated her prompt response, as rain was forecast for that evening, and I was concerned about a roof leak forming around the damaged shingle. Quick and easy, problem was solved. Thanks, Tammy.

USA was the third quote, price was in between other two. But also felt comfortable with the straight forward estimate. The scope of work and available options were clearly explained and listed on quote. Also appreciated working with me to get vents moved to back of house and at a reasonable cost. Would recommend to others.

Excellent from beginning to end. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We chose their quote because of price and other reviews. We were not disappointed; they lived up to expectations. I felt comfortable during the initial inspection and quote, because Tammy did it herself. Jim and his crew got straight to work and had the roof looking great in very little time, with no mess left afterward. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. (It was a plus that they are animal lovers also.)

Tammy and her crew have been great. The work was excellent, even beyond what was promised. Tammy is very responsive, prompt and profession at every turn. She even made a special. out of the way trip to inspect another portion of our house when another leak emerged. She made some suggestions about how to identify the source of the leak and, following her recommendations, we learned it was caused by a faulty dishwasher. USA Roofing will be our go-to roofing and exterior service provider from now on.

Contacted Tammy and scheduled appointment to get estimate. Tammy called the day before the scheduled appointment and said they were busy and may not be there at the time scheduled, but would be there. No one came. Tammy called in the evening and apologized for forgetting the appointment and offered to reschedule. I declined.

I moved into my house in November 2009 and my home inspection (during the buying process) indicated there were some missing shingles on the roof and the chimney flashing had dry rot. I called a few roofers, based on Angie's list reviews, and liked that USA Roofing was a woman-owned business. Tammy was very pleasant and provided a free estimate since she was already in the area. Additionally, she was one of the more responsive roofers I called for quotes (not that the others were unresponsive, I just felt more comfortable talking with Tammy). She and her co-worker (it's been so long I don't remember his name, but he was also very friendly) spent quite a bit of time on the roof and even took pictures so she could show them to me after. I assumed the roof was in worse condition that it actually was, and Tammy never made me feel pressured to do work that wasn't necessary. She provided an estimate for shingle replacement, re-sealing the skylights, and replacing the chimney flashing. She described the recommended materials she planned on using and why and also followed up with an email for the specific, detailed estimate. I was laid off about a week after that so I decided to just do the work that was highest priority; replace the shingles and reseal the skylights before winter. Tammy was very understanding and the work was done immediately. She matched the new shingles so well I couldn't tell which ones were new and which were old! About 6 months later, after getting a new job, I contacted Tammy again to see if she could provide an updated quote for the remaining work; it was slightly higher, but that was due to material prices going up (related to a custom-built flashing and chimney cap that would need to be installed) and she indicated that in the new estimate. I still haven't gotten the work done (shame on me) and moved about 800 miles from Indianapolis for a job last year. When I do get around to getting the other work done, I'll definitely be reaching out to Tammy again.

Upon discovering a stain on my bedroom ceiling and determining that I had a leaky roof, I contacted a local contractor who was recommended by a friend. I waited a week for a callback from him. He told me what he thought it wasn't, that he would get to it as soon as possible and that "he was very busy". It continued to rain, the stain continued to spread, so I decided to try an alternative. I joined Angle's List and searched for roofers. I discovered USA Roofing, noted that they had glowing reviews from past customers, and that the Company was female owned (something that appealed to me). I called in the evening, left a message on their answering machine, and received a callback first thing the next morning. We arranged for Tammie, the owner, to meet me at my home the next day. She walked my roof, determined that the problem was with my chimney and roof. She recommended a chimney repairman who came the next day. The chimney repairman and Tammie worked together to get their schedules arranged so that they could get to my home the next Wednesday and get the repairs done. They began at 8:30 a.m. by dismantling my current chimney, replacing it with one that was up to code and moving it to a better location, tearing up old shingles and paper, repairing two holes in my roof, replacing the paper and shingles, cleaning up and they were completely finished by 2:30 p.m. I was completely satisfied with Tammie's professionalism. She realized that I was distraught about the situation and worked as quickly as possible to see that my roof problem was taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend USA Roofing to anyone I know who needs roof repair. Actually, she left me two business cards and I have already distributed them to co-workers contemplating roof work. Thanks, Tammie for your great work! New roofs are expenseive, but I believe USA Roofing gave me a quality product for the money. The crew was the best! They arrived very early in the morning and were cleaning the patio of the final debris as it became dark. They demonstrated a very good work ethic on one of the hottest days of the summer in order to complete the job.

I had worked with USA Roofing on a roof repair a couple years earlier, and had been very happy, so they were an easy go-to for the gutters. Tammy had a quote to me within a couple days of my call, and the job was scheduled within a week or so of my acceptance of the quote. Tammy's crew was there and gone within one day without me having to be there. Tammy is easy to work with, super-responsive, and her team does high quality work. I would use USA Roofing again in a heartbeat.

I could tell that they did a lot of maintenance work on my roof and took quite a bit of attention to detail. Would definitely use them in the future on future repair jobs or replacing my roof eventually.

The roofers were courteous and hard workers. The job was finished on time and my yard was cleaned up perfectly. Attention to detail and personal service made this experience pleasant and relatively stress free. The gutters were installed in no time and like the roof are beautiful.

Overall they did a pretty good job, as far as I know. We are senior citizens and can't get up on the roof to check everything. Only caulked one of the columns in front of the house and came out the next day to caulk the other one after I e-mailed the owner. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the roof, etc. I noticed a $50 discount to senior citizens on Angie's List and she told me she would honor it. When they came to do the job she added the $50 back on by telling me there were a few things that they did extra that increased it an extra $50. I didn't necessarily think that was very fair.

They inspected the fan and vents and determined that the unit should be replaced but also that Minco Homes had incorrectly installed vents so that the attic was staying overly hot (fan drew air from vents instead of soffits). They provided an estimate and completed repairs. At first the fan did not run but this turned out to be the factory setting for the thermostat. They came back and adjusted the thermostat. The attic space now stays cooler then before.

They showed up first thing on Friday morning (the date they said they would show up) and replaced the skylights quickly. My wife was extremely impressed when she came inside and found the owner cleaning our floors with a mop and broom because some drywall dust came down during the replacement (we were supposed to lay something down before hand to catch any of the drywall dust but I forgot to do that!). It was amazing that they took care of my error without making a deal of it. They even asked for Windex to clean the skylights once the job was finished. The price was very reasonable, the staff responded quickly to my emails, and they were able to get us on the calendar quickly. It is also nice to find out that they do a lot of volunteer work for the community. Great company, great employees. They would be my first contact if I ever have additional roofing/skylight issues.

What an amazing experience! From the estimate to the completion of the project, it was a pleasure to work with Tammy's company. There was constant communication, and she coordinated the work with an HVAC contractor that needed to do work the same day. There was always a supervisor onsite during the work, and the workers were considerate, thorough, and speedy. After they cleaned up, I think my yard may have looked better than when they started. The roof and gutters look GREAT!After the project was completed, and I had written a check to USA, I still had not received everything promised by the insurance company. Tammy stayed in contact with the insurance company until they finally came through. Once she had her payment in hand, she could have walked away, but she didn't. What integrity.I would recommend USA Roofing to anyone in a heartbeat!

Tammy and her crew did an excellent job. We received 2 other estimates, but the other contractors were reluctant to take the job on because it involved a partial roof tear-out and they were concerned with how they were going to splice the new roof into the old. USA Roofing had a clear plan regarding how to accomplish the task and explained it very clearly. The crew arrived on time (Tammy was there working with them, which was great -- nothing like having the owner onsite to oversee that the job is installed properly, and that your property is cared for). They worked quickly and professionally, with minimal intrusion. Tammy is a wonderful person to work with -- polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She is also a great communicator, keeping us abreast of every step in the process, from first contact through final payment. She also takes digital photos to illustrate particular issues, for those who may not want to climb up on the roof. We've used USA Roofing several times before and they never disappoint. Their prices are competitive and they know what they're doing. Highly recommended!

The first worker arrived at 6:20 a.m. to drop off the trailer for the old roofing followed by the work crew shortly thereafter. The owner was on the job from start to finish along with a crew of 5 to 6 guys. They immediately went to work tearing off the old roofing and making some repairs to the wood. They were completely finished, cleaned up any wayward nails with their high powered magnet and were completely done by 3:30 to 4 p.m. The roof looks very nice and we're very pleased with the whole process. Tammy was right! It was completely painless on our part. I would definitely recommend USA Roofing (and I have) to anyone needing a new roof.
