USA Roofing was prompt & very detailed in the bidding process. They included repair items that other contractors didn't catch and still came in with a very competitive bid. Since it was late in the year & getting cold, they sent two crews to complete the job in one day. There was a supervisor on-site all day, who was helpful in explaining how they were planning to address some hidden surprises once the old roofing was removed. After the roofing was finished, they recommended a fantastic contractor to do some chimney repair work. I would highly recommend them.

It went well! The only complaint I have is that a couple times they left materials behind that sat in my driveway for a couple weeks. other than that, the roof has not leaked, the siding is a good match, and it all looks good.

Very Punctual, personable. They worked closely with my insurer to iron out differences between the appraiser's report and their own estimate. Allstate was very slow and argumentative, so USA had to be patient until the issue was resolved. When they did the work, it was done to perfection. I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job, they were on time, and their price was very fair.

They didn't finish everything. The price seems to go up somewhat to the estimate that we didn't expect, but the work is necessary.

It was quick and fast. They came in, did the work and left. They guy who was supervising had a good interaction with me.

Knowledgable salesman who stayed with the job and delivered on time. We waited for a good rain storm and for the first snow to melt on the roof before writing this review and it passed with flying colors. The crew did not only do a professional roofing job, they also did a excellent clean up job. They even painted the white PVC vents to match the dark grey color of the roof and flashing.

Tammy was great to work with as was her worker. They fixed a problem that others had no success in fixing.

We needed to have electrical work (for an attic exhaust fan) also done on this roofing project. They said they had a subcontracted electrician to do the work. When he arrived, he asked us for the wiring and did not have any on him. We later found out that he was a handyman and not a licensed electrician. When I asked him if he was a licensed, he became really defensive and said we could find someone else to do it.

So far, so good. We will get back to how the whole experience turns out.

The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. They were on time and cleaned up when finished. We dealt with Jim and he was professional and very friendly. He also noticed a loose downspout and repaired it with out charge. We would recommend Jim and USA roofing anyone needing a new roof.

Our experience with USA Roofing was exceptional. The time between the request for a quote to the job being completed was less than 2 weeks. It would have been quicker, but inclement weather delayed the install date. Tammy provided a quote in a timely manner along with great service and clear communication. We had a wide selection of shingle choices. The crew put care into detail work, including trims and special flashing, such as around our chimney. The crew was on time and stayed until the job was done in one day. The yard was clean and debris-free when they left. The job site supervisor stayed the entire time except to get additional supplies that was not expected at the start, but certainly needed to complete the job in a professional manner. The job site supervisor kept us informed throughout the day of the progress. We highly recommend USA Roofing.

I was experiencing ongoing ventilation issues with my living room, which has a vaulted ceiling. There was a lot of condensation showing through on on side of the ceiling, which has been an ongoing issue that no one seemed to know exactly what to do to take are of the frustrating issue. Tammy and Wayne, with USA Roofing, came out and took the time to listen to the specific problem then after some evaluation and sharing options decided that the possible resolution could be to use this new technology and product called SmartVent, which is supposed to be an awesome product to help with ventilation issues. They scheduled the work to be completed within a weeks time, showed up at my home at exactly the time scheduled and have it completed within a half of a day. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they replace the damaged roofing, they also found other places that needed repair and caulked areas that had become loose. I had tried to get another company to come, but gave up after three calls over an 8 week period. USA Roofing came out within a few days of my call and repaired the damage when they came. Last year they installed Alcoa Leaf Relief gutter guards and had done an excellent job and this caused me to call them for the roofing repair. The gutter guards are excellent and I have multiple maple trees and a hawthorn tree with little berries.

They arrived on time and completed by noon.

arrived at our house early am an started working with a crew of seven men. finished by 1:00pm the same day. they were very professional, fast an they new what they were doing. they cleaned up very well not leaving any trash or nails. usa roofing brought their own trailer on rubber wheels for the debris so that you did not have a metal container on your driveway. cant say enough about how fast, clean-up, an products that were used. Tammy and another gentlemen came out the day after I called to look at and provide a quote for the work I needed. They spent considerable time going over with me and my wife what they would do. While there they also got up on the roof and noted several problems areas that needed fixing. They are very thorough. I ended up using another company but in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call and use USA Roofing for my roofing needs.

I highly recommend USA Roofing. I had hail damage from a recent storm and I had a few estimates after I got the go-ahead for a new roof from my insurance Co. USA roofing was prompt to respond and provide an estimate and came closest to what the insurance Co was going to pay for the work. The work was completed in one day and they left the area clean.

After several problems with the roofing company that I hired to replace my roof and gutters. And being totally frustrated with their desire to help resolve the problems. I called USA. Tammy came out and assessed the problem areas and sent me a quote on repairing the work not done by the other construction company and replaced the skylights. Tammy was a pleasure to work with and got me all the information that was needed, she explained what repairs that need to be done in great detail. Her crew of two gentlemen came out, were polite and courteous and worked diligently to make the repairs and install the new skylights and explained more to me about the skylights. When they were finished they let me know and they had done a great job of cleaning up all of the debris from their work. I am very happy with the work performed by USA and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall working with this company was a good experience.

The people are honest the work is excellent. They come on time and they clean up after themselves. I like the work that they did, they were fast and very efficient

I called three roofing companies in January including ABC Roofing. Tammy Bacon came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and determined that some minor repairs would extend the life of the roof for a couple more years. She also noted that we had a power roof vent and asked if I knew if the attic soffit vents were uncovered for proper ventilation. She said they could check that when they came out. She and a second employee arrived on time and checked out the attic first. It was determined that the vents were not covered so no attic work had to be done. I had some spare shingles in the attic which they used to replace the few broken shingles. Then, they went over the entire roof sealing areas that could possibly let water in. They spent three hours on the roof and used "more caulk than they expected" to do the job right. She even informed me that the chimney had minor cracks in the mortar on top, which they sealed, but said that we should contact a mason to seal it properly. I was very impressed with the work they did and how thorough they were.
