Everything was excellent. I dealt the with owner, Tammy, and from the very beginning I knew they were the right company for us. She was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She made us feel as though our roofing job was a priority for their company. She provided a clear and easy-to-read estimate and started the job a few days later. The crew was great and they finished the entire job within one day. Tammy was on-site throughout the project, she also advised us on trying the new Smart-Vent to help with the ventilation in our roof and helped select a color. We were very pleased overall and would highly recommend this company.

Overall everything went great. USA Roofing was very professional. Tammy took as much time as needed to walk me through the entire process. This was my very first time having a roof put on my house since I had it built. Work was done to my satisfaction and I would recommend USA Roofing to all my friends and family.

From the first call to USA Roofing, this could not have been a more pleasant experience! Tammy was very prompt and courteous and let us know every step of the process. The spring rains were not too cooperative with the scheduling of the work, but every time there was a schedule change due to weather, Tammy called and let us know. The cleanup after the work was completed was exceptional! We would gladly work with this company again, and would certainly recommend them to others!

From the get go the owner, Tammy, was extremely pleasant and quick to respond. I immediately felt at ease. She demonstrated very through knowledge about roofing and approaches areas out of the realm of roofing very carefully. I called and they came out the next day to get my quote ready. After I accepted their proposal (which was very competitive, pricing wise) I had a new roof in about a week (the rain was a big problem). They had to replace several warped roofing boards. The roof looks great. I highly recommend USA Roofing!!

They were pretty good. They were on time and they did a good job. They told me how long it would take and they were able to do it in that time. I was comfortable leaving the job site because I was pleased with what they were doing.

Roof had a leak in the front valley, as indicated by a water spot on the dining room ceiling. Workers repaired the valley, along with some missing shingles on the back of the house. They inspected the entire roof and sealed nail heads/areas as needed. All the work was explained before it was done. Workers cleaned-up the area before they left.

Roof leak around an inside chimney had been caulked numerous times. Wanted it fixed right. Tammy & Wayne came out and did estimate. Wayne showed me where it was leaking due to improper installation of shingles; not bad caulking. Once work started, Wayne discovered the cricket was an add on that really should not have been there. He removed the cricket and repaired the decking and installed flashing and shingle to properly drain water away from chimney. He then flashed and sealed all around the chimney. Quality of the work is outstanding. Attitude of Wayne and Tammy are excellent. Do the job right, charge a fair price. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others. Estimate was middle of range I received, but I was sold by the experience and knowledge demonstrated by Wayne during the estimate. Disclaimer: I reserve the right to edit this comment after the first big rain comes and actual results of the repair become known. (Humor)

My roof developed a leak in early December. Tammy was on site assessing the problem within 48 hours. The leak was coming from around the chimney and she advised me that the leak and the damaged decking could be repaired for a few hundred dollars. Due to the age of my roof I asked for a quote to do the whole thing. She called me back the next morning and I accepted the bid. The material arrived 3 days later and the snow 1 day after that. For the next 2 weeks she kept in close contact with me waiting on the weather to break. When it finally did they did a great job. I was impressed how well she kept me informed about their plans to do the job. The cleanup afterwards was very good. Nothing was disturbed or damaged. Being sure the customer is satisfied and the work is done correctly seems to be very important to Tammy. She makes it quite clear that if something is not right she wants you to call. In this age of contractors who don't seem to care, these are good people to do business with.

Excellent! Jim Bacon came out to do the estimate and came prepared to do the repair that very day which I am grateful because rains were expected. During a rainstorm the next day, a leak was discovered that was missed at the repair. I called Jim and he came out the next dry day to investigate. Turns out some nails were rusted and started leaking in a spot that was different from the original repair. However, because they were closely located, but required more extensive shingle replacement, Jim indicated that they did not replace shingles the first time as they were in good shape and didn't want to create a problem were it appeared one did not exist. Only by lifting each shingle individually in the area of the leak were they able to diagnose the problem and fix it. They came back and fixed the problem on the first dry day and did not charge me. They were good for their word and I highly recommend them,.

Tammy and associate came by to give us a quote and had the same shingles in her truck that we have on our house. The quote was much better than the other 4 we had received. We requested she make the repairs at that time. They were here and gone within 1 hour.

Tammy returned my initial call within 15 minutes, and we set up a time for an inspection & quote. They called prior to arriving at my home & they were on time. Finished the inspection quickly and gave me a quote after explaining all that they had found on my roof. Tammy also let me know (per my request) when I may require a new roof. She offered to plot it out and send me a quote if I wished. The work was scheduled for one week from the date of quote. Tammy called to let me know when the work would be done (that day) and she called a day later to let me know the work was done & if I had any other questions.

EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS JUST FIRST CLASS. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, DID NOT WASTE TIME, AND DID EXCELLENT CLEAN UP. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD ROOFERS, USA ROOFING IS THE PLACE TO GO.

We had a quote within a few days of our initial phone call, and the roofing job was scheduled only two weeks out. They even started a day early in order to be sure to finish before bad weather. The crew came in and got most of the work done in a single day. Even though they had to come back the next day to finish up, they cleaned everything up-it was even after dark, and I didn't find a single nail the next day. Everyone was polite and hard-working. What really impressed me was that they spray painted the roof vents and exhausts to match the shingle color. Their price was slightly below one other quote that we got. A third company couldn't even come out to look things over for 3+ weeks. Nice people, and a job very well done!

The price was reasonable and the materials used were better than 3 other estimates I received. Over all material were of better quality and better overall price for the total job and they cleaned the yard up on completed work.

Scheduled a quote from USA Roofing for repairs needed from hail damage. Received quote within 2 days. Hired Mrs. Hurt and her crew, but I was having a hard time deciding on the new roof color. I called Mrs. Hurt and told her of my problem. She was very helpful in giving me a few previous addresses of roofs that they had completed to help me visualize what the color would look like. After I decided on my color, I scheduled USA Roofing to start on the job. Soon after I was notified that the crew would arrive the next day at 7:00 AM to start, which worked out great since I leave for work at that time. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, eager to get started. To my surprise when I returned home from work, the roof was 95% completed. Upon completion, the crew did an amazing job cleaning up; we did not find one nail or shingle in the yard or drive way. We couldn't be more happy with our new roof. Great Job.

Tammy and her crew are excellent! She had one of her crew members look at the roof during the day while we were at work. She then met us, walked the property answering our questions, and provided an estimate. She is very professional and knows her business well. Plus she is local! She was able to schedule the work for the next week. Her crew worked on one of the hottest days this summer. Great job! We highly recommend this company.

Ms. Hurt, her staff and crew were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They returned our calls promptly, gave us a fair estimate and did the work exactly as promised and on time. Roofing work can be messy. They left no footprints behind, except, of course, a new roof. We are very happy with USA Roofing, Ms. Hurt, her staff, crew and their work.

Excellent communication and follow up. They arrived on time. The crew was outstanding and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up completely, even picked up nails in grass and around house with super magnet tool on wheels. All work was performed and no surprises.

The team arrived promptly. Actually an afternoon early as the weather had cleared up. They cleaned up daily before leaving, were polite and conscientious. Both my husband and I highly recommend the team from USA Roofing.

Scott Covey from USA Roofing canvassed our neighborhood, going door to door looking for hail damage. Although, at first he seemed knowledgeable and was more than willing to assist us with our insurance claim, we soon began to question his integrity. His comments centered around getting as much money out of the insurance company as possible, even for damage that was not clearly related to hail. We felt his attitude lacked professionalism and his demeanor was a bit arrogant. He continued to call and drop by unannounced, even after we told him we would call him back IF we needed anything further. About the company, I could not find much history, reputation or solid presence in this area, and the license plate of the sales rep was from Texas. Other companies I spoke to referred to people like this as "storm chasers." After several dealings with them, we did not feel comfortable continuing our discussions or hiring them to do any work.

It was an outstanding experience. They were professional, quick and responsive. They did a wonderful job.

Very professional! Tammy responded quickly to my request for a bid, and then did the work within two weeks after I accepted her bid. She had a big crew on the job and finished in one day, including some wood replacement and painting. We've had several heavy storms since with no sign of problems.

USA Roofing was great. The owner, Tammy Hurt, was professional and responsive to our calls. The roofing job was excellent, and by far was the best quote we received. USA came highly recommended, and we have since recommended USA to numerous friends who have also had very positive experiences. The clean-up after the job was complete was perfect.
