USA Roofing provided us with excellent service from the first call to the completion of all the work on our roof, plus the siding and the gutters. After the recent hailstorm, dozens of other companies offered so many deals, but it didn?t take long to see that they were from out of town or didn?t care about cheating the insurance company (and probably homeowner as well). But, USA Roofing and Tammy, its owner, was straightforward about everything. She provided clear estimates of the jobs and talked with my insurance company. She clearly knows her business and described felting, ice barriers, types of shingles available, and so on. Her crews were all efficient, polite, organized, and cleaned up after themselves. Another plus was that they didn?t blare loud music like other crews working on other houses in the neighborhood; and no shouting or cussing either. One crew finished the roof in one day; they were amazingly well coordinated and kept working until the job was completely finished. Another crew did the siding on another day, and a third crew did all the gutters on a third day. Another team re-screened the damaged part of my screened porch, including priming and painting the wood. It looks better than it did before the storm. Tammy always arranged dates in advance with me and was extremely considerate of my wishes, including protecting all the landscaping. As for clean-up, just picture up to 8 people moving around the house picking up debris by hand even after the usual magnet-passes and major clearing. In sum, I highly recommend Tammy and the entire USA Roofing team.

USA Roofing had completely redone our porch roof last summer. We were still expereiencing some leaks in the porch next to the house and so I called USA back to check it out. After very careful investigations, USA identified for me that our old aluminum siding was actually installed incorrectly and was causing the leaking down into our porch. There were also areas around the windows that water was seeping into becuase of the previous incorrect installation causing wood rot around the windows. In addition, the flashing where the roof met the siding was also installed incorrectly so we had alot of water issues. I asked Tammy to provide me with a quote to repair the affected sections of the roof, replace all the siding with new vinyl siding and replace all the windows with new energy efficient windows. Their price was very reasonable for all aspects of this repair. And the repair was done promptly, and professionally. All the ancilliary repairs of wood rot around the windows and insulation under the siding were also completed and look great! And no more leaking or water issues! I will certainly recommend USA Roofing to anyone and I will also be calling them back when it comes time to replace the remaining sections of my roof!

After I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate I was informed they would be able to get to me this week. They called the day before coming and I requested a call 1/2 hour prior to them arriving so I could meet them. When they arrived they surveyed the damaged and suggested the course of action at an agreed price, which was lower than their normal minimum service call. They even took time to answer questions concerning another building I had. The work was completed and both guys were friendly and professional and I would recommend and use them again if needed.

Myself and three other neighbors had 20 year old roofs that needed to be replaced. Since I subscribe to Angie's List I pulled three of the top roofers from the list for estimates. USA Roofing offered a slightly lower price plus they were punctual and professional in every way. We have absolutely nothing to complain about -- we're all content with the work done. Another plus -- this is a female owned company. Tammy is obviously detail oriented and it shows in the work done on our roofs.

A recent storm blew off about 6 shingles from our roof and I already had a handyman coming out to replace some rotten trim around the outside of our home. When I asked him if he could handle the roofing job he told me that he wasn't licensed to do roof work and recommended I get a roofing company. After checking Angie's List for reliable companies I chose USA Roofing because of their stellar reputation. After speaking with Tammy I was confident that the job could be done in a reasonable amount of time, which was important since we are putting the house on the market very soon. A few days later Tammy and Wayne came out to do much more than replace the few shingles that had blown off. The shingles were a very good match and they fixed a number of other problems that were not apparent unless you got onto the roof. Wayne brought me onto the roof at the end of the job to show me some additional problems with the chimney area. Both Tammy and Wayne were VERY friendly and professional. Wayne did an excellent job explaining the problems to me as well as the level of their severity. I am now waiting on a quote for the chimney area repairs as well as a quote for a new roof. The roof is approximately 20 years old and it may be a negotiating item in the selling process, so I want to make sure I have everything in place if we need to move forward. I enjoyed working with this company, will recommend them to others and will definitely use them in the future.

I looked up roofing professionals on Angie's List and contacted 3 of the top rated companies in my area. USA roofing was the first one to respond to my inquiry that same day and the first to deliver an estimate just 3 hours later. The estimate was in line with what I was willing pay and the job needed to be completed before the rain came so I asked them to proceed with repairs. They took some of the torn away shingles with them in order to get the appropriate color and came back to get it fixed. The repair itself took approximately 45 minutes and it looks great. While they were up there, they also replaced a boot that was torn which was not caused by the wind damage but more likely the original builder. I was pleased by their ability to respond quickly and efficiently. Tammy also has great communication. I appreciated the e-mail alerts and phone calls to let us know arrival times and status updates.

Looks beautiful and no more leaks! The flat roof is my favorite, they did such a good job on it and it coordinates exactly with our shingles. I wanted to replace the insulation on the flat roof after the old decking was torn off(it was leaky and had gotten wet)and Tammy worked directly with the insulation company to get it coordinated. I work during the day and she would call and let me know how things were going and if there were any questions or changes. They also have a nice attention to detail, even painting the vent pipes to match the roof. The metal roof turned out especially nice as well but was significantly more cost than just replacing it with shingles. Cleaned up very, very well, even sweeping my driveway after they were done!

The project went smoothly. Tammy and her team were efficient and they were meticulous. They also cleaned up after themselves daily. They were able to satisfy my family's "watchful" eyes. The most surprising news was at the end when Tammy told me that she gave me a discount because they didn't use as much paint or time as she calculated!!! Never met a company that charged less than the original quote! In my book, that's pretty awesome!

The process was quick and easy. The workers were fast and prompt. The 4 skylights were replaced in 2 days (could have been one if it had not rained). The new skylights were much better in quality than the original. The only thing is that the new skylights were a little bigger than our previous size so we will have to put some decorative molding to hide the casing on the perimeters of the interior opening of the skylights. It was purely a cosmetic issue and Tammy informed us of this prior to starting so that we knew we had to address this after it got installed. Tammy's company was able to do the molding for us, but we decided to hold off and do it later when we do the entire house painting. The skylights and installation price was lower than some of our other quotes and she even gave us a discount for installing more than 2 skylights.

Excellence customer service, prompt, professional and very courteous. They showed up on time, presented us with an estimate, along with pictures of roof problems and did excellent and quality job in fixing the roof leak.

We had 1 or 2 leaky gutters after the work was done when we had a hard rain. USA roofing came back out promptly and fixed those two spots. The leaks are now gone from the soffits and gutters.

I called for a leaking gutter/soffit (small job). The owners estimate was focused on a new roof and never on the problem reported. Upon inspection, she reported back with problems completely unrelated to and nowhere near the point of contention (the gutter/soffit). She spoke of soft spots, insufficient venting etc. I agreed that I had approx 15-16 years on the existing roof and it may need attention in the future but I wanted the gutter area fixed immediately. When asked to focus on the gutter, the owner then estimated that an additional downspout was needed. Her gutter contractor was sent and he reported that the additional downspout was not necessary and would actually cause more problems. The gutter contractor and I agreed that he would re-nail the gutter in spots, apply sealant in the corner of the gutter and install drip edge wherever necessary for his minimum payment of $250. The owner reported back that the drip edge was not installed and only the re-nail and sealant were done. The gutter still leaked the same as always. After several attempts, USA roofing and their subs could not fix the problem. They did however demand payment. The owner insists that it is due to other problems. If that is true, why didn't they just tell me that the gutter couldn't be fixed without fixing the "bigger issues"? That would have saved me $250 and them several trips. Water still runs out of this corner every time it rains (today).

The USA Roofing team quickly responded to my request for an estimate. They set realistic expectations, provided a strong estimate and did the work when they said they would. Excellent customer service!

The job went very well. More of the decking had to be replace than was anticipated, yet the crew stuck with the job and completed it in one very long day. Tammy is great to work with.

The job was done quick and on time even though they performed the job on one of the hottest days of the summer. Jim and his wife (the owners) are a delight to work with. They pay attention to details on the job.

Were wonderful from start to finish, unobtrusive, just did the job, asked me to look it over, and he then explained all that he had done, and why there were leakage problems previously, then told me that it wouldn't leak again. And he was right!! Fabulous!!

Fantastic. Because the chimney cap had to be fabricated, Tammy either called or emailed me on a routine basis after the initial estimate to let me know when the cap could be replaced. This was not an easy job due to the steepness of the roof and the height involved. As I was not present for the installation, and could not verify from the ground, I asked for and received a warranty in writing for the work. That is why I am only giving a grade of 'B' for the quality. It could very well be an 'A' but I'm not climbing up there to find out.

The experience was great. They did a good job on the roof and cleaned up afterwards. They were prompt in returning calls and they showed up when they promised.

They showed up on a Saturday morning on time. They tore off the existing roof and then put on the new roof. They were finished by 3pm that same day. They did an extremely good job cleaning up after themselves. I think I only found 1 nail on the ground after they had left! This roof was done in October and as of today there have been no problems what so ever. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new roof or roof repairs. Jim and Tammy are great business owners and really know how to run their company to make their customers very happy.

Working with Tammy was a pleasure. During the heavy rainstorms this spring, I discovered that my roof was leaking. Tammy came out within a day or two to provide an estimate. She also pointed out some possible damage to my chimney and suggested having a mason out before they scheduled the job. She did an excellent job of coordinating with the mason, and a member of her staff, Wayne, was out the day after the mason was finished and completed the job in a single day. The job was cleaned up well, and the roof looks great (now I know what chimney flashing is supposed to look like).

I had originally obtained 5 estimates (as I always do) for the work. Tammy, the owner of USA Roofing was on time, professional, easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and had a competitive price (hers was the second lowest). The work was scheduled, they showed up on time and stayed focused until the work was complete and even helped my 83 year old father pick-up some cut grass he had been raking just to be helpful. All of our drainage problems have been solved, the work they did is superb and they left everything cleaner than they found it. We are so satisfied with their work we are getting ready to hire them again for a large commercial roof replacement.
