Updike Bathroom Remodeling

Dan Updike made sure the job went well. He even showed up early Saturday morning to make sure things went well. Whatever problem occurred was immediately taken care of. Love that this company stands behind their work. Also they were the most expensive bid but better quality materials.

Jeremy was very nice had furniture swept up after each day. Joe took about 4 days half bath looks great.

Updike bathroom remodeling did an outstanding job remodeling our master bath. They completed it on time and budget. Dan Updike was fair about pricing changes and unforeseen issues and was always available if I had a question or concern. This my first time using a remodeling company. The installation team was outstanding as well. The lead supervisor was very experienced and knowledgeable to offer practical solutions to issues that arose. He was honest if he forgot something, which I appreciated. I communicated most with the supervisor directly with questions, which worked perfectly. I recommend Updike bathroom remodeling to anyone! You can trust them to do an outstanding job.

Jeremy was always on time; worked very quickly & efficiently; very professional & courteous; friendly & knowledgeable; cleaned up any messes, but was very neat. We had a leak after the job was completed; came right out & fixed it; very apologetic, & took care of everything! Beautiful shower & floor! Beautiful workman ship. Fantastic company and people! Also, worked with me to complete the job before I had to go back to work! Had to go back to work! So very nice!

Once the work was scheduled, everything went quickly. Work was done promptly and carefully, mess was cleaned up, path through the house was protected by drop cloth. The entire job took only 1 1/4 days and it looks great.

Installers were very courteous and punctual. They explained all procedures throughout the project. Each day the installers would lay down tarps to protect carpeting and the bathroom was cleaned of any debris or remains from the days work. We are very satisfied with Updike and will have them return in the fall for another project.

We had two contractors for two weeks they showed up Monday-Friday on time. They were professional and methodical. This company is the real deal!!

Dan was friendly & on time with estimates. Sheri is office gave very useful tips and friendly informative phone calls and follow ups. Jeremy did total install himself. Worked in an order that let us always have the use of one of our bathrooms and completed exactly on time. He worked some days while we were away and he even released our cats from “jail” when he was finished each day. Very pleasant and work was beautiful! Just wanted to add that we have an older house with a very rough basement and a lot of quirks, but updike treated us like we were fancy.

Updike worker came on time, kept noise & debris to minimum and finishedin time stated by estimate. Very professional and asked questions when needed.

Dan & team at Updike are top notch! Although it took some time because they were booked out several weeks I can see why. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. From start to finish it was a great experience. They installed a new tile floor, toilet, shower, and even allowed us to keep our existing vanity/sink as it was brand new from my DIY remodel gone wrong. In addition, upon completion of the job we had one small piece of the laminate in the shower bubble up a little. Updike had their technician out within 48 hours of the issue being brought to their attention to correct it. The craftsman that did the remodel was courteous, and CLEAN! He left no trace of a remodel each day he was on site & respected our home while he was in it. Updike was also aware that we are a single bathroom home, and had a time frame in which they needed to complete the job. In the event we decide to add a half bath to this home I will most definitely contract Updike Bathroom Remodeling.

Planned for 5-6 days. 6 days complete day 1- remove old unit & walls down to studs day 2-install floor, redo plumbing, begin install of cement wall day 3-finish walls build bench, start install tile day 4-finish rough tile install day 5-install doors, shower, faucet.

They were great! On-time, professional, very neat. Went above & beyond.

Dan was quick to come and give us a quote and was able to provide us with cost saving options for our problem. Another local company told us we needed a whole new shower and gave us a quote for > $10,000 for the job. Don assured us he could simply replace the faucet body and saved us literally thousands of dollars! We will definitely use them again!

Sheri responded to my email request the same day I sent it to them. She followed up with additional questions to make sure the right part came. I received the part in less then 2 weeks. There was no charge because the manufacturer did not charge Updike for it. I was very satisfied with the rapid service I received from Updike just as I was with the original shower and door they installed for me recently.

eft a message for initial discussion for a complete master bathroom remodeling. he called a few days later and asked what I wanted to do. gave me a ball park figure $20000 and asked whether or not that was something I'd like to do. I said yes. he was suspicious and hesitant to come out. told him we were in a decent subdivision. he asked for the address to verify. I told him he did not have to come, not to waste his time.

The team that did the work and administration staff were great and easy to work with from start to finish.

The project went very well. the crew was ontime, very polite, very responsive to my questions and very talented. The floor looks great. Whenever the crew took a lunch break or finished for the day they informed me what they had done, when they would return and what they were going to do next.....very professional. This crew is very easy to talk with and their explanations and suggestions were made in such a manner as to help me completely understand everything. If I had job openings I would hire them immediately.

Went well. They adapted to the nuances of my older home (80 years old) like slight slant in floor, etc.

Started exactly when promised. Jeremy worked hard and finished quicker than anticipated. excellent job.
