Description of Work: Did a bathroom remodel that included replacing and enlarging tile shower, removing garden tub, new counter top/sinks for vanity and replacing carpet with tile. Description of Work: They tore out one layer of porcelain tile, one layer of mortar, one layer of cement board, and the plywood sub-floor (rotted out by the "quietly" leaking toilet) in order to reconfigure the bathroom. The bathroom is beautiful and works much better than the original one. The rotten sub-floor caused the project to be much bigger than planned, but the room is structurally sound now.
