Absolute perfection. Our sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. The installation crew was prompt, informative, and did a beautiful job installing our new windows. We also got a follow up call from the office to make sure everything was going as planned. Total satisfaction!

David Rouse did a fine job. He was on time, friendly and efficient. Did a good job explaining things afterward and when a small problem arose, he made a note and it was followed up on within the week. Took all the old windows and door with and cleaned up after. Everything looks good and works as advertised. We would use Universal Windows again if needed.

They arrived on time, was done much quicker than I expected, and left no traces of being here. Their work was outstanding and they explained everything that I asked. They were perfectionist. Outstanding job.

The installers, Carlos Ortiz and Angel Zapata, were the absolute best. The morning started off rough for them but by days end things were much better. Their attitudes, professionalism, patience (with me) and concern for quality work was well above what I expected. I posted of Facebook the finished results and our friends and family love them. I had NO cleanup to do because they took care of all of that. We had 4 single windows and one double window replaced, which was all done in one day. When I order more windows I will request them again and I most assuredly will purchase from Universal Windows!!!!!!!!

Our installation experience was horrible. The sales lady was great, we really liked the windows and at the time they were running a special of buy 1 window get 1 free. She let us know that all of their installers work for the company so that we wouldn't have to worry. Fast forward to the install and this is when all problems started. Carlos and his crew came out in late January. He was a very nice guy but once the work started we saw a number of concerning things happening. They were having problem getting the windows out so they starting breaking them. Their was glass all over the place. We have 3 small children under 5 years old and when I came down stairs to see what was going I saw glass all over the tile floor. I went in the kids play room and found big shards of glass in the room, mixed in with their toys and glass embedded in the window sill. We had to use a pair of pliers to get it out of the wood. While they were breaking out the windows they didn't have any tarps covering the flower beds outside so we found pieces of glass and cut metal all over the place. Day two came and I address a number of concerns with Carlos, he said that they would go around picking up all the glass at the end of the day. He ended up working until night and said he was sorry but they would have to come back and finish the next day. He tried to have me sign off on the paperwork even though the job still wasn't finished. Later when we were putting the kids to bed we found glass on their sheets and jagged plastic strips in my daughters tent. The next day Carlos and his crew was a no show. I went and started taking pictures of the house. They had broken some of the wood above one of the windows, they swept the broken glass from my sons window into the gutter so that on the next rain we had glass all over the year. They spray foam they were using to insulation the windows was wiped on the siding and roof, and a number of the windows on the 2nd story were not caulked. I filed a complaint and their boss decided to pay a visit. He came out and said he would have them come and fix what was wrong. They came out and fixed a few things but we noticed that a few of the rooms were still really hot. On 2nd story back side of the house. none of the windows were caulked on the top. and my sons window was only caulked on the outside part where you could see it from the ground. I finally had to go around this weekend and finish their work. I have never been so disappointed in a company. I love the new windows but can't believe how bad of a job they did installing. Please look at the pictures. These were taken from this weekend just to give you an idea of the quality of the install.

Wonderful company and product. My vinyl windows have wood grain inside and look great! Melissa was very helpful when choosing the color and design of the windows and door

Josh came out to give me a quote. He was awesome! Very informative and helped me make a good determination on what's best for my financial situation. I really appreciate this as he didn't sell me on the highest priced products. This was the 5th company that I spoke to and 2 of the other companies were trying to overcharge me and charge taxes on the windows. Josh was very open and honest and would definitely recommend Universal Windows for your project!!

We haven’t had the windows instsalled yet but were very impressed with the presentation and the product. We can’t wait for our new windows!!

Moe was great he did a great explaining the product and giving us a great price. , We hired Universal Windows Direct 3 times they did a great job on 2 properties for us and we hired them to finish another for us. I would recommend them to any homeowner.

after setting up an appointment more than 45 days out, I took time off from work to meet with the representative. I got a call 2 hours before our schedule appointment to cancel. I was informed that they were with another customer and running late. they couldn't come later so they just cancelled. they wished to reschedule for the next day but my work requires at least 1 month notice and that wasn't going to work. I requested an email so I can have their contact info..... NO email ever sent.. basically a waste of time!!!

The company was great from start to completion. They set up estimate appointment, measuring, and installation around our busy schedule. They were punctual to the time they said they'd be at our home. Universal was actually able to manufacture their faster than their time frame had said " A great surprise." The installation crew was on time, polite, and efficient. They took great pride and detail in ensuring the windows were installed correctly and to our satisfaction. We still have a few windows and doors to replace yet. When we are ready to do so. Universal will be who we will call.

I thought this was the perfect fit after a lot of research. The people are very nice and the installation crew was top notch. The initial sales presentation was very high pressure and they would offer a discount if you gave a positive review BEFORE the job was started. Overall made a deal with a manager who was very informative The glass is great, however the frames of the windows and door are not as efficient and you can feel cold air when you put your hand near the frame, this was addressed by the company and extra insulation was applied. Overall I like the windows and they look good and are energy efficient.

We love our new windows and I would like to thank Todd and Tracy for getting the deal completed. I would also like to thank the Phil and his Installation Team for a wonderful job installing the windows. They were very respectful of my Wife and I, and we did not have to clean any messes. In this day of many service teams being sloppy they set the bar very high. Tracy has also been very quick to address a small issue with one of the windows needing adjusted so that shows me their is service after the sale which I also greatly appreciate.I will definitely give them a call and a shot for my future business. Someone from the company called me and insisted on knowing who lived in the house and insisted on knowing that all the decision makers were going to be present for the visit. I took their persistence to mean that if your husbands not home we are not coming out. I should not HAVE to disclose any personal information about who lives in my house to get a quote for windows AND I would not be calling you if I couldn't make a decision for MY house..... My decision is to cancel and never use this place for anything. I've worked with contractors 15 years and NEVER had this experience anywhere else.

The sales process was fairly high pressure, evidenced by "if you buy today, here's the special price" kind of stuff. The salesperson also miscounted the number of windows, which resulted in the price being increased after the sale. Once the sales piece was over, it went well, with all windows replaced in less than two days. It's been a few months since installation, and one of the windows is now difficult to latch. All in all, I'm pretty much "meh"...not really outstanding quality, average to high pricing, not bad, not great.

The installers I had were very down to earth and interactive with me during the entire time they were here. They addressed any and all concerns I had quickly and without hesitation which made everything go quickly and smoothly.

Went great. Windows were available ahead of schedule. After battling weather of Rain, wind and lightning, it was rescheduled in just a few days. The installers, Bret & Jerry were fantastic. They answered my questions accommodated our requests and were so detail oriented. They left the place just as clean or cleaner than when they started. You couldn't ask for better guys to do the job and represent the company and product. It looks great! Would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for other jobs. I didn't really like the sales tactic of "offer only good today while I'm here". In the end we worked out a deal, so we are very pleased with the service and product.

It went extremely well. I have a relatively small home so it was a bit crowded because things had to be moved away from the windows. There is a lot of work involved in the removal of old aluminum windows and I was seriously doubting my decision to have it done. BUT....my windows look fabulous and I couldn't be more pleased. There were some minor drywall issues, which is to be expected because of the force needed to remove the old windows, but they can be fixed. It is so nice to stand by any of the new windows and not to feel outside air coming in. I can't wait for spring and fall so I can open up these bad boys!!

It went very well. The door took a long time to order the door (for it to come in). We had an issue that I received an email stating the door was in and Universal did not call us as they promised. I had to reach out to them after 10 days and ask when they are going to schedule the installation. After that, it still took 2 weeks to have them come. However, once they did, I was very pleased with what they did.

Phil, Tim and Doug installed our windows and were a GREAT bunch of guys to work with. They did a great job for us. The windows look great! They kept asking us how the windows looked as they were putting them in. They wanted our input on how things were going throughout the job. GREAT JOB!!!

Excellent installers. Beautiful Windows!

I just replaced all of the windows in my house through Universal Windows Direct. They did an excellent job. Tracey and his crew worked all day Friday, came back Saturday for several hours and even arrived at 8 am Sunday morning to finish everything. The drywall was rotted near one of my decorative windows and he actually came in with a canister of drywall patch and helped cover the mess - then used my touch up paint to fix it. The whole process was smooth and hassel-free. This company is based out of Ohio and is trying to expand their market into the Central Indiana area. The quality is amazing and I got a great deal at the time - buy 1 window get 1 free! I highly recommend them if you're replacing all windows or even if you need to replace 1 or 2. The salesperson does give a very detailed pitch and includes sample estimates from competitors in the area so you can see what you are getting for your money.

Progress of order was well communicated. Product delivery ahead of schedule and very nice finished look. Install crew on time and friendly

I must say...I am impressed! Brett, Donnie, and Trey were on time and did an excellent job. They came in my house, removed and replaced my windows, and cleaned up along the way. All 12 windows were removed and replaced in one day. As I am writing this, they are finishing the exterior parts and it looks perfect. Thank you!
