The work done and product used I am very happy with. Unfortunately, the original quote which we were told was for the entire house and small shed was quoted at $17,550.00 for 8 squares. When installers arrived they said the job would need an additional 7 squares to do the job quoted. The additional material required would cost an additional $4,995.00. This was an error on Universal Windows which I had to pay a higher price to get the job done.

They did an excellent job throughout the entire process. You also can’t beat the lifetime warranty on their windows. Shows they stand by their work. This proved true with how they quickly repaired a minor caulking issue. As long as they stand true to their promise, I will use them for any future window installations. The only thing that I suggest is sending an email with a date/time reminder of appointments.

Tyler Spicer was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, funny, and made this the best purchasing experience! I'm excited to see how my house will transform saving money through energy savings! Was non pressuring unlike other companies making this an easy decision!

The installation team arrived on time and did a spectacular job. We had three babies doing their best to get in their way whenever possible but the guys were very polite and were able to work safely and efficiently despite our "obstacles".

The sales team was professional and responsive. The installation team was efficient and professional. They followed up regularly.

They came when expected! Which is always a big plus. They took seven old aluminum windows out and replaced them with the new ones we had picked out. They were very professional and got the job done in a day!

The gentleman that installed my windows was very friendly, and all around, it went well. I was pleasantly surprised by his early arrival. Usually, workers are late and I really appreciate punctuality. The cleanup was excellent and everything was installed very well.

We encountered Universal Windows at the Indianapolis Home Show in January. They took time to discuss our needs & their product in detail. We were impressed then. Before the Home Show actually ended, a salesman came to our home & demonstrated their product. We were impressed & chose Universal Windows over the competitors. They called about a week prior to schedule our installation date. The installers showed up when they said they would. Very timely. They were very courteous. After showing them what windows they were replacing that day, they got right to work. The old windows that were being removed became problematic & didn't want to come out, even though they were broken & rotten in spots. Removal took a little longer than expected. By late afternoon, they had the windows installed & trimmed out inside. They still had all of the wrapping & trimming to do on the outside, but the next day the weather was less than accommodating as it was raining heavily with a forecast of no letup for the next 2 days. The original install day was a Tuesday, so to finish, they said they would be there on Friday. They came back & were as punctual as Tuesday. They actually took less than an hour for lunch both days. They completed the outside work by mid-afternoon. Everything was cleaned up & taken away. We are very happy with the work that has been done & have shown off our new bay window with the etching to several friends & family & they have all liked it. All other windows that we replaced where like what were removed. d
