Description of Work: The representatives for Universal Builders arrived promptly and went onto the roof of our 2-story home to survey hail damage to roof shingles, window screens and other roof items. They called Allstate Insurance company for us as we waited and got a claim number. Now we are awaiting contact by Allstate's roofing lady. Once she calls, we will call Universal again. Very pleased with Universal Builders at this point and would not hesitate to recommend them. They spent time with us explaining the details about the roof job.

+ -1 moreIt looks great. Its been fantastic. They came out very quickly and even did the work on a weekend. I actually ended up getting a little money back after my insurance company paid for the work so I upgraded my shed. I have recommended them to others.
Description of Work: They did a full re-roofing for me. They also repaired some rafters in my attic that had been damaged in some storms.
