November -Project was scheduled for Monday through Wednesday. Not finished. Came back on Saturday. Plumbing leaked in basement. Plumber came and fixed leaking. Bathroom still not properly finished. Now it is January and second installer came. He ripped out everything first installer put in. Was supposed to be Thursday and Friday. Had to come back on Saturday. Sunday water pouring into basement again. Shower not useable. Came back on Tuesday to fix problems. Finally finished but not in a timely manner whatsoever. What was supposed to take three days actually took two months. So frustrating.

Great company, very convenient. Great product. Would highly recommend. Lots of gutter color choices with high quality covers.

I have done multiple projects with Unique Home Solutions but after this last one I will never again. They did not schedule an install until months later when I called to cancel and they never returned any calls. On the other hand, my experience with the installers has been top notch. They are professional and knowledgeable.

They did what they said and in a reasonable time and we love the gutters, nice upgrade.

Dean and Jacob who replaced our windows worked all day. The day was cold blowing with wet snow and rain and they just kept working. They provided excellent service and my windows look amazing inside and out. These windows are triple pane and much warmer. Highly recommend!! I did manage to warm them up with some coffee!!

They did an excellent job replacing all of our gutters and in a timely manner,a great improvement to our home.

Way overpriced at 54 dollars a linear foot. Customer service is horrible. No one calls you back on time. Really wish I had done my homework before I hired them.

Previous two companies did not show up , after down payment. Third company wanted payment before work was completed . UMS showed up and with highly knowledgeable, professional installers.

Very expensive

They exceeded my expectations. I needed the gutters installed quickly and the made it happen in a very timely manner, within just a few short weeks from the estimate visit.
