We are exceptionally pleased with all three rooms. Daniel and Jon are wonderful to work with. They are willing to work with new suppliers, and to help find unique solutions. Other contractors we talked to were reticent to use any supplier or selection if it was not stock. They really had a great eye for keeping the remodel in step with the age of the house and making sure it blended seamlessly with the rest of the home. They came up with a number of unique touches and solutions that really make the whole thing feel like a custom remodel. We did go over schedule, though I've not yet met anyone who did not. We also went over budget, but not by a significant percentage of the overall budget.

The master bathroom was 25 years old and we wanted to replace the bath tub with a nice shower. The double sink and lighting fixtures needed to be replaced, and the plumbing had to be redone. We started by picking some beautiful tiles from the Tile Shop. Jon and Daniel were tremendous help in desinging the tile layout. They laid out various options for us to consider. They spent many hours cuttiing and laying the wall and floor tiles. It turned out better than we expected. Their meticulious handling of all the details of the job was outstanding. We've showed the remodeled bathroom to many people and everybody loves it.

The quality of Umlauts work is outstanding. There attention to detail was excellent. We were not sure of exactly what we wanted, and they provided real expertise and options to make the bathroom remodeling turned better than we expected. We've received numerous compliments on the project. The bathroom needed electrical, plumbing, extensive ceramic tile design and installation work.

Fantastic!! Daniel and Jon were very responsive and came to my house to give me an estimate of the work within 24 hours of my call. They were clean, courteous, and told me exactly what they needed to do to get the job done. It looks like new and they cleaned up everything after they were done.
