U-Haul - Indianapolis

We were moving from Chicago to Indy. The manager, Michelle, was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We were just a little late, she waited for us and helped us feel incredibly welcomed in Indy. She was absolutely the best representative if U-Haul and Indy!

They were a little late to open but were helpful once we were able to get service. The truck we received really looked like it could use some maintenance but, in the end, it got the job done. Had some issues with the parking brake but once we got the hang of it it was alright.

My experience with U-Haul - Indianapolis was good. They were very helpful and I enjoyed working with the, I don't have any complaints or anything.

They charged me $20 a day plus mileage. I have rented from them for years, and I never had any issue. They have been there for a long time. They recognize me by sight, and it is the place to do business.

I got a special to use their service. I was pleased with the service. It was not overly nice or clean. The quality was nice. The truck was not very nice. They were there when I needed. They were able to pick it up on time. They were not overly professional, but they were fine. I would use them again.

Had reserved a trailer online. When we finished up the paperwork I discovered my account was still "flagged" from a truck rental dispute that occured three years ago. My account had been mixed up with another person's account and Discover Credit Card untangled the mess and refunded my extra charges but UHaul could not straighten it out despite many attempts on my part. Ron, the owner/manager at this UHaul took it upon himself to try to straighten out the mess. He made many phone calls with the documentation/details I gave him and would not give up. After about an hour, he was able to get my account cleared up. He did it all pleasantly and without my asking him to. I am so grateful that he was able to clear this up after such a long time. He has my business and my hearty recommentation! I will not go to another company.
