Description of Work: We recently purchased a '$99 for 3 hours of wallpaper removal deal' from "Two Sisters". No work has been performed, an appointment was scheduled. Later they called to re-schedule later in the day. They then called even later that they were running very late and could not make the second appointment time. We are on a tight schedule to move into our new home and this situation is unsatisfactory. We request a refund of our $99 which was charged on our Master card.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal from Two Sisters Painting for $199. They gave me their discount information for Sherwin Williams so I was also able to get a discount on the paint. Service was scheduled promptly, and the work was performed in a professional manner. I was able to have both the master and kids' bathroom painted through my Big Deal purchase. Originally, I didn't think that the painter would have time to paint two bathrooms in the allotted time, and therefore planned on him doing some touch up work after completing the master bathroom. After looking at the bathrooms, the painter indicated that he could get to the second bathroom if I preferred to do that instead. At the end of the day, I had two bathrooms painted for $199 plus the cost of the discounted paint.
