From the beginning, the process with Two Brothers was very easy. Rick came out to our house to get the information needed to be able to put a quote together. Shortly after the visit by Rick, the quote was sent out by Dana in their offices with different options for what we were hoping to have done. The price difference between the 3 tab shingles and the architectural shingles was so small that is was a no brainer to go with the architectural shingles as recommended by Rick. Once we spoke with Dana on the phone and got our answers we needed about the work, we signed the contract and two days later Rick and the crew were onsite to start the roofing work. It was amazing how fast they completed the work and the quality of the work done. After the roofing was completed for the day, the crew cleaned up after themselves and it was impossible to tell that any work had been done other than this wonderful looking new roof. The next day the gutter crew showed up and replaced over 200 sq ft of gutters and downspouts on my house. Again, an amazing job was done and I couldn't even tell that the crew was even there except for the nice new gutters I had on my house. Rick came by on both days to make sure that everything was going well with the work and that we were happy with the results. We had 4 different estimates on getting the roofing and gutters replaced on our house. They were all within the same range. What really stuck out about Two Brothers to us was the communication from both Rick and Dana, and how they answered any questions we had and never treated us like they were too busy to answer our questions even though we had this done during a very busy time for them. It was great to feel that our job was a top priority to them even though I have no doubt that they treat every job and customer this way. We also had seen some work they had performed in our neighborhood on another house and luckily they had a sign in the front yard with the name on it. My wife and I had made a mental note on that because we knew we would need our roof replaced in the very near future. I was more than happy to have that sign in my front yard so others in my neighborhood could see just how excellent of a job that they did. I will absolutely recommend Two Brothers to any of my neighbors or friends that ask! Thank you again for all of your hard work and great support throughout the entire process.

Came out to the house on more than one occassion - the second time to meet with the insurance company. Was very generous with his time and seemed very knowledgable about his profession. Did miss one appointment due to a conflicting job. Seemed aggressive about trying to get the insurance company deem certain things as damaged. At the end of the day, the insurance company's assessment of damage was WELL BELOW my deductible so I did not have the work done. Two brother did put a sealant on a couple of damaged shingles at no cost.

I missed a call from their Rep. Brad Hickey, and I returned it. He did not respond, and did not show for the appointment.

They started the job too late in the day so they finished in the dark and made a mistake. Later we had a small leak in the same area. They returned promptly and corrected the flashing installation at no charge. The employees were pleasant and knowledgeable. We would definitely hire them again for a roofing problem.

Contacted Two Brothers Roofing after finding them on Angie's List. My roof had a leak, and I probably needed to have at least half the roof redone. I initially contacted them through a form on their website. They contacted me within 2 days. I told them what I needed, they said they would call the day before they came out. They did call about a week later. They never came out and I've never seen or heard from them.

They were awesome. I have nothing to complain about them. They worked around my schedule, they did everything they said they were going to do, and they did it when they said they were going to do it.

Two Brothers Roofing left me with a great looking roof, used high quality materials, and treated me courteously and fairly throughout. Dana and Juan were easy to reach, did not hesitate to provide evidence of insurance, and answered all my questions clearly. Their crew was pleasant to have around, and they cleaned up after themselves completely and with dispatch. Other roofers I contacted pressured me unfairly and sought to add hidden costs; with Two Brothers I ended up paying less than I expected. Also I owe to Dana the suggestion that we go with roofing materials that were more highly rated over the long run than those I originally considered at no increase in price. In addition to the warranties I expected from the manufacturer, I got a warranty from Two Brothers Roofing itself. It's a warranty I know I can trust, since when I had a minor leak prior to the job, they came right over to help. Whenever I need similar work done, I plan to be in touch with Two Brothers again for service and advice.
