Turner Appliance Repair, Inc. sent a repair man to my house within one hour of my call. Our washing machine had stopped working. He called ahead to telll me he was on his way, and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem with the machine very quickly and gave me a price quote on fixing it. He had the part on his truck and fixed it immediately. I've never had such great service before. The price seemed a little high to me, but that may be partly because it took so little time to replace the damaged part. Overall, I was very satisfied. Shortly after he left, their office called and asked about his performance.

He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly.

The Service Provider assessed the damage and tried to figure out an affordable way to fix the issue. Unfortunately the Control Board for that type of dryer was difficult to come by and we were unable to locate one. The service provider made numerous attempts to try and find the part. He was very kind, considerate, and professional. We were very pleased with his service. He provided us with an Angie' s List Discount and went on his way. Would recommend and would use them again.

I got them off Angie’s List, so I called them. I had not used them before, it was the first time. They came when they said they were going to come. The one thing that I didn’t like about them, the part that came off my dryer, I told them what it was; I told girl who answered the phone that I wanted to give the serial number of my dryer and also what the part is off so that they can have the part with them when they come, and she said no. She said she wouldn’t do that, they had to come out. They made two trips which I thought was unnecessary. I thought they could have done in one trip. They had to order it and had to come back for a second trip which cost me more money. The quality of service was good. I might use them again in the future.

They were very punctual and professional. My neighbor referred them to me. They came when they said they were coming and there was always a follow up call right after they were done.

He was cheap and fast. He did not talk me into buying a new one. He also told me how to properly take care of it so it does work efficiently.

I would give them an A for everything.

They are really good and the last price was a good deal; I was happy. I have used them one time and will use them again in the future.

Called and got an appointment for same day. Quick response. He called back 10 minutes prior to arrival. On time for appointment. quick in diagnosing and fixing problem. Very professional.

They came out and fixed our refrigerator same day, probably within 2 hours. They had the part with them and in 25 minutes they had it fixed and were gone. They were excellent. They were really good. They were quick. Their pricing is reasonable. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

The tech pulled the refrigerator out from the wall and checked all the parts, which were working fine. The verdict was a frozen water line, so we emptied the freezer and fridge and let everything thaw out. The tech said we should adjust the temps so that the lines didn't freeze again. But after the lines froze a couple more times, I did a quick Internet search and discovered there's a flaw in the water dispenser, along with a part to fix it. I'm a little dismayed that the professional technician did not know this, given how quickly I found it on my own. So I'm unsure about hiring the firm again. UPDATE: Turner called us upon seeing this review and provided a discounted replacement to the water dispenser. They were very helpful to get it properly resolved, and the replacement took only about an hour. The best part is that the water line no longer freezes.

I called in the AM, and was able to get an appt for that evening. I asked when I made the appt how much they charged per hour, but was told they actually charge by the job, not the hour. The technician called to let me know he was running late, and he arrived earlier than he had expected to. When he arrived, he got right to work. He was very professional. I didn't time it, but it took maybe 20 minutes or so for him to correct the problem. I was surprised by the final cost--and that was with the Angie's List coupon! The cost seemed high to me, but I didn't really have any thing to compare it to. I needed to have my washer fixed that day though, so I really appreciate the fact that they were able to get someone out the same day, and I didn't have to make that dreaded trip to the laundrymat!

I was having some problems with my washer where water would stay in the drum and not empty out. So the tech came and looked at it, and said you need a pump. He never took it apart, he said he would order it and put me on the schedule. When the day came that he was supposed to be here, I called to find out when they would be here, and they said they didn't know anything about it, and that the part was back ordered. So, I ordered the part myself from Sears and still have the pump here, it never did it again, and my washer is working ok. They were going to charge me $100 more than what the pump cost me from Sears. Now, my washer is fine, and I guess I didn't need the pump after all. They were supposed to have a supervisor call, and he never did. So, needless to say I am not happy with this company. And...they charged me $59.00 to come out to my house, and not do anything for me.

Technician called before his arrival and then arrived right on time. Tech was knowledgeable and had the needed part on his truck. Repair took about 15 minutes and completely resolved the problem.

I've got an old refrigerator that was wasn't keeping food as cold as it should. I called Turner Appliance Repair in December 2011 and they promptly came out and gave it a good (and overdue) cleaning which helped. The very knowledgeable young service man told me that if that didn't work, I might have a leak. Three months later,suddenly both the refrigerated and frozen food started warming. I was prepared to remove all my food to have the leak repaired, but the service man quickly found that I had a small frozen treat keeping the ice trap open on the door. Turner is also very good about keeping you apprised if the service man is running behind. I've been very pleased with their service.

I called them on Monday morning and got a same day appointment. He arrived at the beginning of the scheduled time window and called me 15 minutes before his arrival. Very personable and figured out the problem quickly. I appreciate that he had the parts available so I did not have to make another appointment. Excellent experience from start to finish. I used this company on a fridge repair last year and that was a great experience as well.

Called for appointment and they were able to send out a service person the same day. That was good, but they did charge me a travel fee contrary to what the Angie's List website says. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. They needed to order the part and could come back the next day, but were flexible with my wife's schedule and waited an extra day. This was very helpful since we have a newborn at home. The next day he came out and did the repair. They did give us a 5% discount, but again - this was less than the discount listed on the Angie's List website. They included a warranty that is longer than the manufacturer's warranty and we appreciated that. While their work and service was very good, there was an additional travel charge and a lower AL discount. I'd use them again because the work was good, but be aware of these things going in so you will not be surprised at the bill.

Appointment made easily for 8-9 a.m(I like early). At 8 a.m. on the day of appt. I got a call stating that they had over booked and they would be here at 9:30(not happy as this is my pet peeve, and I had to rearrange my appts then). Once technicial arrived, he was very apologetic and worked effieciently to resolve my issue. I thought the price was just a little on the high side even with the discount. I have used the dryer extensively since the fix and it appears that all is well. I would hire them again.

Called company based on recommendations. Unfortunately, they were moving buildings and phone lines were down so tech didn't get our service call relayed and no showed on day 1. Finally got a hold of company and situation was explained. They waived service call fee and tech showed up promptly at specified time on day 2. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. After discussing washer issue with my husband, he set to work quickly. As it turned out, there was a clog in a drain line, so he blew out the line, checked the machine was running fine and was on his way with no charge to us since the service call charge was waived and no parts needed to be changed. FABULOUS and will highly recommend this company to everyone!

Called to inform me he was on his way. Arrived on time and got right to work. Opened the dryer and cleaned it out. Tested the components and repaired the faulty one. Tested the dryer and reassembled it. Showed me that it was working. Cleaned up his work space and started the paperwork.

I have a family of five with three kids and A LOT of clothes to wash so, in my mind, this was an emergency. I called about two hours ago. The serviceman came within the hour and fixed my problem within 10 minutes (and without having to replace the machine)! I could not ask for more and am very pleased. Thank you so much Turner Appliance!

Our refrigerator wouldn't stay cold and most online research stated it was the compressor. Turner Appliance came out on Christmas Eve morning and diagnosed the problem as the relay switch. They replaced the switch with one of higher quality. The fridge has been working well since...saving us the cost of purchasing a new one.

Our dryer stopped heating on Wednesday the 15th. I called urner Appliance after researching Angie's list. They set up an appointment for Thurday the 16th. They called on on the 16th and actually came out an hour before the scheduled appointment. Brent was the technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked the dryter and replaced the high limit switch. He also checked the motor, belt, and the vent (just to make sure the vent was clear). While I can't say this was an enjoyable experience (spending money never is), still, it was much cheaper than a new dryer. All in all, I give them an A+ rating and if anything goes bad I will call them.

The repair went well and took less than an hour the dyer was repaired.

The technician that came out was prompt and professional, and he knew exactly what to do. He did an excellent job and fixed it right away. It took a day or two to get them out, but that's because everyone loves their work! I highly recommend this company to everyone.
