.It ended up taking two additional visits to fix the problem, which was somewhat inconvenient. But Dwight was very nice to work with and we were not charged for the additional visits. Overall, it cost less to have it repaired by Turner than what the diagnostic charge alone was going to be from the company who had initially installed it.

One visit would have been better than two, but they got it fixed, and did not charge for the second visit.

They are very good people to work with. I have used them before and will use them again. They came out on the weekend to do the repair.

They did a good job for a reasonable rate. The washer started behaving oddly after a big storm that probably knocked something out. He quickly diagnosed and tried fixed the problem. He gave us some tips to fix the internal computer glitch. Sometimes it works just fine, other times it doesn't. I haven't tried calling them back, as I'm not sure if it was an overlook or mistake on his part, or if the machine is just wearing out. He was thorough, careful and respectful of my property.

I have used Turner Appliance before for my range, washing machine, and dishwasher (all separate calls) over the years. Tuesday: When I called, I wondered if it was even repairable. The scheduler transferred my call to a tech that answered my questions. The tech told me that if the unit was not repairable or was too expensive to repair that I could apply my service fee toward a refurbished or new unit. They sell new units at HHGregg price match. Great, the scheduler booked me for the next day. Wednesday: The tech called first and arrived 20-30 minutes early. The problem was 10 years of dust accumulated on the motor/fan. He vacuumed it out. Checked the unit. Charged $130. That night (10-12 hours later), some of the stuff in the freezer was not frozen. The next morning, it was but the side of the freezer was hot again. Thursday: Called to tell them about the heat. They scheduled the tech back out later that day. He noticed the fan that was turning properly the day before was very slow. Replaced it, but no improvement. Replaced the computer board. Charged another $148 + tax for parts. Very courteous, very prompt. Just cost more than what I wanted to spend on an old refridgerator. However, I'm glad that I did not have to invest in a new unit. I lost most of the food from the freezer, but the refridgerator side kept cold.

Washer was repaired and the technician was puntual and polite.

Turner's service technician came out, was there within his service window, and completed his repairs quickly and efficiently. He was also able to find an OEM version of the broken part, which saved me $30 from the original quote using the brand-name part.

I called 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning and service was schedule the same day between 9:00 and 11:00 the same day.. Jeff the serviceman arrived around 10:00 and professionally diagnosed the problem and repaired. Very happy with the service provided.

I was having problems with my washing machine.

I called on a Saturday morning. They said he would be here by 11-1:00. He got here at 1:10 but that was fine since he came the same day I called. I had pulled the washer out or the recess and had told him what the problem sounded like. He verified it and no problem he had the fix with him and corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service both on the phone and at my house. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has a problem with a major appliance.

Our washer went out so I brought Turner in to quote a repair since I wasn't ready to purchase a new set. The consultation was fine but I should have known repairing the machine would cost nearly as much as replacing it. Turner took the cost of the service visit and applied it towards credit of a used machine from them. I went to their location and selected a used machine. They delivered and installed it promptly. Overall, I found a used machine that works well and for a reasonable price.

They were reasonably competent, and showed me how to fine tune my stove operations.

Cody was the repairman. The first day he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the motor. The 2nd day he returned with the motor and installed it. He had to completely disassemble the dryer. I got our vacuum cleaner and used it to clean up major collections of dust inside the tumbler and exhaust ducts he had to remove while he was replacing the motor. Then Cody used it to clean up the base pan of the dryer.

Our dryer was making a horrible noise. the repairman came out approx. 3 weeks ago and recommended one of two solutions, stating that the less expensive solution took care of the problem "about 90% of the time". I made the decision to try the less expensive fix first. About 3 weeks later the noise returned, and I called the repairman (Josh) on his cell as we had previously discussed if the noise returned. Josh managed to get the part and work us into his schedule the same day as the phone. call. This is the third time we have used Turner's and I would recommend them. Their repairmen have always been helpful, polite, and efficient. Very satisfactory! Please note the price that I stated above is the sum of two repair visits.

Our concern was that it was the day after Christmas and we were having a rather large family reunion over the next few days. Our regular appliance guy was out of town for Christmas, so we were flying somewhat blind. So we consulted Angie's list and picked out Turner Appliance. It could not have gone better.They promptly scheduled a visit. The technician, Brent, showed up right on time in the middle of a snowstorm and fixed the washer.

They did an excellent job with the repairs, and they had great customer service. They even replaced some small parts that would have caused problems in the future, and they did it for free.

They were very professional, and they were able to tell me whether or not it would be cheaper or more time effective to go directly to the international Samsung company or use them, and it was more affordable to use them as they said after I inquired with Samsung directly.

Our dishwasher started leaking over a month ago. We hadn't fixed it because we assumed it would be a major problem and would probably result in replacement of the dishwasher. I called Turner Appliances and they had someone available that day to check it. I scheduled someone to come out the following morning. The technician was early and called ahead to let me know when he was coming. He was polite and explained the problem and how to fix it in the future without being condescending. This is probably one of the best appliance repair experiences I've ever had. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone!!

Tech called before the appointed time to let me know he was on his way and h arrived when he said you would. By the time he came (the day after I made the appointment) the fridge was already cooling again properly, but the separate freezer was still not working. I had already checker the breaker box, and eventhough it did appear tripped I flipped the swirch for the fridge. The tech said that probably what happened was the storms we had caused a power surge which cause the computers in the appliances to not work correctly. The GFI in the garage was tripped, again probably from the storm. Once the breakers was reset the computers reset and the appliances worked. Although there wasn't any actual appliance repair it was nice to have someone come out and ficure out what the problem was (not something I could do). It was worth the $50 service fee and $10 Diagnostic Fee. I'm sure I could have paid much more than that with other companies. I have their information and will be using them again in the future.
