They are awesome to work with. I would call them for any non warranty appliance repair with out hesitation. I have been using them for about 3 years now. They are always on time for the appointments and their turn around is very quick. They are very professional and great guys to do work with.

Kody came and found the problem with refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly. He fixed it, informing of everything he was doing along the way. Also gave a warranty that if the problem wasn't solved after he left, he would come back free of charge.

Great. He could have sold me a new one but didn't. In addition, he told me how to repair it in the future when it froze up. The office ladies told me to be sure to get the Angie's List coupon to save money. I will definitely use them again.

The technician called me to say he would be at my house in about 5 minutes or so, and sure enough he showed up around 3:30 or so. I was pleasantly surprised that he was there towards the earlier part of the 2-hour window. He gave me warning of the worst case scenario (either the compressor broken or lack of freon, both about $600-$800). Then he posed the only other possibility that made sense to him was the motor controls (whatever that is) attached to the compressor. He performed some tests and decided it was the motor controls, for which he had a part in his van ready to use. 5 minutes later, he had replaced it and put the refrigerator back in its slot. Dwight was very polite! I really appreciated that. His attire was a little less than professional. Some people might have been put off by that, but it was very much secondary to me to the fact that he was completely congenial, pleasant to deal with, and did his work quickly, efficiently, and showed up on time.

I was very impressed that he fixed the ice maker instead of just wanting to replace it.

It took a few days to get the right part but everything turned out fine.

On a preliminary visit, Turner evaluated old "space saver" microwave and found that the motor for the turntable was broken. To replace that motor, would have cost $150. The technician then went online to show me that he could install a brand new microwave for only $90 more than fixing the old one. I then scheduled a second visit and they brought out the new microwave, took the old one out and installed a new one. This was a difficult installation as the old microwave was attache to a frame on the wall above the oven and below a cabinet. The technicians (2 of them) installed a new frame and then the microwave as it was definitely a two technician job.

Matt was great. Very professional and thorough. He explained things in terms that I could understand and wrote everything down so I could review it with my husband. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly and cheerful. Neat and clean appearance. Found the problem immediately and repaired on the spot. Cleaned up and tested everything prior to departure.

The repair technician (Josh) arrived at the agreed upon time. He was polite, courteous and tidy, and repaired the split water line quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Turner Appliance for future repair work.

They sent someone out to check my appliance which was a Scottsman Ice-maker. They said it had a bad condenser and had to take it back to the shop to repair. They had it a couple weeks. It ran for about 8 months and it stopped. I called them back out and they said I needed to clean the water system. So they cleaned the water system and charged me $105. It ran for a couple more months and stopped (quit making ice) again. I called them back out about 2 months before the warranty was up. They removed it from my house and had it 8 weeks. After 7 weeks I called to see what was going on and they didn't put me in touch with anyone who knew what was going on. I called back a second time and they admitted that they had forgotten about it completely. Another week later they called and came back and installed it. It never made ice again! I talked to a guy named Rick and he said that the free-on leak was something that was beyond their control and were not responsible for. However, they would sell me a sub-par ice-maker and cut me a deal for $1750 and install it for me for free. This was not a deal because I could have bought a new Scottsman for 3,000. I hung up.

Our experience working with Turner Appliance to repair our appliance was seamless. I am picky when it come too service providers of any kind, and we continue to go back to Turner for their services because of their high level of professionalism, quality service, and timely responsiveness. Our technician Brent, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and never felt like we were getting upsold or misguided with respect to our appliance problems. Trustworthy professional and great to work with.

They are excellent and did a great job. They came right out and were very professional. The service technician was great and so was the owner when speaking with him.

The pricing was over the top for what they did. They charged me $60 for a service call which I couldn't understand because all they did was take the top off my washing machine to find broken bolt an they replaced it.

Overall I am pleased and would hire again. I typically don't give an excellent to many. So I would say very good. I decided to add the freon instead of replacing the evaporator for the tune of $800.00. He was informative and gave me my choices. The quote for the freon was originally $200.00 but with my Angie's discount and the fact that I didn't have exact change he reduced the bill to $180.00. I was pleased with that. He informed me it could last 2 weeks or 1 year. I'm going to gamble and say 3 years.

Dryer worked for approximately 1 month after fix, then exhibited the same problem.

They were able to come out and see me pretty quickly and told me the basic service charge up front. A pair of my roommate's underwear had gotten caught in the detergent trap somehow and the technician was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. They give discounts to Angie's List members, which is always a plus!

When I called for service I asked for the same repairman that had previously repaired another frig and dish washer because he had done a good job. He came and did the repair to my satisfaction. He is always polite and punctual. Their service call charge seems to be better that other companies.

Matt, the technician, arrived within the appointed time frame. he was very courteous, and friendly. Matt was happy to answer my questions on the appliance and the repair itself. The part needed to be ordered, and when he returned to install the new part, that visit went just like the first. Turner has a great Technician and ambassador in Matt, and I will not hesitate to use Turner again in the future!

Called Turner Appliance at 8.15 in the morning. They happened to have someone free in the next 2 hr slot and he was at the house by about 10. After working thru the tests ultimately determined that it was the water pump that was faulty. He wasn't sure whether or not he could get the part during the day or the following day as they did not carry it. However he drove downtown picked up the part and completed the repair by the end of the same day. Great service and commitment to getting the issue resolved and we appreciated the responsiveness. Overall an A performance. Only rated price a B as although the rate for the repair seemed quite reasonable, it seemed to be a standard price for the spare part which I wasn't sure about as don't think it was specific to Samsung, so not sure we were getting the best price on that particular part of the bill.
