Great experience. He worked very efficiently and now the door seals so tightly that it actually takes an effort to open it. Very nice technician.

Repairman actually came earlier than expected. Called before he came which I appreciate. Had needed parts on truck and was able to repair quickly. He explained what he was doing and why.

They were prompt - thorough and professional.

It was very informative and they took time to answer questions and show me features. He was very forthcoming in providing me with information.

They were due to come in the afternoon but called that morning to say that they were in the area and could come earlier. Excellent service!

Dishwasher not repaired. I needed new.

The tech they sent was later than the time frame they had given me but he called during that time frame to apologize and give me a better idea of his arrival. He seemed knowledgable and within a few minutes told me that I should not repair my washer. He spent time with me giving me advise on what to look for in a new washing machine.

Turned out it was a loose wire and not a control panel which I had expected. They could have put in the panel and I would not have known the difference but they were honest, repositioned the loose wire and charged only the initial service call. I am very pleased and will call them again if needed in the future for other appliances.

My only "complaint" is that fixing it took about 45 seconds--so it that was an expensive minute of my life.

Turner's was great. The service technician came up with a creative solution to an odd leak in the water line that supplies the water to the outside of the refrigerator door. He was prompt, friendly and helpful and I was greatly pleased to have this problem fixed. No more water pooling in the frig! I have had difficulty finding a company to work on this brand, Samsung, but Turner's tackled it with a successful outcome.

I made an appointment to have the glass cooktop on my KitchenAid range replaced. I already have the part in hand. Two men arrived on the day of the appointment (neither of which was particularly personable or professional), looked at my range quizzically, and asked if I did not intend to use my stove after the install. Needless to say, I was perplexed at this ridiculous suggestion and explained what needed to be done (and, of course I expected to use my oven after the install). One of the men (who smelled heavily of cigarette smoke) then stepped outside to call his boss. When he returned, I was advised that my repair required a technician and that Turner would call me to arrange for a tech to install the cooktop same day. In an effort to avoid further inconvenience, I confirmed that the repair would be done the same day before he left. Subsequently, I was contacted by Turner and advised that they did not have a technician available until the day following. When I told Turner that I had been advised the technician would come the same day, they put me on hold -- apparently to contact the man who I had spoken with. When the Turner representative returned to the phone, she insisted that I had not been told a technician would be out the same day. Given the miscommunication, confusion and subsequent misrepresentation, I cancelled and called another repair service. Based upon this interaction (my first) with Turner, I was not confident the repair would be done well or timely. While I could perhaps understand and excuse the initial miscommunication, I could not overlook the demeanor of the men with whom I interacted and the subsequent misrepresentation about when the technician would arrive. I hope this was just an anomaly, but I didn't want to find out. I am unlikely to call Turner again.

They showed up on time, called me back since I was waiting to get the part they needed. They were very responsive and I was very happy.

It was just fine. The guy came in, did the job and left. It wasn't anything spectacular, it wasn't anything bad. I was indifferent to his services.

Dwight Brewer was the service technician. He arrived early. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. He provided me with advice for the needs of my refridgerator moving forward. He was one of the best service techs I had coming to my home. I highly recommend Turner Appliance!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were fine.

We called and scheduled an appointment for a service person to come and check our water heater that was leaking from the top. We called on 12/23/13 in the afternoon. We were given a window of 11-1 on 12/24/13 (yes, Christmas Eve) and told that technician (name) would be the person coming to our house. We called the morning of 12/24/13 to ask if the service person would bring a water heater with them because we felt the problem was terminal and were hoping to get the problem fixed quickly before Christmas. We waited until just after 1:00 when no one showed up at our home and called back to find out when we could expect someone. To our surprise we were told we weren't on the schedule and no one could come today. Very frustrated with the lack of organization that after 2 phone calls placed by us and then given the window of 11-1 that we weren't even on the schedule and then also frustrated with the lack of concern by Turner Appliance that we were without hot water with a holiday the next day. They installed our last water heater but we will not be using them or recommending them in the future. :-(

Determined too expensive to repair...decided to buy a new one

The tech was very good. He came out to look things over. Turner ordered the gaskets and motor. When the tech came back to do the work, one of the gaskets was the wrong one. They had to reorder it. He came back again and replaced the gasket. There were problems with the freezer gasket...the tech came back and worked on it and fixed it. I think the repair was worth it since it's an old but very good fridge.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment. I went onto their website where they asked for my email and phone number. They called so fast and were able to come out in two days. They were unable to fix the repair, but they did offer me a credit for if any other appliance needs repair in the future. They were very nice, honest people. He didn’t try to sell me anything that I did not need. If I ever needed their service in the future, I would hire them. Everything worked out great.

I could not find what was making the noise, then the disposal quit working. The service plumber not only found the problem but showed me how to manually turn and reset the machine for future obstructions that I could find.

I am impressed with the quality of service provided by Turner Appliance. The communication lines were very good, letting me know when they were coming and arriving on time. The quality of work was also more than satisfactory.

We realized Friday night about 9 PM that our freezer was warming up and food was thawing. I called Turner Appliance about 8:15 Sat morning and had a repair technician scheduled to arrive between 10:00 - Noon with that one call. Danny arrived at 11:00 AM, diagnosed the problem as a failed control unit and had a replacement on his truck. He found the problem, replaced the unit, confirmed the refrigerator had started cooling and completed the payment process in less than 30 minutes. The whole process from making the call to having the refrigerator working again took less than 3.5 hours. I highly recommend Turner Appliance based on this experience!

On Thanksgiving Day, went to put the turkey in the gas oven and no heat. I called Turner Appliance on Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and look at it. I was told that Josh would be at my home between 4:00 and 6:00 on Wednesday. Not a problem. On Wednesday, Josh called at 2:55 and asked if it would be ok if he came early. He could be at my house within 20 minutes. Great! When he arrived, he was polite, cheerful and very neat. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately set to work. He was very pleasant and engaged in polite conversation throughout the time he was here. He was done in a very short amount of time and even checked the top burners when I asked him. I had good luck with Turner Appliance about a year ago on a refrigerator repair and hoped that it wasn't just a one time good experience. I was not disappointed today. Josh is a good representative of the company and I definitely will hire again if I have anymore appliance issues.

Our regular appliance repair company was quoting a week to come and do a repair, so we gave Turner Appliance a try. They came out very quickly, and diagnosed the most likely cause, and fixed it, replacing the fuse that had blown. Unfortunately, that wasn't the cause, so they replaced the fuse at no cost and replaced another part that had a borderline reading. It held up for 1 1/2 weeks, and blew the fuse again. They replaced the fuse at no charge plus the part they had replaced, also no charge, and diagnosed the problem could only be the very low probability/high cost motherboard. ...yes, 1 1/2 weeks later, the fuse blew. I know from my own professional work that occasionally, a job turns sour and every turn is a bad one. I credit Turners: they offered me a set of very professional choices: (1) they would bring the dryer into their shop for deeper diagnosis, giving us a loaner, or (2) make sure all three parts they had replaced were brand new and refund all our money and let us try another repair company. I've never heard of a company doing such a good job backing up their work and am very impressed. We ended up taking the refund, and with some work, our regular appliance repair company solved the issue, but we would definitely consider Turner Appliance again.
