I called on a Monday and explained the situation as well as the error code that the washer was giving me I explained that the washer and dryer were stacked so they may need to send out two guys. She said they do those things all the time and didn't seem to think there would need to be two technicians. They were able to come out same day which I was very very pleased with. The technician showed up and was very nice. I only wish they'd offer to remove their shoes or slip on shoe covers. He took a look at the washing machine and determined which part was needed. He also said he'd need another guy there to help him (which I'd told the operator). He ordered the part and was back out the next day with another tech to help him. Again, awesome next day service. They didn't end up needing to unstack the machines so I was not charged for the other technician even though he came out to the house. Very pleased with that. They took off the back of the dryer and found that what they thought was the original problem was not the issue. So, they had to get a different part and come back the next day. I wish they would have taken off the back to check all of that out on the first day they were there and then they would have known what the real problem was. Even though they came out 3 times, I was only charged for one service call. Again, the tech was super nice and on time (one day he was even super early). I was very pleased with the price.

They're close to us. They showed up on time. The price was good. I had a discount from Angie's List because I got it off Angie's List.

I would definitely work with them again. Very customer oriented, and they successfully fixed the problems.

They came out and he immediately found the problem. The broken safety switch on the top of the washer to prevent it from spinning. He gave me 2 options: to replace the switch which would be $235 or bypass the switch which would be $130. I chose to bypass the switch. The orignal appointment was set between 1 and 3pm on 5/6. They never showed up and called at 3pm to explain the technican never got the call. We rescheduled on 5/7 between 11-1pm. They arrived at 11:15.

They were extremely reasonable in price, very prompt, it went very well. I was very pleased.

Brent, the technician, immediately knew how to fix the problem. He worked efficiently and showed me the damaged part he replaced. He was courteous, on time, and knowledgeable.

6 Days before leaving for vacation, our dryer has stopped drying. After calling several appliance repair shops, I was told that either it would be 5 days before someone could come out or they couldn't come out at all (too busy). I turned to Angies List and found Turner Appliance. I called at 9:30 am Monday and a technician was out by 2:00 pm the SAME DAY!! My dryer was repaired within an hour and at (what I consider) a very reasonable price! Big thanks for their help!!! One less thing to worry about.

The repairman was punctual, professional and very pleasant. Within a very short period of time, he advised me that the ice buildup was due to leakage caused by a faulty hose connection. He corrected the problem, gave me the Angie's List discount and told me to contact him/the company if this did not correct the problem. I couldn't be more satisfied and I will definitely use Turner Appliance repair for future appliance issues.

After a very painful three weeks of trying to get Sears Repair service to replace my front load seal with them not showing twice over three weeks we ended up just replacing the washing machine because I could not go with out it (and 3 kids laundry) for any longer. We thought it would be the quickest resolution. We did not want to throw away the washing machine so we called Turner. I wish we would have called them first and known about them. They responded the next day and had the part we needed in inventory and could return within two days to repair and replace it. They were not only prompt, they called to see if they could come early, with was wonderful. Danny, the tech was so professional and kind and quick. They are my new favorite business!! He also looked at my dishwasher while he was here with a quick solution. I love that they are able to address more then one appliance at one time. Other repair services only specialize in one appliance. They were so quick to respond. They provided a solution right away. Also great person on the phone that takes calls and makes the appointments. Sorry can not recall her name.

.Cooktop was not working properly. I had taken top apart and cleaned... When the serviceman showed up he put it back together, and (of course) it worked. The cooktop had a cloggged burner and did not charge me for a new part....Everything worked when assembled and has worked ever since. With Angie's coupon he charged me only $45.00 for coming out...

Turner's have agreed to provide a new microwave! Lesson here is "haste makes waste!!!

Chris came out to inspect the fridge as it was once again not cooling. I had turner come out and repair it not even 2 months prior. My previous dealing with them was less than satisfactory, but I decided to give them a second chance. This time Chris took the time to fully disassemble the components, and test them one by one. He determined the issue and was very helpful in explaining to me exactly what he was doing and what was causing the issue. He was able to provide a temporary fix so the fridge would work while we waited for the part to come in. When the part came in, we scheduled for it to be installed. He was right on time, and the repair went great. Unfortunately, while doing the repair the fan got chipped, and Chris had to get that part as well to replace it. The fan came in a day or two later and now everything works great. I was very happy that they only charged me for the part that was bad, and did not try to charge me a service fee as they had done work on it less than 60 days previous. I am very glad that I gave them a second chance, and I am very happy with everything this time around. Chris even took the time to explain possible causes for the part going bad. A+ this time!

Excellently. I called this morning about 9. The technician was here by 10:30. Fixed the microwave quickly and efficiently. It was amazing!!!!! Another appliance company couldn't come until the 30th. Now we are all fixed in one day and at a cost that the other company would charge just to come out with not repair. Oh,, and they had a senior discount of 10%. Great technician, great response time and great repair. A++++++++ for sure.

I woke up to my entire freezer running all over my kitchen floor. I found Turner on Angie's List and called around 9 am. I got a live friendly voice immediately and she scheduled someone to come to my house just hours later! Very cool! I could not be home at that time so Matt met my mother at my home to see what the issue was and found out it was the fuse. He was super nice to my mother and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Great experience and I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Chris (technician) took apart our washing machine to identify the root issue. He identified the failing part (water pump), helped me to understand how it could have failed (metal shaft connecting to a plastic impeller that was probably striped due to foreign object debris) and had us back up and running in no time.

Everything worked out fine. The repair seemed incredibly simple, and it's still working. The tech was very quick and friendly.

None of the fixes worked and they didn't have a clue of what was going on and instead just changed part that weren't the issue. Really bad technicians and won't use again. The only good thing about them is they come to your house very promptly after you place a service call but I assume because they are not good. I had to call clarks appliances for both and now things are fixed

He was very polite, clean and informative. I would recommend Turner and will use them again if I need to.

Went well. Began making ice again three days later and still makes ice like it is supposed to!

Contacted them via Angie's List. They called me the next day. They said they could send someone out and that there would be a $60 service fee for the visit. We set up a time for a technician (David) to come out that Saturday. I really appreciate when people can come on the weekends. David came out and determined that the ice maker needed to be replaced. He sent in the part number and said it might take a week or so since it wasn't a very common model (Samsung). In about a week, I got a call that the part was in, and we scheduled a time Wednesday morning to do the install since I was already going to be home that morning. David showed up, but the part that was ordered was the wrong part, so he had to put in another request. They called the next day and said that they had the correct part, and we scheduled for Saturday again. David called me Saturday morning and said that he was ahead of schedule and could come an hour and a half early which was great for me. He came with the right part, installed it, and it worked like a charm. The $60 I had paid was counted toward to the overall bill. I received a discount for being on Angie's List. Davis was very friendly and professional and apologized for the mix up with the part which in the end wasn't that big of a deal.

Brent came to repair the machine the next day. He was on time and very professional. He evaluated the machine and let me know that multiple bowl supports had broken. The repair was going to be costly and the repair would have to be done off-site making is more time consuming. He recommended we just replace the machine because the cost would be about the same and we would not have to be without a machine for days. He was very helpful and I will call Turner Appliance again for repairs.

I wasn't home at the time because if I was I would have asked for a more reasonable price. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of for being charged $90 for a $25 part. This was in addition to the service fee and labor charges. Would not recommend this guys at all.

David was very professional, he removed the jammed water filter and correctly reinstalled the water flter for our refrigerator and flushed the system to make sure that everything worked properly. The orginal time for the repair work was to be between noon and 2 pm but he called and asked if coming earlier about 11:00 am would be ok and that was no problem for us. We called to request the repair at about 8:30 am and having the repair taken care of by 11:30 am was great!!
