Turner was very responsive on the phone and was able to schedule our service call for the next day. The repair person was prompt and gave me a call before arriving. He inspected the refrigerator (our freezer was not cold enough to keep items frozen) and determined the freon level was low and the seal was broken. He had all of the parts and tools and was able to make the repair in 20 minutes. He was very considerate about our flooring and made sure there weren't any scratches in his work area. The repair cost was $310 but it is has a one year warranty and if it does not work we can put the repair cost towards a new or used refrigerator at their store. All in all it was a great experience.

Came on Friday. Assessed the issues but did not have parts. Office team called me back that day to schedule when they could fix it. They were going to come Monday but I had a scheduling conflict so they came Tuesday the day of all the storms. I was to be home by 4 but due to my employer evacuating our suite for a half an hour I was a half hour late. My technician JOSH. Best ever still met me and completed the job. He let me and assisted with sweeping out the dryer while it was tore apart. This man was so experienced and pleasant I am just thrilled. They are my appliance company forever! Thanks Josh.

The Turner service man was very professional, and I thought that the service charge was fair. Even though the specific service here was fairly routine, I wouldn't hesitate to call Turner again if we had an issue with an appliance.

Tech called on his way to my house to see if he could come early. I loved that!! Kody explained what the problem, the fees and immediately got to work. It took him approximately 15 minutes from start to finish and the job was perfect. Before he left he offered to help me remove the towels that my wife and I placed under the fridge to help soak up the water. Kody was a true professional. I will always call Turner Appliance for my future repairs. THANKS KODY!

The first trip, May 10th was a troubleshooting/parts identification visit. In the process of opening up the dispenser, the mounting flange trim piece was marred by the technician, requiring a replacement which they provided gratis. The second trip fixed the switch but the funnel which directs the flow of ice from the door was broken and the gratis replacement part had different tabs on it than the original part. Back to the shop for more ordered parts including a new frame for the dispenser so the replacement funnel will work. Two hours to install it on the third trip so it would work; the tech leaving after 7pm. So, three trips later it works. I cannot blame the difficulties solely on the tech. The refrigerator manufacturer upgrades models, keeps the same part number for closely matched parts and hopes for the best, I guess. Regardless, it took a full month to fix.... a period where icemaking was not an option. That's the rub.

Called for appt., he came on time. Nice guy. There was no really hard work to do regarding the freezer/just an adjustment of some wires. He did not charge me the entire Big Deal charge, so if I wanted to use him later, I could. Good job.

I purchased a Big Deal for $79. I called Turner on 6/12/14 was scheduled first call between 8:00 and 9:00 am on 6/16. Serviceman called promptly at 8:00 to say he was on his way. He arrived, was courteous and professional. He took apart the freezer walls and bottom and found layer of ice and explained that the defrost drain was clogged. He removed ice and fixed the clog and was done by 9:00. He cleaned up after himself. Because of the Big Deal I received $160 worth of work for $79.

Very well. Had to come back the next to repeat the fix but did so with no problem and at no cost.

I went in to their store looking for an electric range to put in my basement as an extra oven. They had several models but when they found out it was going in my basement they suggested a "less attractive" model that would work great for a lower cost. They delivered it the next day and even requires it to plug into my dryer outlet at no extra charge.

py camper.The repairman, Josh called when he was on his way within the time frame promised me. He was clean and neatly dressed with a Turner uniform. I explained my problem, he did a very simple manuver and the machine started working. As luck would have it was the safety switch on the lid of my machine that was faulty. It worked out okay. He said I needed a new refrigerator door which would have cost as much as a new refrigerator. He didn’t seem to have any other alternative.

My refrigerator stopped cooling. When I called around noon, they were able to schedule me in that day & they gave me a 2-hour window that they would be there (2:00-4:00). I left work around 1:30 to get home around 1:50. At 1:35, the repairman called & asked if I was available because he was. I told him I wasn't there yet & he said he'd meet me there, which he did. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was honest with me & told me that it was the compressor in the refigerator & it would probably be cheaper to buy a new (used) refrigerator than replace the compressor, but he gave me a quote just in case. He was there maybe 15 minutes & he was very courteous & professional. I would definitely use Turner Appliance again.

They offer great service. They are very fast to respond. I called them and they came out to quote how much the service would be the same day. After they gave me the quote on how much parts were going to be they came back out two days later to fix it. They were fast with the job, cleaned up and were very nice. I would recommend them and will be using them in the future.

They were able to come out the next day after I purchased the deal. There were additional costs beyond the price of the deal for the parts needed. Everything worked out well.

On Thursday, the dryer worked fine. On Friday, the dryer would not heat at all. The rest of the working pats were fine. No clogged filters or exhaust duct. I called at 7:30 am and was given a 1-3 pm appt. I was given the repair person's name (Danny). He got here a little late due to traffic. He thought he had the part on the truck. He didn't. He called all of his nearby working techs until he found one with the replacement part. He drove over to him, got the part and returned to install the new part. The dryer was desperately needed. Temporarily, we put the wet clothes out in the sun on the deck until the dryer was repaired. Danny accommodated us, saving us a trip to look for a new dryer. To find a new dryer with the same bells and whistles on it as this one would have set us back $600 plus. Had the dryer motor smelled, I would have kissed the dryer goodby but everything sounded great except no heat. Up to this time, there were never any problems with the dryer.

Went well. Analyzed what was wrong and wrote up estimate before doing the work. Quality repair!

We called several places that we had heard of and they said it would be two weeks before anyone could come out. We then looked up Turner's on Angie's list and saw that they had great reviews. We called them and left a voicemail. They returned my call before 8:00 a.m. and came out that same day. Repairman was awesome. He knew exactly what the issue was, fixed it quickly, and was very helpful!

Jeff was great. He fixed issue with ice maker and also identified an issue with our washer (pure coincidence the washer was running while he was there). We appreciate the responsiveness and will definitely call Turner Appliance again if needed.

Excellent. I called on May 23rd at 9AM and explained the problem that I thought the heating element had gone out, and by 3PM same day my dryer has been repaired with a 3 year warrant on the part install. I strongly recommend this company to repair any appliance and will use them in the future. From the very beginning, friendly, fast, and customer focus approach to the customer. The serviceman arrived within the window provided by Turner Appliance's, confirmed that it was in fact the heating element, and had the part on the truck.

Overall I was happy with all 3 instances. Their technician came out and with the cost of the repair on our old washing machine, he said we'd be close to the price of just purchasing a newer model. He suggested we check out their refurbished models they have at their shop and if we purchased one, our service call charge would go towards the price. We ended up getting a pretty nice new Maytag for about $250 (way less than a new one would have cost) - then they came and picked up the old one and installed the new one. We had a minor issue with the new one not always draining out all the water, which apparently was just because of a different part needing to be put in. They came out at no charge to swap that piece out since I was under their warranty of buying the unit from them. Nice place for a one stop shop option - always came on time and easy to get in touch with. Would use them again in the future.

Technician took the housing off and found that 2 rusted springs were causing the washer to tilt when running a full tub. He snipped the bad part of the springs and balanced the washer. It no longer leaks when I put in a full load.

I found them on Angie's List. I am very happy with them. They were very punctual, prompt, courteous, honest and nice. They diagnosed my problem quickly and didn't overcharge me. The price was very fair.

David arrived promptly as expected.He looked at the problems and estimated the job including fixing the water and ice touch pad issue,replacing a bent door hinge and replacing the water filter.On the initial visit ,he cleaned the water residue from the touch pad mechanism so it worked smoothly.He ordered the door hinge and water filter and agreed to call when he had the parts.In a few days he called to set a time for the second visit.He replaced the filter and cleaned the condenser.He was able to adjust the hinge so that replacement was not required which saved about $75.00.Overall we were very pleased with the work and service provided.

The repairman (Brent) showed up on time. Was courteous. Was efficient. Explain the issue, checked other potential problems. Comparing this repair to other providers validated the many positive reviews Turner has on the list. Very pleased! Would definitely use Turner again!
