The technician came by the house in the time frame set. He was courteous and professional. The spring supports supporting the basket came off during a cross-country move. He reinstalled them and checked the washing machine's operation and it worked fine.

I believe that I may have been to blame for the machine breaking down, but they offered to come out at no charge to look at it. We ultimately determined that it wouldn't be worth the additional effort or cost to repair it, and they instead tried to help me find new machines. I felt that they were nothing but honest the whole time, and I trust them very much. They didn't even charge me for a second service call.

Service call took about 15 minutes. Washing machine would not go from one cycle to the next. Problem was detected, service tech had needed part and part was replaced. Very efficient service is a trademark with Turner. I have used them several times and always been pleased. They also give a senior discount which is appreciated.

My clothes dryer stopped drying. I called Turner Appliance Repair, and they were able to schedule a time the very next day. Though the technician came a bit later than the time that was given to me, the work he did made up for it. He looked at my dryer, thoroughly checked everything, assured me that the dryer was in working condition. Advised me that the issue could be with the dryer vent and asked me to get that checked. Turner also provided contact details for someone who provides dryer vent cleaning services, whom they partner with. Quite happy with the service provided. Thank you!

Not the first time we've used them - always happy with their service level. We were in the midst of a family crisis and our dryer stopped working. Their tech came out and diagnosed it and ordered a part but also heard us say stove was having an issue and he looked at that for us and ruled a couple things out. Part for dryer was wrong twice but ended up being a less expensive one so it all worked out. Always would recommend them.

They were awesome and came the same day we made the appointment. They saved our refridgerator and food that was not staying cold. I would highly recommend them!

After attempting to call around my local area for an appliance repair place I looked on Angie's List and found Turner Appliance. I contacted them and spoke with Connie over the phone. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I informed Connie of the issue with my dryer not working and she assured me she would have one her service people out to my home the next day. She also gave me a helpful suggestion to trouble shoot the problem by having me check the dryer vent to see if it was clogged. The next day I received a call to ensure I was home and within 15 minutes the repair technician, Brent showed up at my house right on time. Brent was wearing a clean uniform and had all the tools he needed to do the job. Brent took one look at my dryer and said I had a Bosch Dryer and that the heating element on these rarely went bad. He immediately knew it was an override switch that had been triggered due to a clogged dryer vent. He took the dryer apart to inspect and diagnose the issue and he was 100% correct. He flipped the switch and showed me how to do it myself in the future if it ever happened again. He put everything back together and tested the heat and the fluff dry to ensure every thing was working correctly. Brent was done in less than 20 minutes and then conducted a visual inspection of my dryer vent and confirmed that it needed to be professionally cleaned. He gave me the name of another service provider that he knew who did great work. Brent was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and did not take advantage of the situation and charge me for a part I didn't need. I will definitely use Turner appliance if I have an appliance problem in the future. I will recommend them to my neighbors, family and friends. They earned my trust and respect for their integrity and professionalism. This was a great experience and they did not gouge me with an inflated price or try to up sell me on something I didn't need. This company is fantastic. Once you use this company, you will use nobody else because they are awesome!

I called Turner Appliance at 7:45am on Monday morning. Our washing machine had been broken since Friday and the Sears department wouldn't make a service call until Thursday. Turner Appliance was helpful and pleasant. They gave me the option of 9am-11am or 2-4pm and explained the $60 for the service call + labor + parts. We chose the afternoon appointment. Jeff, the technician, called earlier than our scheduled time to see if we were home. He arrived around 1:15pm, diagnosed the problem (a clog in one of the lines), fixed the problem, put the washing machine back together, and cleaned up. He also offered some helpful tips for taking care of our washing machine. He completed the work and was on his way by 2pm. Jeff was polite, professional, and efficient. We would highly recommend Turner Appliance and will look to them first for any future appliance problems.

It was good. They are real honest. The washing machine is quite old so we called and told him what was going on and asked what he thought. He said that he would get it repaired for $125. He came the same day or the next day. He could have said to go and get a new one so we were happy with that.

They did a good job. They got the job done in about one hour.

Washer panel would light up normally, but would not start. Selling dealer unable to respond for three weeks. Called Turner and Josh came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty door lock and returned the next day with a replacement. One week later, same problem. Josh returned the next day and determined the control panel had been intermittently faulting by failing to switch on the door lock. The control panel on this machine is under Samsung warranty for 2 years ending 9/18/2014. Turner was told the part was discontinued. My options were to fight Samsung or pay for a new board. Chapter 2. After several phone calls to Samsung "service" numbers, a man apparently in another country told me they would have to have their rep see the machine, but could not do so for another 4 weeks. I decided that after being down for more than a week, 6-8 more weeks was intolerable and asked Turner to find a new board. In 4 days Josh was back to replace the control board and the machine has worked normally for the past two weeks. Turner reimbursed us for the door lock replacement and did not charge for the service call to install the board. Extremely fair, I think!

They did a great job! They were fantastic!

Called Turner about a dishwasher leak. Jeff came out took a look said yes it's the seal. Came back next day replaced it still leaking. Looked and noticed splash guards were missing. Came back next day and all fixed. Wished they carried small parts based on initial call to fix same day. Ask model of appliance then they can bring a couple things to fix it.

Tuner appliance arrived at the scheduled time and after testing a few things on the machine found out that the transmission had failed. Turner advised that it would not be worth it to repair as that would be just the beginning of parts to fail. Purchased a new Roper at Lowe's later that evening. I would highly recommend Turner Appliance.

I contacted Turner Appliance through email and they responded with a call right away to set up an appointment for the following Saturday. I received a called from Turner on Saturday morning to say he was on his way and he asked me describe the problems I was having with my washer so he would have what he needed. He arrived shortly thereafter and determined that the bearings were going out in the washer. He told me the approximate cost of replacement parts and suggested it would probably be cheaper to replace the washer. The whole call took approximately 30 minutes because he knew washers and was professional. I will certainly use them again in the future.

If it is intermittent, I'm covered for the service fee for 30 days. I have used them several times in the past and they've always been courteous, reasonable, and, most importantly, will work with you. Unusual qualities these days in the service field.

They have been very responsive so I would recommend their service. I did not go and check what I could have gotten the part for some place else. They have had a reputation for their parts being higher but I cannot speak for this particular one as to whether it was a fair deal or not. They came out and saw that they needed the part but they did not have the part. They ordered it and they came back the next day with it. They repaired it and it is working.

Ice maker was not working correctly due to a lack of water flow. The technician, Chris, asked a few questions and knew exactly what the problem was. Sure it was a simple fix but am thankful to have ice again.

I called for service that day and they said they could be there between 11am- 1pm. They called at 9:45 and ask if they could come earlier. They arrived at 10:00am and out before 10:30.

I called Turner when I realized both sides of icebox were out. They responded quickly. Dan and his helper diagnosed the problem and had to make two trips to solve the problem. I recommend Turner to all my friends. They get here promptly and do a good job. I feel you get a good bang for the buck. Their repairmen are always pleasant and neat.

I called Turner Appliance on Thursday July 3rd at 9pm. Left a voicemail. They called me back at 8:48am on July 4th to schedule a service call between 8-9am on Saturday July 5th. I received a call on July 5th at 8:12 am. Chris got here about 8:25ish I'd say. Diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes. Told me about the part, I said I need to speak with my roommates, he told me the other solution, went and grabbed a part from his car, came back did that and it was done. We finished the paperwork and I paid by credit card as he had a reader on his phone. I am now writing this review and finishing it at 8:55am. The whole process was quick and efficient.

Turner Appliance Repair is the 'go-to' service at our house. Their service call rate is more than fair, considering the cost of doing this type of work, everyone I have spoken with have been nothing short of professional. After using them to repair our faulty fridge last year, when our oven wasn't heating as quickly as it's supposed to, there was no other option for us but to call Turner! The Technician, Matt (the same guy that fixed the fridge) arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and professional. When he had a situation he wasn't sure about during the repair, he reached out to more seasoned colleagues to find the solution. That kind of humility is rare these days, with so many other techs being 'part swappers', Matt proved himself to be a true professional. The parts had to be ordered, which we expected (These guys don't drive semis!), and when the parts arrived, he was back. During the time between visits, Matt gathered more information about the problem, and discovered that by only replacing 1 of the 2 parts needed, the other part would function properly. Matt's hindsight and diligence cut the cost of the repair in half. This company has a star crew member in Matt, and I will not hesitate to recommend Turner to anyone. To Rick: You are my hero. I love your replies to my fellow members who think they should be treated special simply because they are members of Angie's List, complaining about things like price of the service calls, having to wait for parts, and something as petty as how the Tech smelled. I'm in the service field myself, and my hat is off to you!

Called several places and turner was honest in the phone so I went with them. Tech came out ran the machine to see the leak point and in under an hour was fixed and gave us a quick look around for any other potential issues. Cleaned something out and was on his way. Will use them again soon as I need a dishwasher seal fixed!

Brent was very prompt, very professional, very polite. Explained everything he did, was very careful of my home and kitchen. Very pleasant so I would absolutely ask for him again!
