Turner Appliance

Brent call before arriving as I had ask. Very professional, took the panels out of the freezer, removed the ice deposits and cleaned the drain. Clean up all the water from the melting ice. This is the first time using Turner Appliances, but will certainly call again for any future appliance repair needs. I have already passed their name on to a friend who needed a washer serviced.

Just called Turner this morning as our over has stopped working. Will only use Turner as they have always been repsonsive, professional and thorough.

Service call in May due to oven error code. Worked fine while tech was here, so decided to wait on repair. Happened again later and we were contemplating oven replacement vs repair. So, daughter's HS graduation party is coming up on Saturday. Decide to repair so my wife can cook for it. - Call on Tuesday and make appointment for 4pm-6pm Friday afternoon. Great! - Call back on Thursday morning to let them know my schedule opened up and can I accommodate a different time if it would be more convenient for their tech. They say yes, and we reschedule for 10am-12pm Friday. Tech will call when on they way. - At 9:50 Friday morning, get call from Turner office. Can't service today because part is locked in other tech's van, and he is out of town and can't be reached. And so, we are screwed. And to add insult to injury, the caller from Turner tries to put the blame back on me!! "Well, if you had called us before Tuesday..." So why take the appointment (twice, essentially) if there wasn't enough time to get it done??? Do you routinely cancel appointments? And why is your entire inventory of the needed part (an oven sensor for pity's sake - a thermocouple!) in a locked van in someone's driveway? If this is a company van holding company inventory, why doesn't the office have a spare key? Ridiculous!!!! Highly unprofessional. Won't be calling again. UPDATE: Just had oven repaired by someone else. They didn't have the part on their truck and it took them LESS THAN 10 MINUTES to get one from a nearby supplier. Turner tech, knowing which part was needed, could have stopped on the way to pick one up! This suggests to me they just didn't want my business.

Turner came to my home, diagnosed my dishwasher not getting enough water in the tub , he called his office , ordered the part and returned and installed it. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and I will call Turner Appliance in the future. I recommend Turner Appliance to my family and friends!! Thank you again for my clean dishes!!

Very responsive on a Sat. Previous day had another service provider out, who left me in worse shape than I started. Fixed the problem asap. Will definitely use again. Brent was clean, courteous, quick, knew what he was doing.

They were just excellent! They guy was just great and they actually came earlier then scheduled, called first to make sure it was okay.

The service man came back today to replace the control board. He said it was fixed but it was not! The refrigerator is still not working 6 hours later. I began calling at 3:30 but Turner Appliance service will not return my call... I truely believe that the service man knew that it was not fixed but he left anyway by saying that it takes a day for it cool down. I think I got scammed. In my opinion, the service man did not want to stay to diagnose/fix the problem because it is Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend. I will be demanding a full refund. I would never recommend this company. I will not have my refrigerator running for the holiday because Turner Appliance would not finish the job.

Matt was fantastic, clean, on time and efficient!! We will use him again!

The technician was very kind, polite, and professional. He fixed my garbage disposal and left my house very clean and tidy. I will definitely be calling them again for future appliance repairs.

Went with Turner Appliance due to their reviews on Angie's List. Receptionist was warm & friendly over the phone & we set up a time for the technician to come out in a 2 hour window. My wife was there today to deal with our dishwasher issue. She was impressed with the knowledge & demeanor of the young technician & was glad he answered all her questions. She was also pleased that he gently discouraged the alternative he was offering as it wouldn't be very cost effective for an 8 year old dishwasher. No high pressure sale there.He also explained that if we did get a replacement dishwasher through Turner ( either refurbished or new that they price match to HHGregg) that the cost of the service call would be deducted from the price which is a nice feature. I believe we have found our new provider of household appliance repair.;

They came on time and already had the part, explained it all and immediately installed,it. Perfect and quick! very polite and clean.

Service was very timely; serviceman was here in 24 hours. Jeff knew right away what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He was here less than 25 minutes. I had used this company about 7 years ago and was impressed with the professional service then, too.

The worker was very friendly and quick to help us out. He gave us a quick rundown of how to test the fuse and heating element on our dryer and then provided the cost for a service call.

The technician was very careful to clean up the mess. Asked for towels and the floor was dry after he left. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the employees answering the phone and that they seemed to be very organized. I would definitely use their services again.

danny came out on the 13th to service our ASCO dishwasher. he said that we would need a new control panel. he charged us 60$ and would not accept the angies list coupon. 2 weeks later I called to ask on the status of the part order. they then said they would need to come out and check the machine again just to make sure this is the part that is needed. why it took them 2 weeks to come to this conclusion escapes me. then, they never called to make an appointment. finally I called vogel appliance. they came out, told me it was actually the motor and did not charge me for the service call. I will not be using turner again. I will be using Vogel.

One call got me next day service. Chris called and was able to come before our scheduled appointment. Diagnosed the problem and had a quote within 20 minutes, and service was complete within an hour. The easiest home repair visit I've had since buying my first home. Will definitely us again!

Cody came out on a Tuesday and completely checked out the washer, drains & all. He also checked & fixed our stove. That evening there was still water on the laundry room out. Cody came back out Wednesday and checked again. He was very nice & went the extra step to suggest what else we might try.

The service and experience went well. They also supplied information about other maintenance issues that would extend the life of my dryer. Overall great job.

He had to come four times. First he had to evaluate it and decided which circuit board needed to be changed. And then he came back and put that circuit board in and it didn't fix it. So then he put a different circuit board in and that didn't fix it. Apparently, the washing machine, I think was Korean made. The original design of circuit board was faulty or it was problematic and so that's the one that broke down. And so, he put what was supposed to be a better one in, a new design and that didn't work at all and he had to end up going back to the original one that came with the washer, another version of that. I feel like it isn't going to last. It's a Kenmore machine and it was only 6 years old at the time. He was very polite and he was very apologetic. I think he was embarrassed he had to come back so many times. The guy was a nice guy but maybe he wasn't as experienced. He was very chatty and told me about his family and everything. Maybe that was filler for the fact that he had to come back so many times. I think maybe he didn't have as much experience on washing machines but as far as his personality and politeness, he was punctual. The overall experience was very frustrating. Maybe it wasn't the companies fault or the guys fault, maybe it was the machine or the manufacturer or the circuit board.

They were quite prompt and very good. They were reasonably priced and were on time. They had to come back and they did not charge me for the service call. They were quite prompt in getting here. I was quite pleased.

They were efficient, they called before they arrived. Their appliance repair technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Punctual on original repair date. Tech told us repair and part would be replaced next day, afternoon of the next day we recieved no call such that we had to call them late in the afternoon. We were told the part had to ordered and would be in the next day (day 3) for replacement regardless of what the Tech stated. Day 3 we recieved a call late asking us about service times the next day (day 4) and again I restated what i was told the day before (the replacement would be done on day 3) and now i was told it would be another additional day. Reluctantly i agreed to a time span the next day. I asked why we weren't fhe 1st appointment that morning and was told they had new appointments and they came first so I agreed to the new time. The next day the agreed upon time passed with no update so we again called and were told someone was to have called us about a backup time, another mistake. Late that afternoon the tech came and replaced the part and everything is back to working shape. While they did the job, they fell far short of what was expected from a top rated service. We most likely will not choose them next time. We had to continue to store our goods in freezers and ice chests for 4+ days.
