Excellent. Darrin did an excellent job troubleshooting the appliance and discovering a sensor that went bad which he replaced.

Good replacement of the relay and reconditioning and servicing.

Took 8 times to our house to get it fixed. Instead of working around our schedule, had to work around theirs. Finally got ice maker to make more than 6 cubes and now we can hear it in every room downstairs

I was able to get to my appointment without being late. Matt could have declined my request for help but he didn't. I offered to pay him but he wouldn't accept any payment for helping me. Matt was awesome and is an excellent representative for his company Turner Appliance. If Matt was willing to this for me without accepting payment then I would expect that he would be an honest repair man. Good companies hire good people. Thank you Matt!

We had the stacking kit, they stacked the dryer on top of the washer after hooking up washer.

I called Turner Repair on a Monday morning & was able to get service appointment by that afternoon. Repairman did a thorough inspection & determined that it was a control board that had gone bad (drain pump & lines were actually fine). Instead of trying to sell me on a $500+ repair, our service man Thomas recommended that we purchase a new machine (it would save us looming additional repairs in the near future on our old machine). He even recommended machines that have fewer problems, so wouldn't run into the same problem again.

Steve came at the time frame stated he looked at the dryer showed me what was wrong and had all parts so it could be repaired today. He replaced the belt, put on a new pulley, and replaced the door switch. He was done in less than 1/2 hour. I have used Turner Appliance before and this is why they are my go to guys for home appliance repair. Nice to use a local guy who is trying to build a business. Keep up the great repair work!

REPLACED BAKE IGNITER IN THE OVEN. A SMALL OBJECT WAS FOUND LOOSE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE DISHWASHER.

Found no issues! They checked everything and promised to come back without a service fee in the next 30 days. It makes me feel much better knowing it has been checked for safety reasons. Since the dryer is 10 years old, I anticipate service issues and will definitely use Turner again. Very polite, professional, and on time.

My first phone call was on Saturday morning and they were able to send someone out Saturday afternoon. Tech arrived in the designated time, diagnosed the issue, and said part would need to be ordered. All good. He was to call Monday morning with the part price and the labor costs. Never received phone call. I had to call twice on Monday and twice on Tuesday before received estimate and I okayed part ordered (seemed expensive/high markup). Had to call again on Friday to ask about part arrival--since it was now Fourth of July holiday weekend, repair service not scheduled until following Wednesday. Tech showed up at the very end of the scheduled 2 hour time window carrying a box labeled Electrolux/dishwasher. (for the oven). He then discovered wrong part was ordered and delivered. Blamed it on the parts department and told me to call the office to resolve. Called. Office told me to resolve with tech. I told them to let me know if they would be able to get correct part and fix or if I needed to find another provider. They called back the next day, ordered the correct part (said they checked and the original price quote was correct even though wrong part ordered but with the series of mistakes, it's hard to tell if I paid for the correct item or the correct labor amount--charged 2 hours of labor + service fee and he was here 15-20 minutes the first time and 30 minutes on final repair day). Correct part arrived much quicker this time and rescheduled fix visit for 2 days later. Tech did not remove or cover work boots, did not have mats or blankets to cover floor. I had to go find towels to cover wood floor or oven door would have been set on it. Work done and seems to be correct but all much more painful than it had to be and makes me reluctant to use again. After I posted this review, one of the managers for the provider contacted me and apologized and refunded the service call fee. While I stand by the original review, that the service provided was difficult, I appreciate the follow up contact and the company's response. I will certainly consider using them again the next time I need appliance repair.

My LG French Door Fridge was not cooling. Technician said it would take 4 or 5 days. I called on the following Saturday and there was one person in the office who could not contact the tech because it was his day off and could not follow up on any orders because she was the only one in the office. Monday morning comes, one week later, and no one calls me with an update even though I called twice on Saturday. After at least 4 phone calls on Monday I find out the tech never got the model or serial number so they had to ask me for it to compare it to some compressor they mysteriously had in the shop. I got the run around on that as well and big surprise it didn't work out because by then they are offering to pay the overnight charge to have one shipped to them and possibly be able to put it in the next day. I had threatened if no one called my back by 3:00 that I was cancelling. Which when they are charging $800+ and another $75 for the service call I guess all of sudden I mattered as a customer. While waiting, I decided there were too many bad signs here and remembered on the LG website there was a number to call for repair. Never using this service before I was desperate going a week + without a fridge in 90 degree weather and called them. They scheduled a technician to come the next day and the charge was going to be $325.00! If you Google the average cost of a new compressor it was right in the range, as opposed to the excessive charge of Turner. He claims they have over 100 calls a day, whatever. Then why have only one girl on Saturdays? Bottom line, my fridge is fixed at $325 with totally new parts and he was here for 2 1/2 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable. So you can get lost in the huge(?) customer base of Turner and on top of that get overcharged or I highly recommend LG Service. I don't know if they service other brands but it would be worth a call on the lg.com site. Really, the technician left without the numbers and never mentioned we should unplug the fridge and with the customer base they have it is wonder they put so much importance on the technicians that they have to be tracked down for details that are not kept in the office. Inefficient and shotty work...never again!

Called Turner Appliance to come out and diagnose the loud sounds and hot smell from my 10 year old LG front loading washer. We were given a two hour time slot for the day we set up service and the service tech called 20 minutes in advance to tell us he was on his way. Was there early in the two hour slot we were given. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told us that it was the main bearing on the tub, a very expensive fix, and the only repair they cannot do in your home - they have to take the machine in. But he noted that we had gotten 10 years out of the washer, which is beyond the average life span and that most people would just replace the washer rather than spend $600 on that fix. I agreed and so it just cost me a service call of $95 but I had a $5 coupon they had on Angie's List that offset that to $90. Very personable and knowledgeable service tech. He noted that I could buy a new washer through them and the service call would be applied to the price, but no pressure to do so, he just wanted to make sure I knew that was an option. Very good experience, I would recommend without hesitation.
