Common issue with Samsung that could have been resolved by unplugging for 24 hours instead of two trips and a $170. Charge.

They sent somebody out the same day I requested a service to make sure that was the problem. Two days later they were back to fix the freezer. It all went very smoothly as my fiance dealt with everything. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done.

The service well. They were punctual, they needed to order a part and advised timeline, and part arrived on time. They came back and installed the part. I have been very pleased with their service.

The painters had painted my vet shut outside. He came in the morning. I tried to fix it myself, and it still was not working. I asked them to come over because it seemed like the vent to the wall was not hooking up properly. So he came out to replace it. They came out right away and he did a good job. He found out they had painted my drier vent. I thought it was going to be more than $80. They charge so much to come into the driveway. I think the price was fine. I would probably use them again in the future.

The technician apprised me of the problem. I paid the service call fee and opted to replace the part myself.

Called turner appliance scheduled an appointment, Steve the technician came on time diagnosed the problem replaced a blown fuse and had our dryer working again all within 20 minutes, he was very nice person and the pricing is excellent

Long story short, Turner made 2 trips out in 2 months and replaced a part twice (same part) for freezer making noise. It worked for a short while and then messed up again both times. My husband ended up finding out there was a loose screw and he put lock tight on it which fixed the problem. We tried to get our money back from Turner but they refused and were very rude about it. Said my husband was not an appliance repairman and didn't know what he was talking about. This was at least 5 years ago and we haven't had any further problems with the freezer. What my husband did fixed the problem. Terrible customer service, I would NOT recommend them. Not sure how they have an A rating but they also have lots of negative ones too. Buyer beware!

The technician discovered the reason it was not cooling properly, fixed it during that same visit and it's been working well since then.

Called Saturday, scheduled for Monday morning, very responsive, professional. Replaced bad part by 10am. Great Job!

After speaking with the office I realized that both appliances are still under warranty so I have to go through Maytag. While I didn't use Turner this time, I appreciated the professionalism and information and will definitely give them a call once my warranty lapses.

Incredible service! Jeff diagnosed the dryer problem as vent beginning to clog and gave us the name of a vent specialist who is very reliable and reasonably priced. He diagnosed the refrigerator problem as a clogged dehumidifier tube, which he has encountered numerous times in a Samsung refrigerator. He had to make two trips because the refrigerator had frozen up behind the back panel and had to defrost before the back panel could be removed without damage. He was prompt both times, and arrived within the two hour window the first time, calling while he was on the way. For the second appointment, he arrived within 5 minutes of the time he said he would come. WOW! He tried to save us money. and discounted his hourly fee because I had all the shelves and food removed already. I will definitely call them again!

As I said above, the repairman was great! I would absolutely use them again!

I was very happy with the work they did. They had to order a special part, and got all the work completed within 2 days.

I had an awful experience with Turner Appliance repair. The problem that I called them to fix was that the tub would not spin on my washer. They diagnosed the problem and replaced a coupler in about 20 minutes. During the first load of laundry, the water exhaust hose came loose and water was spilling onto the laundry room floor. Unfortunately we did not notice the water until an appreciable amount was on the floor. The water leaked through the floor and caused damage to our finished basement. I immediately called Turner Appliance and they got in contact with a restoration company that came out right away and started the process of drying out the basement. I was under the impression that they were going to cover the damage since the technician did not follow their procedure and run the washer through a full cycle after completing the repair. However later that afternoon, the restoration company informed me that Turner Appliance was not going to pay for the damage. I spoke with the owner, Rick, the following day and he stated that the damage was not their fault. He stated that the reason the connection was loose was that I had moved the washer away from the wall. He also stated that the technician had run the washer through a full cycle, which is a lie. The $220 repair has now cost me an additional $1000 and I am still waiting on estimates to repair the drywall in the basement. I realize that accidents happen, but being dishonest to cover up a mistake is unacceptable. Steer clear of this company!!

This company was unbelievable. When it took a couple of tries to fix they reimbursed my money no questions asked. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very well. They ordered the part and, as soon as it came in, called to schedule the work.

The company responded quickly to my message. They called and scheduled a time that worked with my schedule. The tech arrived on time and was friendly. He examined everything and tried a few different things with the filter. He quoted me a repair price then went out to get the part. He came back within 45 minutes and finished the repair. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but overall the cost of buying filters for our faucet and bags of ice was adding up! I haven't had appliance repair in the past, so I didn't really know what to expect price wise. Overall I was really pleased! Everything is working again and the tech was really polite (even with my 1 year old trying to "help"). I would definitely recommend them and call again in the future.

Another company had come out, but was unable to locate the problem. Chris was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide me with a price to fix it. Unfortunately, the part needed was pretty expensive and we decided to forgo the repair. He charged me for the service call and $10 diagnosis fee which was very fair.

It went very smoothly. Tech came to house day after the call. Evaluated the situation and ordered new tube. Came back next day with the part and completed the replacement.

Tech discovered a measure cup was preventing the dishwasher spinner from moving. No work on appliance need. Tech observe the washing machine operate. Advised me to purchase washing machine cleaner from grocery. Tech found no power going to dryer and was unable to determine why. The tech gets high marks for figuring out dish washer issue. Since the tech cannot perform even minor electrical repairs such as swapping out electric outlets or breakers, I will go with another provider if there is a possibility the problem may be electrical. I think $140 is steep for what the tech did, but they did have someone to come out the same day, so that's good. Just don't recommend them if you may have an electrical issue with your appliance. **Update: 4/5/17** I was very surprised that the company contacted me to talk about my review! That really bothered me. A tech from another company looked at the dryer and determined that the breaker had tripped. I believe the tech from Turner Appliance should have been able to figure that out.

I got the thermostat on the refrigerator ($200) replaced and the control for the oven ($400) replaced. The oven control panel just quit on me, so I needed a replacement. The frig thermostat wasn't accurate so I needed it fixed. I need three burners replaced on my oven and need to get a new one since repairs would be $600. Haven't done that yet. I got a very quick response and had the replacement parts installed in about 8 or 9 days. The repairman was very nice and helpful explaining that my stove is better to replace than repair due to the age of if. I have yet to spend the time researching the stove top, but plan to do it. It still works, I just have one burner than doesn't work and two that don't work great. I have a smooth electric stove top and granite counter top, so I need a stove top that will fit into my granite.
