Turner Appliance

Unfortunately, the range is over 30 years old and the required parts are not available. The technician said if we could find parts he would install them. I found a supposed replacement switch and he came out, but it was not the right part - didn't have all the connections. He did not charge for the extra trip. Outstanding service.

I have a 25-year old Maytag washing machine that was leaking water & was making a terribly loud noise during the rinse cycle. Steve from Turner Appliance came out & determined the clamp that goes around the drum had broken. He was able to repair it with parts he already had in the truck. He also cleaned out & ordered a new dryer vent for my 25-year old Maytag dryer while he was out (at my request). I did have to have him come out in May to re-adjust the clamp around the drum (it was making a lot of noise during the rinse cycle), but he had told me during his initial visit that adjusting the clamp was tricky & may need to be readjusted. I was very happy with his quick service & professionalism. The washer has been fine ever since.

FANTASTIC! I called my normal repair company, but they were booked 2 weeks out. They thankfully recommended Turner appliance to me. I was in full panic mode to save my food. Turner appliance said they could come out between 2-4 pm with a call ahead. I was so grateful. About 11:15am they called and said they could come early. Quickly diagnosed the problem, got my frig back up and going and ordered $35 part to be installed in two days. Long story short, my frig and freezer were cold and ready before 4pm. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Also Brent and his trainee were fabulous, courteous, and knowledgeable. All in all, fabulous service.

Call was answered quickly, tech scheduled to come out the next day. Came near the beginning of the 2 hour window and called first as planned. Found the problem and resolved it quickly. Miguel (the tech) was very nice and professional to work with.

The employee who came out concluded that the washing machine had one of two issues that would require a shop repair. I asked a lot of questions and I was satisfied with his patience in answering them. I paid a service fee for them to come out, but would have cost about $450, so we decided to look at purchasing a new washing machine instead. I didn't mind paying to have a professional opinion, and I'm glad I didn't throw good money after bad with the old washer.

It went well, very happy overall and would hire again.

Great response. Knowledgable technician. Had problems with refrigerator brand customer in supplying the new warranted parts.

One guy came out it took about an hour.

Technician Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and had the appropriate replacement part on hand. He was polite, friendly, and reasonably priced. He did excellent work. I had ice for my evening cocktail before sunset. :)

They came out quickly for the service call, and they repaired the part correctly. But their communication about when the part would be available was not good - 3 calls to their office were not returned although we were told they would be. And the back was not put on our washer at the end of the job. The service rep was clearly new and was unorganized, but he tried hard and was a nice guy. I talked to the owner about it and he agreed to refund some money since the interactions and the job done were poor. This was appropriate and I appreciated the acknowledgement that things didn't go as well as they should have, and that they resolved the situation as I requested.

2 different repairs as they failed a few months apart. Similar positive experience with both. The first tech diagnosed the failed motor within a few minutes which honestly surprised me, until he took the time to verbally and physically break down the dryer explaining each piece and the symptom if it had been that piece had been the problem .. should have just trusted the 30yrs exp. The washer was a royal pain, it was leaking but nearly impossible to find where. The tech came out and tried multiple methods but it would leak. He gave us his number and asked to be called the moment we saw new water in the pan .. he is here in 15mins of the call and NOW the leak was obvious .. really odd washer but very impressed the the knowledge and service focused attitude of the tech. In the end both units would have cost more to repair then replace and Turner provided a detailed estimate allowing me to submit it to my Costco CCard for re-reimbursement. While I will never by Samsung appliances again as both failed within 2 yrs. I will continue to call Turner with an appliance issues.

Great. Turner replaced the timer and the dryer is like new.

They came out twice to repair my washer and it worked out effectively. We found it was a very minor issue that caused leaking.We have used them several times in the past. They were kind, professional, and patient about everything.

Technician was clear on the cause and fixed it within 10 mins.

They were quick to respond. I was very happy with Turner.

I am satisfied with the outcome. Used washing machine works well and the cost was reasonable.

I brought the microwave in. They repaired and got right back to me. Technician was there when I picked up and explained something he found and how he did the repair.

Went well. They came out the next day and met with my wife. He fixed it within a few minutes and told us it was a common thing this time of year. Glad they could come out quickly and get the job done.

I called Turner appliance at a relatively odd hour, someone answered right away and scheduled a repair very promptly and the repairman was punctual, pleasant and did a great job communicating what was going on. Unfortunately the initial repair didn't fix the problem but they were very quick to come back out and continue to problem solve with us and work with us until our fridge was back up and working perfectly.

Brent was professional, on time, courteous and extremely efficient. He did what he said he would do. I would highly recommend them to friends and family members.

So the technician shows up and from the time he walked in the door you could tell he wasn't happy about being there. I show him where the dryer is and he puts a meter on the element and in 30 seconds told me it was the element. I say ok so can you fix it he says yes he can but it will be an additional $ 80.00 plus another 55 for the part so we are now up to $205 including the trip charge. but says he will sell me the part and i can do this myself. I tell him the the boss said if it ends up being the element he would give me a break and he said nothing about it to him and that it was going to cost me for the 30 seconds he was there . The next day i call the boss and ask him about it and remind him of what he said the day before and he states he did me a favor by sending someone to my house. SERIOUSLY??? Definitely would not recommend these people are SHADY .

Technician Chris skillfully diagnosed and repaired simple failures in a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The only complaint is he rejected the Angie's List coupon. However, the office issued a refund check very promptly.

They came and installed a new thermostat. Within an hour the dryer stopped heating. They came again and didn't charge said it needed a new thermostat. Put one in and the same thing happened. They then thought to put in a new computer board. It didn't last but a day. The total cost to me total was around 284.00 and a lot of time. It would have been best to recommend getting a new dryer.

A service tech came out the next day, which was a Sunday, and was able to diagnose and repair it.. the cost of the repair included the emergency weekend call. We were pleased with all aspects of the work.
