The gentlemen. that came to the house was the owners son. He was extremely nice and polite, very professional. He explained everything that he was doing, which I like. I thought the price was fair and I would surely use them again. Actually I told him we were getting ready to buy a new house and that I would call him to inspect our A/C and Furnace. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service.

He was very polite, clean and honest. He was very thorough and wrote down everything he did.

These guys are the best. Another company told us the compressor died and wanted me to buy a new system right away. I had Turk come out and they said it was actually a refrigerant leak. They said they could repair the leak, but it could end up costing almost half of a new system AND since the system was over 13 years old, it would not likely be worth the investment. The owner came out 4 days in a row from the opposite side of the city (the first time was a Sunday night) to temporarily fill it up and also gave us a $500 stand alone unit to get us to install day comfortably... at no charge! Plus their higher end system beat the price of the other guys lowest system by over $1000! They definietly won a customer for life with their responsiveness, honesty and prices.

Arrived on time and worked efficiently, respectful, cleaned area of work and removed trash. Expklained how to change filter and how to operate new thermostat. Gave me all pertinent information.

My experience with them has been excellent. Their price is right and they are very responsive.

I called Turk on a 90 degree day when our heat pump stopped cooling. They were on sight within 45 minutes of my call. The service man diagnosed the problem quickly and had a replacement part in the truck. He also checked the rest of the system out and had to cool the compressor before it would start. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them for any heating and cooling problem.

We are on a yearly contract with them and I will use them again in the future.

We have a 3200 square foot home and had a 21 yo builder grade system on its last leg. Turk quoted me 16 seer with 95% and variable speed motor. This was much cheaper than 14 seer with single stage gas furnace two other major companies in Indy quoted. Can't even hear the American Standard system operate. Great to do business with.

I called Turk Heating & Cooling after seeing the reviews on Angie's List. It was a Saturday and I wouldn't have called until Monday, but I have health issues and really needed the A/C. The man on the phone was very courteous and told me his technician had several more calls before he could get to me, but he said he should be at my house by noon. Actually, he arrived about 11:00am. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He found a burned relay and fixed it on the spot. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday call. I would definitely recommend this company!

It was wonderful from start to finish, I can't say enough good things about this company... They are great!

Turk beat several of competitors prices. I later learned he had actually misquoted the price, but stuck to his original pricing. The service took a couple weeks and since I was in no rush to get it done, his team spread the work out when they wanted to do it. The only thing that was "needing work" was the communication on when the team was going to be there was not always accurate and sometimes slipped. This was a minor problem since it didn't affect my plans. The quality of the work was excellent and would hire again.

WONDERFUL!! I LOVE THESE GUYS! I was impressed with the service. The 1st time, I called Mr. Turk (a colleague recommended him when I asked for someone honest) in a panic on a Friday evening when the a/c froze up at a house I have for sale. I was very worried because I had an open house scheduled in 2 days, that Sunday. He asked for details, advised me over the phone to shut the a/c off, & came out the next day, a Saturday. He was extremely knowledgable, had tons of experience, and was very patient with me and my anxiety level! He explained everything he was doing to inspect the unit, explained that the problem was caused by a dirty filter that needed replacing, replaced the filter for me, and added a little bit of freon even though he said I didn't really need it. He said that since he was already there, and it was just a little low, it would be the best thing to do...He was efficient, polite, professional, nice, funny, clean, and punctual. He even adjusted my thermostat so that it wasn't crooked on the wall. It now reads correctly, as well. He charged me $60.... The second time I called Turk, the experience was also positive. A very nice young technician came out, explained what was going on, did the work only after I approved the cost, and that was that. $241 seemed surprisingly fair. I will call Turk's for all my heating & air work in the future and have recommended them a few times already. Our air conditioner went out yesterday evening and I called Turk Heating & Cooling this morning. They were here by mid-morning and the air conditioner is fixed! They were very responsive, professional, and gave quality service. I would definitely recommend them.

I was referred to Turk heating and cooling by a friend. I had already had one of the larger companies out to check out my A/C system and they quoted me $1,000 to fix it and I had to pay $89 for that information. I balked at that price and called this company for a second quote. I told their representative over the phone what I knew was wrong with it and his rough estimate quote was around $450. They were booked until the late afternoon, so fast forward to this afternoon, the technician called to check if I was home. Given rush hour traffic, the technician arrived fairly promptly. He did the repairs and had to come in to re-set my circuit breaker. He wrote up the charges and the total bill was about $330. The only criticism I would have is that I had to ask what it would cost before he started working. I would have preferred to have the pricing before he did the work and he could only give me a very rough figure off the top of his head. After my experience with the other company, I am wary of sticker shock. These guys are definitely on my contact list the next time I have a problem with my A/C or heating.

They are competent and very professional. They are reasonably priced. They don’t try to up-sell you on anything. They did an excellent job.

I got quotes from 4-5 companies, and Turk offered the best product and pricing for my 2,000 sf house. Mark (company owner) was very knowledgeable and mentioned a couple potential problems the others didn't say anything about. This is a small, family-owned company, so there's no slick salesman trying to sell you one thing and calling back later to offer you a discount (which did happen with another company). We scheduled the job with Turk and the crew arrived on time, as promised. They worked efficiently, quietly and always put on shoe covers when they came inside (my furnace is in the garage). They even cleaned out a nest of some sort that was hidden behind the furnace and patched up a loose spot in the ceiling. They cleaned up great and showed us how to use the new thermostat - even set it for us. Also had information on a gas company rebate. Turk was simply first-rate from start to finish. I later saw the American Standard brand Mark recommended is top rated by a "leading Consumer magazine."

They were very professional from the quote through the install. They said and did what was explained and we couldn't be happier. We will use them again if the need arises.

They were great, easy to work with, and very personable. The people we were using before didn't install it right and these guys found out the problem.

Turk was able to come out quickly at a time that was convenient for me. They arrived right on time. They were professional and explained everything to me in detail. They had everything fixed within an hour.

Mark and Mark jr. arrived with their crew at 8:30 and were done by 6:30 that evening. They were courteous and professional. The team was thorough and efficient and careful in moving the old furnace out and bringing the new furnace in. when they finished the installation , the new units were inspected and tested. Everything was perfect. They cleaned up everything. Couldn't ask for anything better. Well pleased! Have used them for servicing the old units.

It is a family business which is kind of nice. He really came out and before he even talked about what kind of equipment to use, he measured my house, counted my windows, my fireplaces, and did a lot of heat loss calculations. When we sat down to look at all of the different equipment, he kind of shocked me and gave me fair prices off of the bat. He has a real level of competence He understood what I had and what I had to accomplish. He also looked out for if I would of been comfortable. If he forgot something he wouldn't charge me as an add on. He even discussed some of the options like he forgot to tell me that he needs a burner place in the furnace so he just included it, which was a 200 dollar level. I had a real comfort level with him that he wasn't going to try and over sell me. He had a real consciousness about how he did his work. I was kind of impressed with it. Especially compared to the people that looked at it and just started throwing prices at me. The price difference was just so much better with him. When he first came out he told me everything that he was going to do and gave me the entire process. The entire day he kept me in the loop with what was going on to let me know the process of it.

I called for service on Wed because my furnace was out. The owner of the company make the service call that eveing. He worked for about 1 1/2 hrs trying to fix it. I knew I needed a new furnace but he was trying to get it going so I would have heat. This is a snall company that is very busy this time of year but the owner when out of his way to get my new furnace in the next eveing. This company is very responsive and caring about the quality of there work and the needs of their customers. I will be using them in the future.

Excellent, quick response! When I came home from work, it was immediately clear that our air conditioner was not functioning. I called Turk AC at approximately 6:00 p.m. and explained the issue. Someone was at our door by 7:00 p.m. and the AC was fixed by 7:30 p.m. I've never experienced such quick, courteous, and efficient service before.

I came home and found the temperature had dropped to 60 degrees and then found that my furnace was not running. I called them to come check it out. They arrived within an hour and quickly checked several items on the furnace and narrowed down the problem and fixed it.
