It went well, the staff was great and they got the entire install done in about 6 hours from start to finish. Justin went over all the options and covered the details in a 'good, better, best' style without trying to up-sell on things we didn't need or want. Everyone we dealt with from the company was great!

I cannot say enough good things about Turk Heating & Cooling. From start to finish, every interaction was stellar with every member of this company. Justin came to our house and determined that the furnace that was put in was way too big for the small a/c unit and the a/c unit was about half the size of what we needed for our house, so it's never worked right in the 10 years we've been there. He sent me 4 options with extensive explanations on why they were different and what the benefits were of each option. Since they were busy and we would have to wait a week or so for the new unit, Justin brought us a free standing A/C to help keep us cool in the interim. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood our investment and what we were purchasing. Justin always responded immediately to any emails I sent him, even on the weekend, which I did not expect. Thank you, Justin, Mark, Casey, and Chris for taking such good care of us! We will definitely use them again and will be setting up a maintenance package for our new system, which works beautifully!

My husband said he was a good guy, very helpful. He let us know that the coils were flattened and how to unflatten them on our own. Also, notified us that using a fiberglass filter in the summer will assist us with maximum air flow. Thankfully, he noticed that the battery in our unit had almost blown up. We truly appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. Two days before he came we had an individual come from another place. That guy, said he couldn't help us once he saw the coils and walked out our home. So it was great to have a hard working & trusting person...someone who cared.

They're on time. They are honest with you with what needs to be done. Their prices are fair. They get the work done. They do an excellent job. I've had Turk for at least 10 years.

They showed up on time and were very professional. Wore shoe covers in my home. I like them because they are a small company and not so big you are just a number. They are what I look for when I am searching for someone to work for me.

Last winter we noticed the back of our house was not as warm as the rest on our house. Turk came and looked at our duct work and found a lot of areas that were losing air. They spent 2 days installing insulation and repair damaged areas of our ducts. We are very happy with there work as always.

Purchased Big Deal on10/7/14 and service was performed on 10/14/14. Had Turk Heating out to service heat pump system. Tech called about 20 minutes before arrival. Was very polite and did a very thorough job of cleaning system. Will have them out in spring to service cooling system. Very happy with work, and would recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling service

This is a family owned business and professional in every way. They showed up when they said they would, worked around my schedule, removed and cleaned up all debris, gave me all the details to make an informed decision, and had the best prices I could find. They even filled out all the paperwork for the rebates so all I had to do was submit them via email. I really couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Justin, and everyone, for a worry free install!

This was going to be our first winter in this house and we wanted to make sure everything was in good working order. We have never had a heat pump system with a gas furnace back up so we were not familiar with the ins and outs of the system. The technician inspected both units and said everything was in great shape. He also explained how the heat pump works and how to set our thermostat to be the most efficient. I am very happy with Turk and feel comfortable hiring them in the future.

Mark Turk Jr. did an outstanding job of thoroughly checking out my heat pump and furnace. Mark was punctual and called 30 minutes before arriving. Mark spent about an hour checking the system and the thermostat. Mark did an excellent job of explaining all of the components in an easy to understand professional manner. Mark did not use the diagnostic visit to suggest additional repairs or the installation of a new furnace. Turk Heating and Cooling is a family owned local company that has very reasonable prices. I will definitely use Turk for any heating or cooling issue in the future as they are a local company that prides themselves on providing customer service.

He arrived on time did the work and was very clean about it left no signs he was here. Very friendly staff. Very happy all is well with the stink its gone. Every time they are here working on my furnace its always a good experience. They come always when I have a problem.

We had an estimate from the company that originally installed the heater (~7 years ago). They estimated TWICE as much as Turk and said they wouldn't be able to perform the repair in a few days. Turk came out the same day I called them, were on time, diagnosed the issue, called around and got the part and had everything fixed inside of a couple HOURS. I was very pleased and would definitely call them again.

They arrived on time and prepared my furnace, explaining what they were doing and cleaning up after themselves.

I have heard it said that you can only get two out of these three elements in purchasing a service... speed, quality, and price. That is normally true, but I have gotten all three from Mark Turk on the three times that I have used his services.

Turk Heating and Cooling was very professional. He explained everything that he was doing. He made sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my furnace and why the furnace wasn't holding the temperature. Mark Turk was very knowable with my type of furnace. I have a Bryant gas furnace. I have only lived in this house for three years. My other house was total electric. I knew nothing about gas furnaces. Mark Turk answered all my questions and made sure I knew about my gas furnace before leaving. I would call Turk Heating and Cooling again and will be calling again to service my air conditioner in the spring. The service was excellent and the price was just right. Really nice guys. They explained their thoughts along the way and provided excellent service. They recommended a less expensive solution to my problem than I had originally requested and it turned out great! They're an honest company and I would definitely do business with them again!

They are very courteous and on time, they explain what they are going to do before they do it. They give you a call if they are going to be late and they don't try and up sale you. They are very honest.

Our furnace was running but not warming the house so we called Mark Turk to come and take a look at it . He thought we needed a new motor (a pricy part) and after we told him OK he called his son to get one for us. Several hours later they were back to install it. They realized in the process that a different part was the problem and had it fixed quickly. He apologized for having to make two trips and said the part we really needed was only $10. He charged us his usual $74 service fee and $10 for the part. He could easily have put in the new motor and charged us for it and we would never have known we didn't really need it. Mark said he was raised to be honest and believed that if a person is honest and trustworthy he'll always have work. This was the second time we've used this company and you can bet he'll always have our business. Good job, good people, good ethics.

We couldn't be more pleased. The installation took most of a day and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They even brought out a window type portable for us to use the day before installation.

We had a 15 year old trane system that came when the house was built. The lines were freezing up and I had Turk take a look at it. They said they could clean the coil but couldn't guarantee that would fix anything . After much negotiating we decided on replacing the A/C unit and furnace. They made sure I got all my rebates as well.
