Excellent! I would like to thank Justin for his prompt and accurate quotation of the project. He was professional and personable and a wonderful first contact for the company. The owner, Mark came out and surveyed the house and selected the proper system for my needs. Very thorough in every way and a nice guy to boot! The installers, Matt and Chris did a great job. They were meticulous, clean and quick. Mark stopped by to make sure that they had everything they needed to complete the job. I couldn't be happier with the results. I will recommend Turk to all of my friends and I plan on using them again in the near future.

Tuesday, the day they were supposed to come, I wait by my phone. No calls in the morning. No calls in the afternoon. I call them about 3:00, and there is no answer. Now, it was storming all day that day, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that working outside in a thunderstorm on a metal A/C unit is against safety protocols. So surely Wednesday--with the weather calling for sun--would work. Wednesday morning, I don't hear from them. Wednesday at noon, still no call. Finally around 3 pm I call them. Turk: "Oh we called you this morning! Lots of times. No one picked up." Me: Really? I've been awake since early with my phone next to me at all times. I have the call log in front of me and there's not a single call from you." Turk: "Oh. Weird. Technology, huh?" Me: So when are you coming out Turk: Well like I said we *did* try to contact you--" Me: "No, you didn't. I'm looking at my call log right now." Turk: "Right... Well we'll get out to you when we get out to you." Me: So you are saying you don't know if its going to be today, tomorrow, or next week? You said you would come out yesterday. Turk: Yeah man. Sometimes that's how these things go, you know? Now I"m on the phone calling everyone else, seeing if I can get someone to recharge our A/C on this 90 degree day.

It turned out that there were two problems causing the humidfier not to turn off. Mark fixed the valve at the water heater that was stuck open and causing water to continue to run to the humidfier. The solenoid (I think that's what he called it) was also faulty and wouldn't shut off. He determined that it would be just as expensive to replace the 17 year old system as it would be to repair it. But I wasn't prepared for that. So, he turned off the water at the water heater for the summer. He took down all of the information about my unit and I will call them back in the Fall to probably replace the unit so I can use it in the winter. I was very happy with the diagnosis and Mark's honesty about the problems and solutions.

The service technician Chad did an excellent job. He provided some good tips to keep my unit running at top performance and did not charge add try to sell any additional unwanted services which many places seem to do. I am very happy with the work and will be calling Turk for any future HVAC service.

Fantastic - they came with a crew that knew exactly what needed to be done. They didn't mind my nosey dog or cat, and got the work done promptly, efficiently, and it works great!

After Mark found cracks beginning to form in the heat exchange, they helped me pick the ideal HVAC unit for my house and budget. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They are a true local family-run business. You get to know everyone from the business side to the maintenance side. I have had a maintenance agreement with them for 2 years and they were easily the best priced company around. I trust them and enjoy working with them so much. Outstanding! I had a major repair to the line to the heat pump in the wall last month. I asked Turk to return to verify everything was working correctly as it seemed to be running a long time. They returned within a few hours of my call to check everything out. They did not charge me for the service call which I really appreciated. I have their annual maintenance plan which I like very much. They always respond quickly and professionally. I am glad I chose to use a smaller company that provides professional customer service.

Its hard to say, I wasn't here, my roommate was here. It was fine, just an annual check up. Very capable.

Much better than we expected! He arrived on time and got to work immediately. In less than half the time quoted he was finished with the job. There was no rust damage and rehanging the main duct went well. We were quoted $500 to $600, but he only charged us $250 because he was done so quickly. How can you beat that?

Mark came out and put 1.5 lbs of R-22 in it and found a short in the whip cable. He replaced the wires in the whip and we were back and running full bore. Mark was great, cleaned the outside condenser, replaced some missing screws, and overall was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I highly recommend Turk Heating and Cooling.

I had called everyone because I had an emergency over the weekend. I spoke with Turk Heating and they were able to come out immediately. The tech found the problem, fixed it quickly, and the price was very reasonable. The work was very satisfactory and he was able to fix it within 30 minutes.

Service was excellent! I called late Friday afternoon. They scheduled a Monday morning appointment. My thermostat was working manually so it was not an emergency. They called 30 minutes before arriving and were punctual. Casey was very professional and knowledgeable. He set up the thermostat to the new router. Before leaving, Casey made sure the thermostat was working from my phone.

Technician called to let me know he was on way. Showed up on time and did a great job. Cleaned our furnace and checked thermostat to make sure it was functioning properly. This is the second time that we used this company and plan to use for future heating and cooling needs. Would recommend them to others.

Turk Heating & Cooling replaced our Gas Furnace, A/C Unit and Thermostat in our house. They first came out and looked at our old system and gave us quotes on several different setups, ranging from ?Budget to Best?. Justin discussed the overall project and how they would proceed with the installation if they received the job. After we contracted Turk to do the work; Mark, the owner, came out and measured all the windows and doors, and all the measurements for the new system to make sure everything was correct and go over all the details so that no mistakes would be made. He was very professional and straight forward about all aspects of the job, explaining everything that would take place from start to finish. He kept us informed as to when the installation would be made and the day that they would start the job. The whole installation took one day to complete. Mark Jr. and his crew were on time that morning at 9:00 AM sharp and worked continuously all day until 6:00 PM. They were very careful on the inside of our home and cleaned up so that you could not even tell that they were there at the end of the day. The installation went very smooth and they didn't run into any problems. I watched as they installed the furnace and A/C Unit, they all know their job very well and are very professional at all times. The attention to detail was superb and the whole system looks great and preforms very well! I would not hesitate to use Turk Heating & Cooling in the future and will recommend them to anybody that is interested in a new installation.

On Saturday afternoon, with temps in the 90s, my A/C decided to stop working. I sent a message to Turk (who are closed on weekends) through Angie's List and received a message back within the hour. I spoke with the owner, Mark Turk, who came out that evening. I had priced 3 other businesses and Turk had the best pricing, especially with it being on the weekend. Mark was very professional and courteous and promptly fixed our problem, a dead capacitor. Our next door neighbor had mentioned to me earlier that day that their A/C was not working right so when Mark was done with us, he took a look at my neighbor's unit as well. And to top it off, when Mark was done at our house and my neighbor's, he drove back back to his shop and then came back with a new air filter for our furnace too. I would recommend Turk to anyone who has a problem and will continue to use them in the future.
