Description of Work: After 35 years, our Bryant heat pump and air handler finally needed replaced. After doing a great deal of technology research we decided to go with the Carrier Infinity system. I had 3 companies provide recommendations and estimates. Hands-down, Turk provided not only the most competitive price, but they were also the most insightful. As a part of the estimating process, they noticed a couple long-term issues with our existing system and engineered a hybrid system that has been a perfect fit for our needs. If you have the choice, choose Turk!

Description of Work: The first appointment was to perform routine maintenance. They were very friendly and provided clear communication. While cleaning the furnace, they discovered that an element was not working. They called with an estimate to replace the heat pack. I scheduled the replacement. They were right on time and efficient and charged me less than they estimated. I will definitely contact them with any future furnace or A/C needs.

Description of Work: Our AC wasn't keeping up with demand and the pipes were freezing up so I called Turk to come and do a recharge. The tech was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why. A cursory leak check found that the service ports were leaking and he applied a fix to that. Since then the house is cool and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend these guys.
