 + -1 moreWe had a quoted price for glass break systems for each $110 glass break. Then they came back and billed us for $180 for the system. When we disagreed because that was not the quote we received they told us the salesman was no longer with the company. They came and installed the system and billed for $180. The total should have been $330 but they actually billed us for $495. They requested the payment after they installed the system and would not leave until they received that payment. He would not take the payment of the price we were quoted we were quoted. So we finally gave him a credit card and we were billed for the $540. You would not want this person to be in your home if you are by yourself.
Description of Work: They sold and installed an ADT system to us.

 + -1 moreNEGOTIATED WITH US ON PRICE TO MATCH COMPETITORS. INSTALLATION WAS OKAY; WE WEREN'T VERY HAPPY WITH THE SENSOR LOCATIONS BUT HE WORKED WITH US TO KEEP INSTALLATION PRICE REASONABLE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW ALARM SYSTEM. MONTHLY CONTRACT $35 PER MONTH.

 + -1 moreIVE HAD A CONTRACT FOR 6 YEARS, WHEN I HAD MY FIRST PROBLEM THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO READ MY BOOK AND WAS VERY VERY COOL ON THE PHONE, I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO SHOP AROUND AND THEY TOLD ME FINE. I DID FIND ANOTHER COMPANY AND WHEN I ASKED FOR MY PAYMENT BACK THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST OR SEND ME MY CHECK BUT THEY DID COME TO MY HOME TO PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT THAT I BOXED UP FOR THEM.
