They were pretty reliable.

They come out on a fairly regular basis. They charge us depending on what we get done. Their pricing is medium to high but it's worth it for the quality. They are good and really professional. They keep our yard looking pretty nice. We would use them again in the future.

Corey is very personable and responsive. He is reasonable with his pricing. We felt comfortable with his estimate and were pleased with the quality of services he rendered. We would highly recommend his company as he is the type of person you can make a deal with and then forget about it - knowing you will be happy with the results and not taken advantage of. He has a very friendly and professional crew that work for him.

Cory and his team have always done a great job tending our homeowners' association public spaces and we've worked with him on some small projects around our house too. This is the first time we'd hired TNL to do more substantial work around the house. Prior to their service date, they came and inspected the site. They noticed that we had mulch that was compacted, and thus was producing mold and keeping our plants from getting the water and nutrients they needed. Rather than just come and drop more mulch, he contacted me and explained the issues and what it would take to remedy the problem moving forward. (He also let me know up front that this added effort would change the cost, which I appreciated.) Cory's team was then out to complete the work within 48 hours and his team took very special care in removing the old mulch, edging the beds, cutting back all dead debris, applying fertilizer and adding the new mulch. They even added two small cut outs for our back flowers near our garage that hadn't been there previously, but look great now. (How often do you get someone who makes an EXTRA effort for you these days?) Finally, after all of the work was complete, the team asked us to look at the finished beds and Cory contacted us about 24 hours later to confirm we were in fact pleased. Hands down one of the best service provider experiences I have had recently. I"ll continue to recommend Cory to others and support his business.

I was very happy with True North. Cory is very easy to work with; he was receptive to our ideas and concerns but also had helpful suggestions of his own to offer. He responded promptly to my first call and worked with us during a busy fall season. It took him a few weeks to do the actual work, but it only took his crew a day and a half to get a substantial amount of work done. It looks great, and we definitely plan on calling True North again in the spring to help with planting.
