Topline Restoration

Perfect. The crew and work was performed as outlined in our initial meeting. I was very satisfied with finished job.

They kept me informed on each stage of the job. And cleaned up afterward.

AVOID Topline Restoration LIKE THE PLAGUE!! They are unprofessional, unreliable and worst of all, DANGEROUS! The work Topline Restoration did (plumbing, painting, siding, gutters & electric) had to be redone by quality sub contractors (plumber, electrician, painters, etc.). The electrical Topline did was so bad, lazily done and down right DANGEROUS that someone could have been killed! They would lie to my face about work being completed. When they were asked about the lies (called out) they would claim it was a mistake and that they would "fix it". They generally just covered up the problem (like adding insulation to an attic when they were told to put all electrical junctions in junction boxes, to cover up that they didn’t put junctions in junction boxes.. Imagine that, electrical junctions uncovered and buried in insulation....SOMEONE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED IN THE INEVITABLE FIRE!!! The didn’t know how to do anything properly, which I found out after quality workers came out to look. When asked if something was done correctly or to code they would again just lie to your face and say yes regardless of truth. I could go on and on for a long time, but you should be getting the point by now. avoid TOPLINE RESTORATION!!! ELECTRICAL) They left multiple junctions open, even when there were junction boxes next to the connections they made (this was done out of pure laziness and lack of concern for others safety). Don’t get me started on the elctrical panel work they did, I had to replace the entire panel because of the terrible and dangerous work Topline Restoration did. The Electrician actually laughed at the work, and then said it was so bad it was not up to code and would have caused a serious fire at some point. *****Please note, Topline writes on Angies List that they don't do electrical; this was never told to me and never even mentioned as they claimed they could do electrical when I first met them!**** PLUMBING) All plumbing “completed” by Topline had to be replumbed bc everything (literally every thing they touch was terrible and leaked). This would have caused major damage to walls/wood and would have created dangerous mold problems down the road. PAINTING) The entire house had to he repainted because the “painting” Topline did was so bad there were light/dark spots everywhere, in every room. I could go into more detail about other aspects of work Topline completed but there is no point. PERMITS) I had asked that all work be up to code and be permitted. They lied to my face when they said they had pulled permits, as no permits were ever pulled by Topline Restoration at the house. NEVER HIRE TOPLINE OR ANTHONY "JOE" CAMPBELL (OR SHANE SHORT OR ZACH UBERTO) TO DO ANY WORK EVER! They are crooks and dangerously unqualified! After all of this, I couldnt even get the owner, Anthony "Joe" Campbell to come look at the work that was completed. He would agree to meet at the jobsite and then cancel 10 minutes in advance (if I could even get a hold of him)!! I gave up after the 3rd cancel/no-show.

They came out quickly, sold roof job to insurance, did I mention we originally only called them for vinyl siding, got that done very quickly , gave us a five year warranty, 3 months have gone by and our roof is leaking where it never leaked before, called Joe he said he would be right out to fix it. Now after two weeks of phone calls and texts he says it's not his responsibility. Along with the other we work they didn't finish and the shoty work they did do, vinyl siding hides a lot they covered up most of the wood they should have replaced and pocked the extra money they recieved for the job. Joe verbally told us he would do several things he would do to get the job, then after we agreed to allow him to do the job he kinda backnpedaled and wanted more money to add in those little extras, that weren't in writing. I know Joe will defend himself and I wasnt to upset untill a couple other professionals came out and couldnt believe Some of the things they saw in the workmanship.
