TLC TREE SERVICE

Excellent. Removed 15 trees and stumps in 2 hours and did clean up. Left lawn and surrounding area in great shape.

The crew were so professional and they had this gigantic tree down, cut up, stump ground, yard debri raked and removed in 4 hours. They have all the equipment needed and can work a mean chainsaw. Their quote was $3000 and I had 4 other quotes for $4000, and had 2 companies that wouldn't even touch it. Great job guys!

After I received a quote that was very reasonable, they were able to come out later the same day to do the work. The crew was large enough to get the work done quickly and everything was cleaned up well after they were done.

TLC is absolutely incredible. Dave said he would come out to look over the property that coming weekend -- he came out Sunday and said he could be at my house that week and have the work done in one day. It was all true -- quoted me Sunday and was there Tuesday to do the work and had it completed by time I came home. Even my neighbors were thanking Dave for the work he did. I was so impressed.

Went very well. They were quick and left the yard in good condition.

He was prompt to come out and provide an estimate and did the work the next day.

They did a very nice job. I was very satisfied. They did accidently take a phone line down without telling me, other than that they did a great job and a great job of clean up.

It went great from the day they came and gave the estimate until they did the work a couple of days later. The price was very good and they were very professional.

When I contacted this vendor, I mentioned I wanted to plant a tree in the same place as we are limited due to the lot line.He knew this was the plan at the time as he even tried selling me a tree when we were ready to replace it in the spring.This weekend, I tried planting a tree and unfortunately, I can not plant it in the same place or even close to that area as the stump and roots is just below ground level. I contacted Dave today and explained the situation. He was very argumentive about it and said he didn't know. I told him He did know as he was trying to sell me a replacement tree. Then he went on with some analogy of its like going to the dentist. He said I would have had had to help him dig around the stump as he only goes 8 inches beneath the ground. I was home the entire time. He could have told me I needed to do this as I would have easily helped. How am I suppose to know this? He knew what the plan was to replace a tree.

Dave and his gang were on it as usual. We have used them before. They were on time, willing to do the extra work, respectful of our home and property and cleaned up very well when it was all done. Thanks, Dave!

The companies I contacted came in with comparable prices and I ultimately selected TLC because they could get to the job quickly. Dave Chupp who came and looked at the trees also noted that the Tulip tree in the back would require some special care. While the 3 trees in the front could be managed by using a bucket truck, the one in the back could not. Plus in the back there was an issue with power lines. Dave arranged to have the power lines dropped the day the work was being done so that the tree could be climbed and trimmed. After the job was completed all of the debris was removed and the power lines were reconnected. I'm glad he was able to coordinate all of this. The trees look much better and I no longer have to pick up limbs from my yard every time the wind blows. All in all a job well done.

It went incredibly well! Firstly, they were extremely responsive in comparison to other tree trimming services. Several were slow to get back to us and then gave us estimates of work being done in 4 or 5 weeks for much higher prices! We needed service immediately, as we had just listed our home and wanted it to look nice for the showings. TCL took my call and came out within a few days, gave estimate and did work the same day. They listened carefully to our expectations and followed through on them. They cleaned up and the front and back yard looked great. We would definitely call upon them again for future service. Also, as a point of interest, our house sale is pending. Perhaps their workmanship was part of the reason?

Kept in touch and did a great job and cleaned up weill

My mother had called 2 tree services and they never even called back. TLC answered the phone and was friendly and professional. They called back as promised and came by to give an estimate as promised. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up their mess. We couldn't have asked for better service.

We like to use local businesses, so one of the reasons we chose TLC off the list with high marks was its proximity to our neighborhood. Dave told me at the time I scheduled the work that he would be gone for a week, and told me specifically when he would be able to do the trees. He and his crew showed up that day and did a great job on both trees. His crew really went out of their way on a very hot day to be sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Dave talked to me when they were finished, showed me that our oak tree was infested with ants, and recommended a treatment. He also recommended a treatment for the jack pine, due to the stress from the drought. The price he quoted was acceptable and I agreed to both. He then gave me advice on how to care for the trees better through the drought, and that if I did those things, I could expect to see my tree really green up. I'm excited about being able to do something myself to improve my tree buddies! I really appreciate him taking the time to educate me, and he's a lot more accessible than Dr. Dirt on WIBC, so next time I have a tree issue, I will for sure be calling TLC. Excellent experience.

Called for an appointment for an estimate to remove a large tree growing to close to our house. Was told someone would call back to arrange time, never was contacted.

They came out right away and took the tree away, and also cleaned up after themselves. They worked as a team and hustled the whole time.

These guys worked great as a team and limbs were barely getting the the ground before being hauled away. It was amazing to watch, they knew when it was safe to be around the area cleaning up and when not to be near it they were all in tune with each other. I would definitely hire these guys to come back out and do work in the future and will recommend them to others that need these services also. Keep up the great work!!!!!

TLC was in the neighborhood working on the neighbors trees. David Chupp approached us and asked if he could quote a price on performing work for us. He was very professional and after receiving a fair quote we decided to have TLC cut down and haul away a pine tree that we had wanted removed. He also quoted us a price on trimming two walnut trees that were over the house. TLC was punctual, courteous and very professional. They also did a very good job of stump grinding, raking up the excess and removing all debris. I also noted that they were doing other work on the block. We were totally satisfied with the work performed, as were our neighbors. I would highly recommend TLC to others looking for tree service.

They are awesome in every way: great price, cleaned up after themselves, and they were the nicest guys.

Did not show up until late afternoon, cut trees, cleaned up and was gone in about an hour. Workers were polite, careful not to damage fence, removed the cuttings and raked up yard. Was not sure when they would be here. Punctuality was the main issue. Think this could be corrected in the future. I would give them another opportunity.
