Our first few experiences with them have been great. They got rid of all the dandelions but killed our trees and burned our shrubs in the process. We aren't too happy about that. We still haven't called them about the issue yet. I don't believe that we will continue using their services next year. We mostly contacted them through email. They just dropped in, did the work, and left the bill at the door. Their price was okay. We can't really grade their professionalism because we haven't talked them about what happened.

So far, we are very satisfied. We have had one treatment, and are already noticing a difference. They were good at coming out an analyzing what needed to be done.

In a few short weeks our lawn is really beginning to look great! I can't wait to see what it will look like by the end of the treatment season. The staff at TLC are very courteous and knowledgeable. I noted about 2 weeks after they had been here, there were new dandelions springing up. I phoned them apologetically, not knowing if I should call back. They said, absolutely call back and they were back out in a couple days to redo the new growth of dandelions.

We have a pretty big yard with several beds and areas of shubbery. It takes us many hours to mulch it ourselves, so this year we asked TLC for an estimate. We found $630, which included the mulch itself, to be VERY reasonable. Preparation was done on one day and mulch laid the next. Everythng was cleaned up and the yard looks great. TLC also does our lawn maintenace (fertilizing and weed controal). They always call the night before so that we can be sure to keep the dog in and to unlock the gates,. They are always very professional

They are very prompt and do a good job. I have used them now for 3 years.

TLC is always punctual and professional. They treat my lawn every month or so and leave tips on watering and other treatments they offer. Thanks to TLC, my lawn is the envy of my neighbors!

TLC was very responsive to my request for a bid. They were also flexible in their service plan, noting that my entire yard didn't need to receive every treatment and customizing to be economical and effective at the same time. They call before service to ensure that my children and pets won't be in the yard. I've only had one time to recall them for weeds after the scheduled treatment and the came immediately upon request.

It has been good using their services. We had one problem with them and they came right back out and addressed it. They are very responsive to phone calls. We payed them for a full year of service.

It is wonderful. They usually just leave the bill. They let themselves into the back yard, do the work and leave. They are trustworthy. They do not leave a mess.

I contracted with TLC (Henry) late in the season after my yard was totally out of control with crab grass and weeds. After putting in an irrigation system last fall, I thought I was all set, but under my care the yard looked worse than ever. With Henry taking care of it in only about 3 treatments including the aeration and over-seeding, it already looks significantly better. Henry is great about communicating with us and his treatments have obviously been effective.

Did not use them, although I should have. Very good company with honest price and a very good evaluation form. Suggest them highly.

Very good experience. I e-mailed TLC and Terry was out to give estimate the next day. Then we talked by phone and I decided to have the work done. He offered to do fertilization and overseeding along with other lawn care, but was not pushy. I will now have to wait to see how the lawn recovers after the aeration and my fertilization and overseeding.

We have used them for over 15 years. They are good!!
