I have been a happy TLC customer for 4 years. They are a wonderful company to work with. Any time I have a question, I can always call and get a thorough answer by one of the owners. Sometimes, they will come over to explain things to me in person, to be sure I am happy. I was especially grateful to TLC after my yard was neglected after renting my house out for a year. They helped me nurse my lawn back to health when I thought my yard was a complete loss.

They have been pretty good. They are always willing to make something right. If they come out and it rains, we'll call and they come back. Overall we are happy with their services. We have asked to have the lawn air-rated in the past, but they have not remembered (we were not charged for it, however).

We use them four times a year and they are very dependable and great to deal with. We haven?t had any problems with them yet!

My lawn was not doing well with my previous lawn service. I switched to TLC, inc., a couple years ago and my lawn has never looked better. They do a great job and I am very pleased.

Terry and his crew are great. He personally came to my house to provide a free estimate for the work. He answered all of my questions, without being condescending (I know very little about lawn and garden care, so I asked lots of questions). His crew (one man at Time 1 and 2 men at Time 2) have been very professional and have done a great job taking care of my lawn issues. At Time 1, one crew member treated for weeds and spider mites; at Time 2, two crew members mulched the flower beds with a color-treated mulch that looks great. Several neighbors have commented on how good the yard looks now. I'm looking forward to the crew returning to re-sod my front lawn, which is choked with weeds.

Great communication from these guys, they are very flexible with their services offered. My email was returned the next day and after a couple of emails and a phone call we established how they could help. I was looking for a company that was aware of organic options and sensitive to environmental issues. The lawn fertilization they did was organic and their chemical application was limited to the problem areas I asked them to treat. It has only been 3 days since the fertilization, so I can't comment on the efficacy, but everything else has been great.

We used to have problems with dandelions and weeds. Our lawn looks great now. It's plush. They are reasonably priced. The staff has always been helpful with questions. We will continue to use them.

They had a crew with two machines to do the job. The first week they put some fertilizers and six weeks later they put on a second coat of fertilizers. My lawn looks perfect.

They have been my lawn care company for at least the last ten years. They are dependable and anytime I have a problem, they come right back out to take care of it.

I am very pleased with them and I spent about $250 on that work. My experience with them has been wonderful. This has been the second year that I have used them.

TLC applies treatments at regular intervals and leaves the bill for services in the front door. Once you set up their services, they pretty much go on "autopilot" until you call and request something different. Their applications definitely helped green up the lawn and kept down most broadleaf weeds.

The charge was about $35 per application based on the size of our lawn. Price was excellent we felt and we began to see results after a few applications. It does take time, but after the first year the violets were gone from our lawn and all that was left was thick green grass. Even the dandelions were gone. We stopped using TLC last spring after their first application because I have two small kids and the youngest put everything in her mouth. Even though we were assured the application is safe for pets & kids after a day, I didn't want to take any chances. Now we've moved to a new house and once we've settled in I will definitely be calling them again for our new lawn.

Of the lawn services I called, TLC was the only one who actually came out to inspect my lawn and give me their opinion. Several others "diagnosed" my needs over the phone, and then attempted to aggressively sell me a package. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they seem like nice people. When they treat my lawn, they leave my bill in the door, and a single flag near my mailbox so that I know they've treated. One thing they didn't do is a soil analysis or provide a list of weeds/grasses in my lawn. I didn't ask them to, and no other companies seem to do this either, but in my opinion this should be a standard practice.

I was completely satisfied with the service, but decided to discontinue and do the service myself. They were not pushy trying to sell extra services as other companies have been in the past.

Very prompt in visiting the property personally to give the estimate, and then once confirmed the first treatment was within 1 week which I was very happy with. The lawn had been left with no work for over a year so has lots of weeds, but I didn't expect the treatment to resolve that problem in the first application.

I selected TLC because of the reports on Angie's list and have been pleased so far with their professionalism and responsiveness. The day after I called and left a message requesting info, they showed up to the house to provide an estimate. After reviewing the estimate, I called and left a message letting them know we would use their service. That next morning, a crew was at my house performing the lawn treatment. This is just our first application on the lawn, but if the results are as good as the way they run their business, we should have an amazing lawn in no time.

Left the estimate for a 5 step treatment as well as an analysis of the lawn. Decided to go a different route, but wouldn't hesitate calling them in the future.

They always do a fine job. They have taken care of my lawn for several years.

My yard looks very good. Their pricing is reasonable as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

We contacted TLC to give us a quote on lawn/weed treatment in the Spring. We had every weed imaginable even after using OTC products! We received a very thorough lawn analysis with recommendations. Jeff was very responsive to my questions and explained the process very well. We chose the five treatment plan and our lawn looks amazing! There are some things we are okay with doing ourselves (over-seeding, etc) and they are good to tell us when we need to perform those tasks. Our neighbors have used a major competitor for the past two years and ours looks FAR better in just one year!

I wouldn't recommend them. I will probably switch next year to another company because I just don't feel like they have taken any ownership of my lawn project. They will call me up and say "You've got weeds in your yard and you need to do something about that" and I don't really understand that. I do think their prices are in line with others.

They are supposed to come out and aerate our lawn in the next week, which is based on our request. They are pretty good about asking us and finding out if we need a particular service done or not. They usually leave me a statement about the work done, after they complete the work. I have a prepaid plan with them this year and so, I didn?t have to make a payment for the service that they provided in the month of August. They come out several times a year. They come sometimes in early spring, midsummer and late summer too. The yearly lawn maintenance includes 5 fertilizer applications, an application of scrub control and also aeration. I also got a 5 percent discount when I paid them for the entire year. I haven?t compared their prices with any other lawn care company. Sometimes we feel like doing the applications ourselves, but they know when to do it. We get lots of compliments about our front lawn and that?s like good feedback. In the past we had some problems, but they have always tried to rectify the issues that came up.

They do a great job and our lawn looks great. They show up when they need to and we can count on them to be consistent. We will continue to use this company for our lawn care.
