I love them! Unlike many lawn care services, they only need to come out 4 times a year. They also offer to do 12 inches of pest control around the perimeter of your house (but I cannot remember how many times they come for this!) and aerating/overseed for your lawn. The products they use are not harmful to the environment (or you!). My lawn has stayed green all summer, with only weekly watering if we have not had rain. I am definitely sold on their services, and will be using them in the future.

I'm afraid I'm not very wordy but all the weeds died and the lawn looks better than it has for years.

After several years of using a different big name lawn service, the condition of my lawn had continued to deteriorate to the point where I needed to find a different service provider. I found TLC on Angie's List and sent an email to inquire about their services. David from TLC responded quickly and did an in-person evaluation of my lawn. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in his assessment. The turnaround in my lawn after one application from TLC was great. I appreciate their quality results and focus on their customers.

After explaining what I was thinking about doing with my small landscaping project, he gave me some good ideas on what might work in the space. He came out to see the spot before quoting and giving me more specific ideas. We agreed on what to do, and the old bushes were gone within a few days. The new plants were there a few days after that, as promised. And the bill exactly matched the quote. I am pleased!

Terry at TLC came out to give me an estimate. He was punctual, didn't try to sell me additional services, and provided a very professional estimate with application details for me to look over and call if I wanted to use their services. I signed up before he left (and my neighbor has since started using them as well). TLC works with me to spray when I'm at home because I have a fenced-in backyard. Two different men have come out to spray and both of them were excellent.

They do a good job! I contracted with them in 2012, and contracted again in 2013. Cost is dependent upon the size of your yard and the specific services you contract for. I've used similar services in the past. TLC's costs are reasonable and very competitive. Recommended.

It went fine. One time, they sprayed and it rained right after. They came back to do the job again. Never a problem. Their product is safe for animals - have to wait an hour before animals or children go out on the grass.

They were great, courteous, on time, and got the job done. The price was reasonable.

I've used TLC for years and have never had a problem. I have called several times for unique requests and they are happy to accommodate.

They applied weed control and fertilizer treatments last two years. Also had them do grub control this year instead of doing it myself. Our lawn has been improving so far since they started treating it. They changed to an organic product this year (will wait and see).

I've been using TLC for a year now... and WOW what a difference a year makes! My yard keeps looking better and better after every application. I can't believe how it bounced back from the drought last year. Even the neighbors are impressed! The bare spots are thickening in nicely. This company is a pure pleasure to work with and I hope to be working with them for many years to come. The only "minor" thing is they sometimes miss the small area between the sidewalk and the street... but it still looks good!

We are average income homeowners, that look for quality and price in services. This company has helped us build a more lush lawn than I would have thought possible. They're knowledgeable, professional and it's a pleasure doing business with them. P. S. Even though I marked them a B in price, it's not because they are higher than others. It was a communication problem, which was equally my fault.

Had an appointment scheduled for 3 PM to get an estimate for lawn care services. Took 2 hours off of work to make the appointment so that I could point out some problem areas in my yard and ask some questions. Arrive home at 2:55 PM only to find that someone had already come and gone, leaving a general estimate. There are a lot of lawn care companies out there, surely I can find one that'll spend a little time to talk to me face to face. To rebut TLC's response, the statement that TLC remained at my house until 3:10 PM is patently untrue. I was in my driveway at 2:55 PM. Someone from TLC did call later but I wouldn't characterize the tone of the call as apologetic. FYI, this is the first "F" I've ever given any business on Angie's List. Caveat emptor.

Service was excelllent, lawn looks great.

All summer long, each time the fertilizer was applied, we were never imposed upon. They seem to do a nice job of ensuring the timing is right for the applications (i.e. just prior to rain if it needed to be soaked in). We were very pleased with this company and will definitely continue to use them each summer and fall!

Excellent. I was contacted by Terry last week and I had questions regarding seeding time frame with the fertilization. He came early to fertilize and will aerate later this month, then educated me on the proper time to re-seed.

We have regular service with TLC Total Lawn Care. I have used them in the past and have been happy with them.

I've had several lawn treatment services throughout the years, and most do an adequate job. TLC is different because they do an exceptional job. The yard (when the rain permits) looks lush, green and weed free. My husband , who is ridiculously picky, even says they are the best service we have ever used. We are really glad we found themol.

I give them top grades across the board. I will use them again in the future.

Company is quick to respond. We had tried other lawn care companies without a response. TLC responded within 24 hours. They are very professional. Lawn coverage was thorough. We have only had one treatment but saw weeds die immediately. Will report more after additional treatments, but so far would highly recommend this company.
