About us

We offer organic based lawn care programs to the greater Indianapolis area. We have been in business for over 25 years and we are a leader in our field. We have a great group of guys who have been with us for a long time. We do have a Purdue Agronomist on staff to help evaluate and change our lawn care programs as the weather and time of year dictate. Our program consists of 5 fertilization applications per year. We also offer grub and insect control, aeration and seeding of lawns as well as perimeter pest control, mulching and light landscaping services.

Description of Work: Provides full lawn service - weed control, fertilizer, grub control. They moved to an organic approach and reduced the number of visits (and cost). I have used them for several years and am very happy. The last two summers have been great in terms of my lawn and TLC gets most of the credit. I like that they will communicate by email. They have staff with Purdue agronomy degrees.

Description of Work: I have used TLC for over 20 years including 15 years at my current residence and 5 plus years at my former residence. My Father had used the for a numer of years prior to that. I have them on contract for all necessary lawn treatments (fertilization, week and insct control) and use them on an as needed basis for other lawn services (reseeding, aereation, mulching etc.) I have always found them to be reasonable priced and very professional. They do not try to sell services I don't need even if I suggest something. They stand behind their work and make sure things are done correctly. The only downsside is, being a small company everyone is out working during the busy season which makes it difficult to contact them. However, they always respond to messages left and will contact you within 1 to 2 days at most.

Description of Work: TLC provided lawn care, spraying for weeds, prepared it for the winter, etc. I am very pleased with their work. If I saw more clovers in the yard, they were there immediately to spray. I also used them to aerate my lawn and they did a thorough job. I cannot wait to see how my lawn looks next summer!
