Tint King

I took my 2005 GMC Canyon in to have a replacement front passenger window re-tinted to match the drivers side. Chris pointed out right away that the drivers side tint had faded and suggested replacing it as well so that everything would match. He also made a suggestion on a tint shade that would match my rear factory tinted windows perfectly. They were extremely quick, and knew what they were doing. The only issue I had, was after they were finished I noticed a hair had gotten in-between the tint in one spot causing a bubble that they had missed. I pointed it out and they took care of it right away. After everything dried, the tint job looks great just like they promised. I'd definitely use them again.

Great job on window tint. Completely satisfied with the work. I called for an appt. and two days later I was done on a Saturday. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

It was fairly quick and painless. I showed up at the shop, handed over my keys, and Chris and his associate told me the kind of tint I'd need to match the two other windows (one of my windows had been replaced after a smash-in and the other the previous tint had somehow come off). They told me the price, did the job, and told me there was a lifetime warranty on the work. They also provided a complimentary ammonia-free glass cleaner.

Tint King got me in right away on a Saturday - excellent! Also gave me an discount for mentioning Angie's List - always nice! The guys did a great job, all my questions were answered & the windows look awesome! Plus the fellas were hilarious - not even sure how long the process took because I was laughing throughout. Chris was able to squeeze me in on a weekend after I got off work. He had to stay a little later than is scheduled shop time, and had no problem doing that. The work that was performed was very professional. I would recommend Chris for window tinting and would use his services again in the future.

It went exceptionally well. The service and quality couldn't have been better. I was able to reach Chris immediately, he provided an estimate the same day, he made good suggestions, and the installation was scheduled quickly and completed in a timely manner, Chris was professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself.

Professional yet friendly explanation of options available, no sales pressure. Very timely completion of job. We will use their services when the next need arises.

I compared Tint-King's service and product offerings to those of the major (Ziebart) competition and felt a lot more comfortable with Chris's knowledge and the range of products available through him. I paid a bit more for higher quality tint that won't turn purple (not warranted at Ziebart) and about the same for a standard pin stripe. I ended up not liking the look of the pin stripe and came to the conclusion that it might look better in an alternate design at the front where it comes to a point. No problem for Chris. He removed and reinstalled the areas on each side to my liking at no additional charge. Since then, he also took care of a very small quality problem, once again, no problem and an apology. I am very pleased and will do business with him again, whether for home or vehicle tint and for vehicle pin striping.

My husband and I had our daughters car windows tinted for her birthday. I call the day before and told Chris my plans and he got us in the next day. Chris explained things to us and showed examples of different tints. My daughter is very happy with the way the car looks and can't believe how much cooler it really is inside her car now! I have always used tint king, so it went exacty as I expected. This guy is a professional and is very easy to work with. There is not that much to say. never over estimate, always high quality work done exactly when he says.

I called first and explained that I was nervous about tinting my windows as I have seen some BAD tint jobs, I have an Audi A4 and certainly did not want something to go wrong. The owner told me to call the local Audi dealership and ask them about him, as he used to do their windows, I called and they assured me that the Tint King was a great place to go, that the only reason he doesn't do their tint anymore is that he was opening the Tint King and they have their own service department to their jobs now. So I brought my vehicle to the Tint King and I cant be happier with the service I received. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.

Great! The car looks awesome. Chris was very helpful on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He was accomidaing to my schedule, which was helpful. I dropped the car off and Chris gave me his recomendation for tint. He was done in a few hours and did a great job!

I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday by getting the windows tinted on her minivan. Chris of "Tint-King" has several good reviews on Angie's List, and he's even tinted building windows on the Angie's List campus. So, he was an easy choice. Called him on a Thursday and scheduled for the next morning. There was a small scheduling conflict with another customer (he double-booked us), but the other customer was kind enough to let me go first since I needed to go to work. Chris has a small lobby with couches, TV, internet, etc. to hang out at while the work is done. The tinting took about an hour. He even gave me a free can of window cleaner. The minivan looks great, and the wife loves it.

Once again, Chris did a fabulous job. This is probably the 5th vehicle that I have taken to him int he last 10 years. He has always done an excellent job. The tint looks factory. He is fast, accommodating and thorough. I will continue to take my vehicles to him and I hope he stays around for a really long time. I even had my dog with me that day and Chris had no problems with letting Lola be in the shop with me. Great guy, great work! I will never ever go to anyone else!!

Of all the people I called on Angie's List, he was the only one who answered the phone and gave me an instant quote (that he stuck by). He came out the NEXT DAY and did the work in 90 minutes. He was very personable and knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him and I will use him in the future.

They did the job as quoted and on schedule as stated when the car was dropped off to their business. They did a "high quality" job. I would recommend them to anyone needing glass tinting to be applied or removed.

One of the worst business transactions I have ever experienced. Nine days after tinting, I inspected my windows as Tint King advised for flaws and noticed that the interior window trim on the rear quarter windows and hatch were missing. I contacted Tint King about the missing window trim and was told that the installer did not remove the interior trim as part of the installation and that I could find replacement trim at a junk yard. The trim was intact before the installation and was gone afterwards. I didn't remove it, and there was only one other person that had access and a reason to remove the trim. Since Tint King will not acknowledge the error, I will have to replace the trim they removed at a cost of approximately $100.00. I caution you to not use this establishment for tinting your windows. I would not trust my car in their hands again, neither should you.

I had an apt at 5pm, and I arrived at 5 after. I waited a few minutes in the lobby until he started on my car at about 5:15. I was comfortable in the lobby with a pop machine, futon and TV. Chris finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He was pleasant and professional. The price was very reasonable. He quoted $80.00 on the door windows and $30.00 for the sunstrip. Great quality tint, matches factory tint very well. Overall, a very painless experience. I will return for future needs.

Chris was very easy to work with. He gave me an estimate over the phone, and the job was done for that price. He was delayed coming to the job, and he phoned to tell me he would be late. I am happy with the results. Tint King was recommended by a neighbor, who was also very pleased with the work.

Chris did a super job. Arrived on time, worked quietly & quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. We had questions about a couple of remaining spots (turned out to be water) and he cheerfully returned just to double-check for us. Tint looks great (much better than blinds) & has been very effective at reducing heat from the sun, as we desired.

Chris was on time & pleasant to speak with. The window tinting process is a little messy, but when Chris cleaned up afterwards & the windows looked great. We could barely notice a difference, but now the afternoon sun isn't so blinding & our cooling bills should go down come summer time. We will use Tint King again & also recommend them.
