Description of Work: Removed old window tint and replaced with new. They promise to keep rear defrosters working if they are working at time of service. However, we had this done in the summer, so I did not try the rear defroster to make sure it worked. They called me during the service to say it did not. I was pleased with the work otherwise and have no reason to suspect that Tint King damaged the defroster. However, because I did not try it right before the work was done, I have no way of knowing for certain. Just a heads up to test your defroster with them present before having tint work done, especially if in the summer months when the rear defroster is rarely used.

[member name removed], I am glad to hear you were happy with the service we provided on your 2002 BMW 325i. We never like calling a customer to inform them when something on their car does not work correctly. After 20 years of business, we have learned to always test rear window defrosters before removing any old film to avoid unpleasant situations with the customer. Whenever possible, we will perform the test with the customer present so they can verify the results themselves. Thanks again for the great review!

Description of Work: I had Tintking install window film on my BMW 325I wagon, which included all side windows and rear window. I was impressed with the computer generated format that they used to cut the tint film for the car. The overall installation took a couple of hours and they provided followup instructions to insure that the film adhered properly. They asked that the windows not be operated for three to four days so that the material would properly seal,
