Timber Ridge Fence Company

Had a 6' alum fence installed. They did great. Quick and Easy Process.

I met with the agent for the company and we reviewed my fencing type, area to be covered and date of installation. The agent sent out the quote approximately 3-5 days after the visit. The original proposal included fencing post and gates for my driveway. I discussed the high price stating that it was more than I had saved but I would get additional financing to cover cost. Confirmed and Agreed to the terms of the standard 30 day proposal. Well, I was in contact weekly with the company regarding my additional financing and my readiness to pay for my fence. On the agreed date of them picking up the deposit check, the agent did not show up at the agreed upon time. I called twice to the office and was assured someone would come. Finally the receptionist for the company called me back stating that they would not be out they were redoing / rewriting my contract. Well, when the agent finally called back he told me that the company would not do the work for the agreed amount that I would need to pay an additional 2000.00 for the same fencing agreement. The agent cited the increase of the fencing materials. Well I was so upset that I reached out and found the same fencing and railing model numbers and the custom gates all the materials. To include the “Special order gates“ that he said were now 4000.00. The gates were at Lowe’s For 400.00 each and the 4x6 Ft panels were 97.00 each. Really!!!! Please don’t use this company they are price gouging, moreover they are poor communicators, and have no integrity. How can you change a proposal agreement? They had 3-5 days for corporate review prior to submitted proposal that they sent to me, the customer, as well as another two weeks to contact, and or consult me, the client, of any changes, concerns that they had with said contract. There was no integrity for standing by their agreement or any attempt to stand by their word. Lastly I looked on BBB and found similar complaints about this company. My only saving grace is that I wanted to sleep on the offer after so many things going wrong. So I saved myself a huge headache by not handing over a sizable check. Don’t use this company!!
