Mulch was delivered on time and was exactly what was ordered. Salesperson was very helpful in deciding what type of mulch would be best.

We ordered 8 yards and when it was delivered it didn't look like it was enough and didn't cover what we always get for the same area. We called, and without any proof on our end that we were short, they just went ahead and brought out two more yards.

I like going to Tiffany's to get my mulch because of the price & convenience. The quality of mulch is really nice & looks great in my yard.

No biggie. Delivered when promised on time. Price comparable to everyone else. Gave me discount even though I did not have the Angie's List coupon.

I ordered stone with Neil via phone to be delivered to my home several days in advance, checked stock and paid in advance via credit card. I hired landscapers to come over and spread my stone. Tiffany stood me up on the delivery, I called to follow up and they had sold the stone out from underneath me! NO GOOD! I had to pay landscapers to stand around and do nothing. I lost money on this transaction. Still waiting for Tiffany to refund my money and mail me a receipt.

They were pleasant and prompt. The driver called before he left so I knew when to expect him. When he arrived he was very good about placing the mulch exactly where we asked him too.

We have ordered bulk products from Tiffany's several times in the past. The quality is good at a reasonable price. The only complaint this time is the driver called for directions to our house before leaving Tiffany's then called twice more en route for clarification of directions. Does Tiffany's not know about Mapquest? They should provide it to their drivers so that they don't have to call the customers for directions.

The company answered all my questions and delivered my mulch as requested. They were not very friendly on the phone, but not rude either.

Called ahead, was on time, and dumped mulch where requested.

Poor! I just wanted to place an order. If they have difficulties with a phone conversation which should take 5 minutes max, how can they handle a more complex task like delivering mulch? Could they deliver to the correct house? Was the estimate correct? Will the product be as dull as the employee? Sloppy!

We stopped at Tiffany's north location to look at their products. Their website is great. They were very helpful in assisting us with choosing the right product. We called a few days later, placed the order and it was delivered exactly when and where we wanted it. The delivery person was very personable and offered to help me lay down more plastic to protect my yard. We were very pleased and will use them again.

TIFFANY'S DELIVERED THE MULCH ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN THIS SPRING.

WE PHONED FOR A QUOTE ON SOME LANDSCAPING MATERIALS THAT WE WANTED TO PURCHASE AND WE LIKED THE COST QUOTED. WE DROVE A LONG DISTANCE TO BUY THE MATERIALS. NEIL WILSON, STORE MANAGER, WAS ARGUMENTATIVE AND RUDE TO US, STATING THAT THE PRICE WE'D BEEN QUOTED WAS INCORRECT. HE TOLD US TO GO OUT INTO THE YARD TO SEE THE MATERIAL AND THAT HE'D CALL SOMEONE TO ASSIST US, BUT NO ONE EVER APPEARED. WHEN WE WENT BACK INTO THE STORE, HE WAS ARGUMENTATIVE AGAIN ABOUT THE PROPER MATERIAL, STATING THAT I HAD ASKED ABOUT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT INITIALLY. WE WALKED OUT OF THE STORE, INTENDING TO PAY MORE FOR THE MATERIALS ELSEWHERE RATHER THAN BE TREATED SO POORLY.

WE ORDERED OUR MULCH OVER THE PHONE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DELIVER IT LATER THAT WEEK - VERY QUICK TURNAROUND. THE DELIVERY WAS MADE ON TIME. WE LAID OUT A TARP TO SHOW THE DELIVERY DRIVER WHERE WE WANTED THE MULCH LEFT. THEY CAME WHILE WE WERE NOT AT HOME. IT WAS LEFT IN THE CORRECT PLACE.

THEY WORKED WITH ME TO GET DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS GREAT AND DELIVERY WAS MADE AS SCHEDULED.

NICE MULCH, DID A GOOD JOB, LARGE LOAD, QUICK DELIVERY.

THEY WERE GREAT. STAFF VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS, PROMPLY DELIVERED WHAT I ORDERED. THE DELIVERY PERSON EVEN DROVE INTO MY BACK YARD TO PLACE THE MULCH CLOSE TO WHERE I WANTED IT!

THE EXPERIENCE WAS SATISFACTORY. THE SOIL WAS DELIVERED AS AGREED UPON. THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN, THEREFORE UNEXPECTEDLY, IT CAME QUITE LATE IN THE DAY. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF A BRIEF TELEPHONE CALL WAS MADE TO INFORM US THERE WOULD BE A SHORT DELAY IN THE DELIVERY.

DELIVERED DIRT TWO DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT. ROSE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED WHEN I CALLED ON THE PHONE. REASONABLE PRICE.

THE FOLKS AT TIFFANY'S ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I HAD 8 YARDS OF PLANTER'S MIX (AWESOME STUFF!) DELIVERED EARLY IN THE SPRING AND THE DELIVERY GUYS PUT IT RIGHT WHERE I REQUESTED. SINCE THE DUMP TRUCK WAS SO BIG, THE SOIL SPILLED ONTO THE SIDEWALK BLOCKING IT. *YARDS IS A LOT OF DIRT!! AFTER THE GUYS CAME BACK AND DELIVERED THE MULCH, THEY BOTH GRABBED SHOVELS AND HELPED ME DIG OUT THE SIDEWALK. I WAS INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL FOR THE HELP - IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME DAYS TO DIG IT OUT MYSELF. IN LATE SPRING, I GOT ANOTHER 3 YARDS OF PLANTER'S MIX AND THE SERVICE WAS ONCE AGAIN WELL WORTH THE DELIVERY CHARGES. THIS SOIL IS AWESOME - TIFFANY'S REALLY HAS SOME HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS AND EVERY TIME I NEED TOPSOIL OR MULCH, I WILL ALWAYS GO THERE TO GET IT. THANKS, TIFFANY'S!
