All-in-all the service was ok, except for a few minor glitches. I ordered the mulch and soil on Tiffany's website on a Saturday morning and had requested that it be delivered on the following Wednesday afternoon. There was an online coupon but the code would not register on the order. The website indicated that I would be contacted within 24 hours to confirm payment and delivery. By Monday afternoon, no one had called so I called Tiffany's. They had my order and they also had realized the coupon problem and applied the coupon ($2.50 off each yard of mulch and soil). Tiffany's appears to have the most competitive price on bulk mulch and soil, however, their delivery charges are probably the highest around. Since I ordered both mulch and soil, I was told that it would have to be two separate deliveries and that totaled about $100 (in actuality, they delivered it with one truck along with a trailer). If you can pick it up yourself, you will save a considerable amount of money.

They said they would deliver it one day and something happened and they couldn't get in and then the coupon wasn't right b/c it expired the previous week. They didn't like it but they honored it anyway. The coupon was valid for initial delivery but since they had to reschedule it expired. They come in a big truck and when the guy came to deliver they wanted me to sign a waiver to drive to my backyard. It was the last delivery of the day. I was told it would be a smaller truck that could drive on my driveway. They ended up dumping it farther away than I would have liked.

I arranged for it over the phone, and the girl who took the information was extremely nice! She told me it would be there on Friday afternoon after 12:00 PM. They called me 30 minutes prior and arrived around 1:30 PM. The driver was polite and extremely careful not to damage trees / lawn while unloading his bed. I also asked that he dump part of the load in one place and part in another, which he was able to do. He gave me the receipt and we were done in about 15 minutes.

Prompt response and delivery on requested day. I have used Tiffany for many years. Disappointed with quality of top soil. Not up to previous standards. Considerable sand, debris and small stones in the bulk requiring extra time to remove before applying top soil to lawn areas.

Excellent. Website was very informative and enabled me to see and order everything on-line as well as schedule deliver. For security, they called to get the credit card number and confirm delivery. The delivery showed up on time and the driver was very polite in suggesting where to place the dump and containing it as much as possible.

MY HUSBAND ORDERED MULCH TO BE DELIVERED ON A THURSDAY. WE HAD GUYS THAT CAME OUT ON FRIDAY TO LAY THE MULCH, AND WE HAD TO SEND THEM ALL AWAY BECAUSE THE MULCH WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I CALLED ON WEDNESDAY AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND THE TRANSACTION AND THE LADY WE TALKED TO SAID THAT SHE WOULD CALL BACK.

Great. Called on a Friday about 10:30 in the morning and had three yards delivered on Saturday afternoon.

I've used Tiffany's for many years now. Their prices are competitive and I think their products are high quality. They were great this year when I called and tried to reschedule a delivery (at the last minute) during their busy season due to the rainy weather. I've also been pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of their delivery drivers.

We picked up (to save some money and because we didn't want it all at one time) three loads. All three were obviously different even though we only purchased one type of mulch. They have a lot of special offers and coupons as well. There was definitely some confusion when we did our pick-ups (you pay inside and then go out to get the mulch). Also, we got double billed but they were quick to correct the error.

Spurred by a REACH coupon, we arranged for Tiffany to send a load of much to our driveway. On the one hand it's easier and cheaper than carrying bag after bag of mulch from the hardware store, on the other hand, you have a pile of mulch in your driveway until you move it.

They delivered the rock when they said they would. It makes my yard look so much better.

It was a very easy process, and much easier than going to a hardware store and buying bags of it.

We share our driveway with our neighbors, so we decided to call Tiffany and have them bring out a load and split it up between the two of us. Their request was 2 cu. yards and ours was 4. They dumped it in two separate piles in our back drive, but since they did eyeball it, we felt we did not get all that we requested, and more went to our neighbors than they needed. But, the convenience of them being able to bring it to us outweighed the fact that we didn't get as much as we originally requested.

They're pleasant people to deal with.

Friendly folks, quality mulch, good prices, and great customer service. I've bought mulch from other places previously, but get it exclusively from Tiffany's now because of their price and how I'm treated.

The sales representative we talked with on the phone was very courteous and voluntarily provided us with a coupon discount. The mulch was delivered on time and in the location we requested.

I went in on a Saturday morning to look at stone for our landscaping and they were able to deliver that day. By the time I went to the store and got back home they were delivering the stone to our house. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We have used this company many times for mulch and dirt delivery and have always been happy!

The order and delivery phases were excellent. Unfortunately, the topsoil on this load had some clumps in it, but Tiffany re-imbursed me for it. I have had a total of about 40 cubic feet of topsoil delivered from Tiffany, and it has all been very good quality.

The sales rep (whose name escapes me) was very cordial & indicated the mulch could be delivered same day, but we did not need it until that Friday. We only checked with one other company, Recreation Unlimited, & although Tiffany's per yard price was $4 higher ($23.99 vs $19.99), they did have an online coupon for $2 off per yard making it $21.99. The delivery charge at Tiffany's was around $58, where as with Rec. Unlmted, it was around $100. So overall, Tiffany's was more economical. s we would not be there during the delivery on Friday, I asked that the order be dumped in the 3rd car garage section of the drive way which was honored. However, the delivery truck left a tire marks on both sides of the sidewalk with some sod damage that appeared like they tried to repair. I have not had time to follow up with Tiffany's about the damage. I also wanted to see how well the sod recovers without further assistance. Overall, I was pleased with Tiffany's service and product.
