Installed very cheap blinds, very slow service. Very rude people to do business with. Never recommend to do business with them

I contacted the Window Valet about cleaning our blinds. We have 20 aluminum blinds in the house that needed some TLC.I really liked they idea of a mobile unit coming to clean them on site. The other blinds cleaning places I called would come and take them away and bring them back the next day. I have 6 blinds in my bathroom , I did not like the idea of not having window coverings in my bathroom! Josh came out with Derrick. Derrick was who would be cleaning the blinds. Josh showed me process, giving me a tour of the mobile unit. We laughed about how the blinds must have been cleaned before because whoever had done them in the past had written the number on the blind for all to see. When Derrick removed the blinds he numbered them very discreetly, removing and cleaning a few at a time. It took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. After they were all rehung I was amazed at how clean they were. They look brand new. I will definitely use the window valet again! I will also recommended Josh and his team to anyone needing their blinds cleaned!

They were phenomenal, they took them out to the truck and cleaned them. They had never been cleaned, they were prompt and professionals also, and I felt very comfortable with them being in my home. This company was certified to clean the Hunter Douglas window coverings.

He was extremely prompt, dressed very nicely and was extremely polite and pleasant. He knew the blind industry well and he was very knowledgeable. He was talkative in a good way and was respectful of my home and the furnishings that needed moving. I think the price was outstanding for the work performed.

Josh was terrific! Came right on time and even fixed a window valance not put on properly! Plan to have him back to steam dining room drapes plus discuss having ties made.

The window coverings are custom-built. All measurements and choices were made at a meeting in my home with Josh, then the order was placed with 1/2 down payment. Within two weeks the installation was accomplished. There are some blinds that are manually operated and some that are powered. Everything turned out great. Josh took the time to fully explain everything and was also very responsive when I had a slight problem with one set. He took care of the problem same day and was happy to do so. The Window Valet is highly recommended. This is the third order I've placed and I've had nothing but good service and products.

I called the Window Valet on a Tuesday and Josh was able to come to my home on Thursday. He took down the mini-blind and restrung the cord inside his van. He discovered that the manufacturer had originally routed the cord the wrong way, which explained why we had always had problems with that blind and why the cord had frayed in the first place. Josh put the new cord in the correct way, so now the blind works effortlessly and better than it did when it was new. Josh also made adjustments to 2 other blinds which had problems. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Josh showed a lot of knowledge about the workings of various types of blinds. I chose to call the Window Valet because I wanted someone who could repair the blind at my house, instead of taking it away and bringing it back several days later.

Our blinds weren't functioning properly (lose binding and inability to open/close) after being re-hung after some ceiling repairs. I contacted Window Valet and viola! my blinds are now hung properly and working prefectly. Josh was punctual, courteous and efficient. I'll definitely call Window Valet for future window covering needs!

Arrived when they said they would. Were very friendly, got the blinds in quickly and were very professional. Blinds were very reasonably priced.

I had ordered faux wood blinds from an online company. I incorrectly ordered the wrong size for one window and the blind was just a fraction to wide for the opening. I asked several stores that sell blinds if they could cut the blind down for me. To no avail! I began to think I would not be able to find anyone who would be able to help. Finally, I found Window Valet on Angie's List. I called the number and left a message. The gentleman called me back right away. My husband contacted him and arranged a time to drop the blind off. Only a few days later, we had the blind back. It fits perfectly!

Josh was knowledgable, professional, detailed and patient. He answered all of our questions, educated us about options and afforded us the time to make a decision we knew we would be comfortable with. He didn't use any high pressure tactics, but was truly motivated to make sure we were educated consumers. When he installed the blinds he was again as courteous, patient and professional as he was when he made his sales call. Not only did he ensure that we knew how to operate everything, were satisfied with the products and installation, but he took care of all of the boxes, scrap, etc. Next time we need similar products or services we will not hesitate to call Josh and have them back out.

Had Josh come to house & help us select Window Treatments for the entire house. He was very helpful in giving advice. Was very professional when he came to install everything. In & Out in less than 2 hours for over 20 windows. Will use him again

This was a perfect experience from beginning to end. The blinds are absolutely beautiful, Josh's prices were extremely competitive and the work was completed within 2 weeks, even with the holidays. All around great experience.

The experience was great. I would recommend anyone looking for Shutters or any Window Coverings to contact them. I had previously contacted another company for Shutters but I am extremely happy that I called them. The initial appointment was free and process made me feel very comfortable about what I was purchasing. I would highly recommend them.
