Nice store to work with , a couple of tiles were broken but they had no problems with our return or with us returning unopened grout mix etc .

They also gave classes on how to install the tile and when they did the installation, it came out very well.

The Tile Shop is beautiful. I was amazed by how big the show room is and how many options there are! Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. He took the time out of his busy day to go through the options with my mother and I. I was able to make a decision very quickly because of all the great advice and tips Tim offered. I was able to pick up my tile within a week. We brought the truck to the back loading area and their crew easily, quickly, and carefully loaded us up. We actually forgot to get our thin set, and Tim was flexible with us on time we could come back to pick it up. I was really impressed with my overall experience at the Tile Shop and I will definitely be back for my next project. Also, if you are a DIYer they offer installation how-to on Saturday mornings which is great! We never got the chance to go, but it is nice to have that option available.

Linda was a wonderful consultant. She has so much experience and knowledge in her field. She gave her honest opinion during the design process which made for a fabulous finished product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I thought they had a good selection. Once we purchased the tile we were able to pick it up within 24 hours. They were very helpful. We had a private contractor do the installation.

The tile was actually salvaged, so we did not buy that from him. The store is beautiful, and has so many displays. We were greated when we walked in, and after talking to the assistan manager for just a few minutes, he had helped us choose everything that we needed. We did not have to follow him around the store while he gathered everything either. After we paid, we just stayed at the front while he gathered everything that we needed and he brought it all up to us. The experience was so fast and easy. He answered all of our questions and explained everything well. He even gave us a discount since it was out first time in the store. We will definetely be back!

David was extremely helpful. We finally found the perfect tile and had to have it ordered. It took no time at all for it to be delivered, and the guys at The Tile Shop loaded it into my car for me. I found that I had not ordered enough, and they were very kind in ordering me another box. Any questions that I had concerning the tiles were quickly answered by the wonderful people at TTS. They have an excellent selection and a beautiful showroom. I would not use any other tile store.

David helped us narrow our selection and made several suggestions that Jeremy incorporated into the final design. We were extremely pleased with his suggestions. We paid our contractors price for the tile. We returned this past weekend(Feb 22) to help with selections for a basement bathroom and bar area. Within 10 minutes we were able to make a selection based upon his suggestions.

At the suggestion of two other contractors, we went there to purchase a kitchen backsplash. Dave Wetnight at The Tile Shop helped us narrow our choices based on our kitchen cabinet and countertop samples. He also suggested a grout color to smooth the transition from our counter to the backsplash. (He was right, by the way.) We placed the order and within days it was ready for pick-up (except for the tile caulk which was on backorder). I picked up the backsplash and The Tile Shop loaded it in my car. We were undecided on kitchen flooring. However, we went back a couple of weeks later and ended up purchasing flooring tile, too. (Also picked up the back-ordered backsplash caulk.) The flooring was delivered to the house as scheduled. Dave answered my questions about installing a heated floor and care of the floor.

All I can say is that Jason, from The Tile Shop, saved the day when I was dealing with a terrible experience with the building process of our new home. I never realized my budget was set so low for tile until I was at Architectural Brick and Tile and they stated how much over budget I was with the tile selection's I had chosen. I was devastated because I the tile I was looking at was only $6/sqft.! When I was discussing this terrible scenario with one of our friends he mentioned that I should go see Jason from The Tile Shop and that he would help me. Boy did he! He not only provided the best customer service, but he brought the price down on natural stone tiles to meet the ridiculously low budget set by another tile company. Jason went above and beyond to help better my experience. I truly wish I would have dealt with him from the very beginning!!! He doesn't just care about making a sell, he cares about your experience and the type of product he sells for your specific situation. He won't just sell you something to sell you something. What I have learned from the building process is that it is very hard to find quality customer service and people who actually care. Jason is one person we found both!

Everything went pretty well. The only problem was that I had to wait a little longer for the tile then I think I should have.

It was just a great experience from the time I walked in the door till the time they loaded my car with all the tile, grout and items I needed to do the job.

Their quality of service is very high. They tend to be a bit more expensive, but the quality of their products are exceptional. Everyone I have dealt with has been very polite. They make their own grout, which customers really like. I have worked with them for 3 years.

The staff was busy, but friendly and helpful the day we were shopping. They were also very helpful several weeks later when we went back to make our purchase after deciding on the tile we wanted. Taking back the extra tile after our project for a refund on those pieces was NOT a hassle. Overall a very pleasant experience.

They noticed the salesman didn't have us buy enough grout for the tile we bought. They sent an extra bag of grout for free. After a different tile installation company did our job we had a problem with the grout cracking. Jason from the Tile Shop came down and checked the grout. He sent off samples to the lab that showed the grout had been mixed wrong with too much flex admix. Our tile contractor refused to take responsibility for the error. The Tile Shop is taking care of the problem even though it isn't their mistake. I am impressed with their professionalism. I would highly recommend them. I will make the long drive to give them any future business.

The manager of the store was actually helping me select the tile and he was so knowledgable. He was very thourough and I am very impressed with him and The Tile Shop. He has been very responsive and has checked in with me regularly. He was very helpful in selecting the materials. He has a lot of experience and was very personable.

Everything about their service was excellent. They were so helpful and it was a relief to have someone who knew what they were doing. I bought all my products from them and I received quality service. I highly recommend this company.
