Description of Work: Never received a response from either my initial inquiry nor from a follow-up phone message left a week later, which is the reason for the ratings shown. At least a call-back would have been appreciated.

Description of Work: They came out and surveyed the lot and place stakes at the property line. Two weeks later, the surveyor came out and moved the one stake two feet, giving us less property. They are not accurate in their measuring.

+ -1 moreVery prompt and high-quality work. When I initially called Schneider, we were only a week away from closing on the house. Negotiations had dragged on and we were pressed to get the survey done quickly so we could close on time. Schneider responded right away & was able to send a surveyor out within a couple days to perform the work and lay the stakes. The formal reports were sent to us & everyone who needed it the day before closing, ensuring everything went smoothly.
Description of Work: Survey Location Report for purchase of new home and added stake survey to mark property lines.
